Good store some good stuff. Prices are always on the higher end of what the record or clothing are worth but I guess someone is buying it, Been to store once but I won’t shop there knowing their prices. I have seen the two owners start at the flea market, run another store downtown and now open this store. Not a troll as they post to any negative comment. Not angry over your success, all these reviews are just peoples opinion of your business.

Over the years I’ve found so many great pieces at Roly Poly. With some of the best vintage clothes, cool accessories and records, and really reasonable prices, this is one of my go-to shops! I’m not often in the area but I follow them on Instagram and they ship all over. I’ve ordered dresses, shirts, accessories and more, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few days for my purchases to arrive. The owners are super responsive to questions and requests, knowledgeable of vintage and music, and frankly, they just have a really great aesthetic and eye for unique finds!

Prices are marked way up. Some stuff priced for more that what I can buy it for brand new. Example is some of the shirts were Walmart brand priced at the same or more than what Walmart is asking. Cool tapestries hanging along the records, over priced. Records also over priced. And the guy behind the counter was flirting with a small group of young girls. Didn't acknowledge my husband or myself at all.

Not a bad shop, a mish mash of stuff: records, new accessories, new clothing, some vintage clothing, and odds and ends. Was hoping for more vintage items personally - and more variety of vinyl but it's worth a gander! I bought a $3 12" and a vest. Not a lot of shops like this left, so it was nice to see.

Owned by lovely people that go above and beyond! I fell in love with some items on their Instagram right at the beginning of lockdown. They were so kind and helpful when arranging a time for me to do curbside pick up. Once I was home and checking out my awesome finds, I noticed a lovely little packet with a hand written note and some extra little goodies. Truly made my day, plus everything I bought was fantastic quality. They clearly love what they do. I cannot wait to visit the new location!

I good place to find rare good but I urge anyone that shops here to do your research. I’ve been to this store for years now and have always found many things over priced. Plus the customer service is not very good, that being said there’s a good chance I’ll be called a troll in a reply from them like they have done to anyone who tells the truth. Btw I’m not upset because they won’t trade, I completely understand. I’m upset because they were rude and very unprofessional. The shot ski I wanted to trade is worth around 200 and they said I’m being insulting to offer it to them just because it was a Jäegermeister product….that’s very poor business practices and very rude to your customers, especially when it’s worth more then the record. One more thing, after dealing with this company I went and got the sum 41 album I wanted and that’s was mentioned in there reply on here for cheaper. Also when waking in and seeing the record, it was marked as 140 and 3 days later I ask about it and they tell me 150 which I thought was messed up. So I’ll say it again, I urge anyone that shops here to do your research because they will try to rip you off…..

This was one of my first experiences with a thrift shop and it did not disappoint. I ordered from Roly Poly Records through their Instagram account and found the process to be safe and efficient. Friendly customer service, quick responses, and quick delivery. Great packaging and cute notes that made me smile :) Thank you very much. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Love this place. I've made a few purchases from the shop during the lockdown and managed to find some gems both in store and online. I'm in Toronto and they hold my purchases for me for pick up. I usually deal with them through Instagram and they're always very quick to respond, courteous and fair with their pricing. Will definitely continue to shop here!

This store has got Everything covered, from vintage & retro, to Y2K and of course Rock and roll ! You can get it here.. they have furniture and home accessories from the 60's and 70's.. vinyl records, clothes, band shirts, coats, books and socks, or buttons and patches, sunglasses, purses and everything in between! The owner is always nice and helpful and if you are into the vintage he will answer any questions you may have! A must for all your vintage and band merchandise shopping ! Did my first order from Roly Poly Records, loved my purchase of a moon tapestry. Curbside pickup was easy, they follow all Covid protection protocol. Will certainly buy more I’m sure!

I have purchased a number of albums from Roly Poly, some in store and some online and have been very pleased with every purchase. I love that they post highlights of their new stock on Instagram as I don’t live in St. Catharines and can’t just stop in to look on a regular basis. While my main interest is in finding records, they have a very eclectic and cool variety of vintage clothing and collectables. Highly recommend checking this place out!
