Nice store with a nice movie and music selection. Also has a nice selection of collectibles and t shirts. Prices are fair but can be on the high end

As someone who collects CDs, they had a phenomenal selection! The store was large and catered to every genre - plus had a large section for merchandise and vinyls. The employees were also very welcoming and kind!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of swag in this store. You can find some interesting items from your favourite Shows and Movies. Great music always playing at a nice volume. Clean facility and well-lit.

Lots of different types of movies and music. The prices are moderate, cheaper than a subscription. Not a lot of places have dvds anymore and I don't like to order it online, I'm glad this store stayed open through-out the pandemic seems like a lot of movie stores closed down. It's nice not to rely on wi-fi to watch a movie.

They sell paw patrol and they’re literally playing songs with swearing. Not cool! Don’t sell kids stuff and play that on the radio. One star from me

This Sunrise location is the most organized and has the best layout out of all the ones I’ve been to! They have a great selection of kpop, vinyls, and anime merchandise. Also, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful when I needed to find something. I always look forward to shopping here!

Very nice and clean store. They had lots of Barenaked Ladies albums but not the one I was looking for today. Not a big deal. They can’t have everything. The store was very well organized, well lit, and easy to get around.

Terrible unhelpful staff for returns. If you have specific return policies, communicate that to your customers. I'll be loging a complaint with head office as well.

Nice stocking stuffers, lots of records, cds, and movies, though everything is a little pricy and they make you pay for bags! Don't really expect to pay for plastic bags outside of grocery shopping, weird practice that I hope they stop.

A gentleman with a ponytail helped me on Feb 19, 2022 around 3pm. I got an amazing recommendation which I purchased, so different than what I went in for and I love it! I stated my budget and was able to stay in it. 10/10 experience. Seriously worth the visit.

Not many of these kind of stores left. Especially in Toronto. So when I visit St Catharines I always have to stop off here. Store is packed with great finds. Staff is overall helpful. Nice job team!

I've bought several shirts, Blu-Rays and figures from mt local Sunrise Records store and all have been in great condition and have worked perfectly, my family has also purchased many item from the store and have had very positive results. Probably my favorite store.

The staff was really nice and helped me find the album I wanted. The albums were also in great condition, there was just a little ripping of the outer plastic layer on of them but nothing was missing. Super happy I got the last ATEEZ album in store.
