Would give 5 stars because the store and staff is just lovely. However, please, please, PLEASE up your throw pillow game. The style/colours/patters are mostly all outdated. Here are some examples of what wold be lovely to find in your store.

I really liked the store and it's options.yoi should visit once. Store is extremely clean and variety of options. Must see my photos. Lots of Indian stuff and specifically made in India.

A great variety of items, including ptactical yet decorative items for reasonable pricing. Some furniture items I found were too highly priced. The gentleman at cash was very pleasant and patient, and went above and beyond in making me feel valued as a customer.

My wife found this BBQ cover for $29 and it fit our Kamado Joe 18 inch classic 1 perfectly. Anywhere else these covers are $50-$120. Great find!! Thanks HomeSense

I have shopped at this location a couple of times and I really wanted to leave a comment on how amazing the employees are. The lady at the front (who greets customers) and the ladies on cash are very nice! Vanessa, on several occasions has been incredible! She is very helpful and goes above and beyond! Super cool store multi level, awesome selection, good layout clean, no complaints would come back! They have a great selection very clean and well organized the staff are very friendly and helpful lots of cool stuff to choose from. I would recommend shopping here regularly. They have lots of larger furniture options. They have a great selection of lamps and wall art. Lots of rugs. They always have lots of dining chairs in stock but they go fast!

“It’s corporate policy; we don’t do floor checks” & repeated herself after I stated this would save me a 50 minute round trip. I’ve had other employees check for something before, probably because they aren’t lazy nor ignorant. Terrible customer service. A gold floor mirror; you either have it or you don’t… 🤨

Carts in a home decor store can’t go outside with customers to assist with unloading. Thanks for straining my back at the start of holiday season

Always cool to come here and see what's new. Sometimes you'll find random branded merchandise at a great price. My fave find was an Animal Crossing branded lamp (found in the kids section but whatevs). I also usually get Moleskin branded notebooks here at a great discount. Store is always clean, customer service is always nice... usually a good amount of cashiers so you're not waiting in line too long even when the lineup seems big.

You never know what you will find. We were on a mission to find cushions to work with som others we had bought but not used until now. We fished our wish!

Amazing store. I live in Brampton and if you compare this one to mine ours is trash. This one has such good variety in everything. I just bought a new house and I did all the decoration shopping from here. You should definitely go here

Pen centre location. Rude person on the phone. I kindly asked for her to check if something was in stock that I saw a few days ago (only 2 left) located at the checkout line… apparently it’s against company policy to check???. That company policy sucks but that is no excuse to be rude to people and say in such a way that’s condescending. Thumbs down for customer service. In terms of actual products- this store never disappoints. So 3 stars.

I love Home Sense! Even when you're not looking for anything in particular, you end up finding something. As was the case for me...lol Beautiful, BIG, store....but with the rate of housing in Niagara, we could definitely use another one.

I was at this store this morning the 11 th of April. I bought some articles and after I paid was struggling to get the large pillows into my “granny” bag. Not one associate while walking by asked if I needed assistance. In fact, after 10 minutes of struggling to get the darn pillows in ( finally did 😂) Two associates walked by and one said to the other “Is she still at it ?” And they both started laughing. Unbelievable. I will NEVER shop in that location again. Shameful service.

Today I visited Homesense to purchase some last minute items. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and desperately needed to use the washroom. I watched a younger male come out of the washroom without being spoken to by any employees. I go to wait my turn and an employee that was finished work (older woman, short, short hair, glasses) approached me and said “this washroom is only for families”. I told her “I’m 9 months pregnant I won’t make it to another washroom”, and she responded “WE all have to” as in all the employees have to make their way across the store to use the other washroom. I will mention this washroom doesn’t even have anything other than a male/female symbol on the door, but regardless her poor attitude and lack of compassion was completely unnecessary.

Many pieces in my home are from the SC store. Yes prices have climbed but they also are bringing in more exclusive or interesting pieces and products. Clean great staff. Certain departments need work. Ie more inventory. But it’s rolling in. It’s a great environment overall. The management work hard as do the cashiers.

thanks for wasting my time. dont ring that your cash will be available then proceed to walk out a customer and never come back to your till for 10 minutes. had you applied yourself to your job, you would let the customer know that there would be a wait and to find another cashier. thanks for the confusion and putting the customer in the position to wait for another cashier to check out whilst the people in line run to take the spot. very unprofessional and rude. despite the foolishness I have experienced today, I would like to commend the gentlemen at the front for serving me and showing off his slight of hand magic trick. it de-escalated my situation and gave me a pleasant experience. shame on the parties that work here that do not establish a friendly environment for the customers.

Beautiful place, my go-to for decor and inspiration. Christian was super nice and friendly. The world needs more people like him!

My wife and I came in to look at some carpets. The sales people are very friendly and products are reasonably priced. We had sales person name liam he was very helpful and friendly. We purchased a area rug and he helped us to bring to are car.Very good store. We will be going back.

This is my favourite of all the HomeSense locations in the area. I can always find something unique and at a good price point. The store is also big, well stocked, and clean. No complaints!

Usually a good place to find different items, today, picture frames. We needed 3 of one style and found a perfect compliment to our home decor.

My home has several furniture items from Home Sense which I have purchased over the years. It’s a fun experience you never know which on trend item you may discover. I love the home decor section.

I always find something nice here! I was there last week and they had incredible selection of lamps, pots and outdoor rugs. Everything i needed to set up my patio this summer. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Lots of selection at this location, shelves are always stocked and I can always find everything I need! Not 5 stars only because there are a lot of pieces in the store that are either wobbly (tables, bathroom tables, planter pots), scratched, even a large picture with the glass scratched & broken, however these items are still at full price which is disappointing.

Moved to this Area a year ago furnished 1/2 our house from this location all our bed linens decor chairs a couch tables poufs night stands and bedroom table bookcase land list goes on. After this experience today I likely will not be back. I brought back 3 planters stored in my basement with all stickers on manager said they have dirt on them and are scuffed that is the material I did end up getting a credit but was very humiliating there is one acting supervisor that I am not impressed with the treatment I received from her as well. Buyer beware I am I homesense lover or was but once scorned after spending about 15000 at that location and being embarrassed in front of other staff and customers who needs the stress.

One of the best Home Sense store's in the entire region. Choice of things at this store is truly unique compared to other Home Sense store's. They have made it bigger and better.

My wife and I walked into the store and we picked up a few of what I would call knick knacks that would make life easier dress up the place a little bit and it was reasonably priced

Wide range of products. However a bit disappointed in terms of the variety in gourmet area. Plates / dinner sets should be more and must have varieties- not just 1 or 2 stereotypes. Apart from that this is a good store for home decor

These guys aren’t kidding around with this store. Hands down the best Homesense location that I have ever been to and we visit them in each new town (even in the US) that we venture to. I’d drive the two hours to visit this one again. Definitely recommend!

Great selection and great new layout of store. Not congested. Amazing and varied home decor. Great to spend some time and browse.
