Such a fun place to hang out with friends. Beautifully decorated and clean singing rooms. Awesome service, great food and drinks too. Even got to see an amazing unexpected magic show. This place has it all.

Myself and a group of friends went for the private room karaoke and I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were well decorated and looked clean with leather seats. The machines had a great variety of songs of all genres. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both drinks and price for the room rental were very cheap. Would definitely come again.

We went to Skyland ktv to celebrate a special family event. We were extremely disappointed and will NEVER go again! First, we had to convince them to let us in, even though it was supposed to be open. They charged us $6.00 per beer and had nothing on their menu except fries and chicken wings. Their pop was extremely watered down fountain pop that was just awful. I couldn't even drink it and they charged $2.00 for that. Pool was a good price at $10.00 per hour per table, but that's about it and to top it off the employees were smoking inside by the cash register. The washrooms were disgusting and dirty. They didn't have the heat on either as it was very cold inside. I'd give them a zero if I could. Very dissatisfied.

Been there once and i will NEVER go again. Totally OVERPRICED. Food was full of MSG, but the worst part is a lot of them you can't eat in the karaoke room, apparently the server said they are scare that customers will make their room and ourselves messy/dirty. Then why do they have all those stuff on the menu?(there was a minimum charge of $300 for 3 hours, so we have to order up to that amount) We ordered bbq shrimp, it was RAW when it came ,the server took it away and never came back with it. And everyone you have to be VERY VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL when you are there, my aunt accidently broke one of their glass-when putting down on the table the edge hit it and it shattered(as you can tell it was a very bad quality one). And they said they will charge us $5 extra for that, we were in shock! it was an accident not like she did it in purpose. We talked to the manager and he said we have to pay no matter what. And we were THREATENING BY THEM! Manger and a guy full of tattoos in a ponytail came to our room and they stood in front of our karaoke room for a while. MADE US FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM PLACE! EVERYONE DO NOT GO THERE! If i can i will give 0 star!!!

Overcharged a bit but the place is clean and quiet, great place to shoot pool!

I’ve been here before and I had a great time and it was beautiful. We paid 20$ for the room and ordered drinks all night. Today I brought a birthday girl there and they tried to tell us it was 300$ minimum for the room!? First of all there was 6 of us we would have spent enough money but for them to tell us we have to pay 300$ just for the room for what!? An hour!? Are you kidding me. Smh. Bad business. No respect for clients. I can get a booth at a night club for that price. Fix your business.

Went there with my crew for some Friday night karaoke fun. The space is beautiful and rooms are well setup. Unfortunately, the music collection sucks. Which self-respecting KTV bar does not have My Way?

Definitely a good place to throw events and local functions. Had an artist of mine attend the Drop the Mic Niagara event hosted by ASI Events and it was a great time!

Previous reviewer talked of a $300 minimum. That was the policy under old management. New management (changed in February 2018) now charges for the room by the hour, with no minimum. Small rooms are $20/hour (there are 5 of these small rooms, probably seats 4-5 comfortably, but not dancing room for that many). There are also bigger rooms but I did not see so I don't know their size, number, or rates. Their facebook page was also very clear about the no-heat issue (also complained about by the same previous reviewer), but now that it is the summer, it shouldn't be a problem (I'd say check their Facebook page for when it gets cold again). The song list is heavily chinese, but they do have a decent selection of international english songs (this was the disappointing part for me as there was no Tragically Hip). The manager I spoke to was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and private. Hallway was dark.

made plans to come here for karaoke, called prior to arriving and was told there were rooms available. when i arrived with my group of friends we were told all the rooms were booked. willing to wait i asked when there would be an available room and at 10pm we were told they were all booked until 3am without checking anything. will not come here again. waste of time
