Ordered the brownie and OREO cupfection and she gave it to me without Oreos, told me they cost extra to add them on and that they don’t come with it, I said it’s in the picture and name and she said “that’s just the name, we don’t add them.” Wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues, small topping portions in the blizzard, overcharging, poor service but it was my last time.

I went to this DQ on April 7th, and the lady at the cash register tried to take my debit card out of my hand to put in the machine to “help me”. Then she charged me $8 for a small blizzard, which are normally $5-$6. When I asked her again to make sure it was small, she said that’s the price. She refused to give me a receipt for the purchase, which shows me she was scamming me. Also she didn’t blend the blizzard either, if you’re going to over charge me at least put in effort. Do not come to this DQ, I will never be returning. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Was just at the mall (July21st) with my daughter. The girl working was on the phone and rudely said she was closed and kept walking to the back of the store. Worse service; it was only 8:45pm restaurants beside were still serving.

I had very good experience and cashier told me that now new management has taken the charge of store. Since that services improved very well. Owner or manager not sure but he is very polite and services oriented person.

Ordered two OJ and they were tasteless. Took it back nicely told them he made another two for me and they both tasted same and refused to give me money back. Literally it’s watery and White . Orange Julius is supposed to taste like orange and be orange with a ice consistency. Nope . $15 wasted. Never again

Employees were standing in the back staring at me through their mirror in the back , my son wanted a drink so I waited, employee came over ,kinda grunted , I ordered my drink he didn’t say a word, he got frustrated making the drink, he re-made the drink , laid it on the counter as he walked back to the back and the drink was a concoction of what ever he decided to make. All I could do was laugh to myself, how terrible this place is.

I purchased a box of Dilly Bars - I originally wanted the ice cream sandwiches which they did not have, but chose the Dilly Bars. I have purchased the sandwiches before and received 10 items in a box (if I remember correctly) at a cost around $20. I was charged $22 for the Dilly Bars. When I get home - there are only 6 in the box. I checked the Dairy Queen website - a box of 6 is only $11.99!!! I called the store to find out why and was told that she could not handle my call!!! I believe $22 is very incorrect!!! Not pleased at all - watch out and check what you're actually getting for the money. I gave it one star because the girl who waited on me was at least friendly - over-charged me, but friendly. Don't think I'll be visiting Dairy Queen in the future.

If I had my own way, this review would have no stars. I have order twice from this place at two different times. The first time I order was in the summer last year. I order a banana split and the portion was small. I was disappointed! Then the second time I order was two small sundaes and a large sundae and once again the portions were small especially the large sundae it looked like I ordered 3 smalls. Which again I was disappointed. So told my wife we are done going here. We are going to Hartzel and I'll show you how a large sundae should look like. And she was surprised on the differences. So don't waste your money here because its not worth it, especially with all the bad reviews. Two things need to change is, how they serve their ice cream portions to customers or the management needs to be changed.

I ordered a Blizzard Cake and enjoyed it and came back 2 times and the staff are very kind and energetic.

Showed up, they closed before 9 - wasn’t willing to serve us. disappointed my kids who wanted a blizzard

This location puts essentially no toppings that are included in the purchase into the ice cream. Even if you pay extra you still don't receive a normal amount of toppings mixed in. Would mo recommend wasting your money here.

Very bad experience I had in this dq. The orange juice tasted and lioked like milk shake. The server refused to refund for the order. The server started arguments with me and judged me. I would be reporting this to food and safety inspection agency Niagara.

Very friendly staff, but they don't know how to use gift cards. I tried twice and had to dig into my savings meanwhile having a fat gift card in my pocket thanks to a generous uncle. Finally had to bring my gift card to the falls where the rang it in no problem.

Awful service, the cashier told my friend to move out of line because she was using a free coupon. She had to go to the back of the line. When I got my Blizzard it was only filled 3 quarters of the way up. Never been to a worse Dairy Queen.

The dipped ice cream was disgusting. It tasted like pure sugar. This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to.

Saturday October 5 2019 ordered choc dipped cone for 3.29 cashier charged me for 3.59 cone but gave me 3.29 cone then tried to tell me that he thought thats what i wamted. This after i comfirmed twice the proce of the cone. Why there are such problems at this location is beyond. Me.

Ordered mint Oreo, but got a normal Oreo. Guy was quiet too

Ordered a shake, and it was the most awful looking mess, the green mint was just sitting at the bottom not mixed in, chocolate syrup was all over the lid, and It was so thick it was like a blizzard, thanks for the over priced mess, maybe one day it will melt so I can drink it. Thanks for the absolutely nothing generic corporate response to my issue.

complete rip off. never seen a smaller serving size for 5$ in my life. they just cheap out on ours (and others) orders. wont be returning. they also dont care about customer service at all because of their location. they wouldnt even let us use our dq gift card. wish i took a picture of my order, such a waste of money!

I ordered a cake for my sisters 21st birthday a week before picking it up. For the special request I put cow print because she was having a cow themed birthday and online it says that they will CONTACT you if there are any questions or concerns about the order. They never got in contact whatsoever and the day I pick it up they tell me they can’t do it and they didn’t know how to do it, it’s honestly simple enough i could do. They told me they had the best decorator in the city but I know a girl who could do a whole cow cake. I also called a day after I had placed the order to change what the writing had said on the cake, the girl had an attitude, was quite dismissive and not to be rude but unintelligent. When i picked it up it said what I had originally placed. I was clearly upset and all the guy said was I could have a free ice cream cone, No I don't want that. I want a better, non sloppy cake. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I’m very upset with this experience, I suggest anyone to go to a different dairy queen.

One of the best blizzards i have ever had is served by them. customers are served in a very well and polite manner. Also strawberry cheesecake blizzard is a must try at dairy queens. The store is very hygienic and well maintained. Everyone should try visiting dairy queens at the pen centre once for sure.

We had originally ordered very cherry chip and they gave us a cookie dough. We asked them to re make it and the girl gave us attitude and refused to make us another one. My friend ended up puking after that.

Ordered a Reese’s blizzard and took it home. Open it at home and their is literally nothing in it just ice cream. Waste of 15$

The serving sizes that they give are very generous and the owner works there himself so you always get the best service
