You have to visit this Tim's location to believe what a nightmare it is. The service is unbelievably slow and the line-ups are to the door, as I have seen many people give up and just leave. Most of the workers here look like they hate their job and are completely oblivious to the customers' time-they have to be there for 8 hrs and they don't care if you are too. Avoid this location and go to the one on Welland Ave, it's just as filthy but the service is somewhat better. Anyone who has visited these 2 locations know that every word is true.

Usually pretty good service. It's a popular location so it's usually busy. The young lady that usually works the soup and sandwich station is amazing and incredibly fast. Today however, a different young lady didn't cut the egg on my croissant sandwich which caused some eating on the go difficulties

This one is a joke. Management tells me they aren't your servant. 3 other people at the tables and management can't even take one minute to deliver my breakfast to my table. Oh they do it for other people but sure hell can't for me. Princess my money goes towards your salary and you tell me your not my servant. Ya prove your in a good area. Good riddance. I haven't been there in over 6 years. Even better shorter hours they aren't going to last long. Proves customer service is everything but only a matter of time if it stays open. and now you're closed is the best grand finale.

I don't like this Timmy's, it's way too crowded, there is always a long queue! I find that the donut trays are usually empty and by the time you get your order, the coffee is bitter and the donuts are stale! Timmy's was so much better when the donuts were made fresh on the premises and the coffee was always fresh!

A little bit disappointed about yesterday experience since I ordered Large Chai Tea and they gave me the wrong order, which was a Large Triple Triple and I cannot drink coffee at all. But overall, this location is much better than another Tim locations, friendly staffs and always provide customers good services although they always busy in the morning.

Standard tim Hortons can't complain. Problem is the hour of operation can be a pain which doesn't help much considering its the only tim Hortons in the downtown area.

Got there in time for the office going to work crew. Easily 50 or more patrons ahead of me. I was impressed at the efficiency the crew exercised while handling food and coffee orders simultaneously. This site has no drive thru window so the entire focus was on the front. The crowd was rapidly dispersed with no obvious discontent. Rather impressive display of skill and pleasant nature. I recommend this site very highly. The atmosphere was pleasant and the man in the corner was a refreshing spectacle. Considering the volume of business the site was not unkempt. I enjoyed the visit.

Out of all the Tim Horton's that I have frequented over the years this by far is my favorite location. The wonderful ladies and Tyler are always so friendly no matter how run off their feet they are. Having just moved to the downtown core a few months, I walk over each and every morning for my ice cappuccino. A huge thanks to the amazing staff at this location. Only wish they were open weekends!

awful customer service. I don't usually review like this but I was literally just ordering a bottled drink as this tim hortons is conveniently located near where I work. The male employee purposely made me wait and when the manager took my order, he didn't realize why I was standing at the waiting area and thought I was going to confront them about the wait. He literally whispered to the other employee saying "ignore her." Thinking I was there to say something when my order had actually just been taken by someone else. The manager who took my order even had to tell him to not be like that as my order was extremely simple. I try to be nothing but compassionate and understanding in the food service industry, but this was definitely a slap in the face.

Went there a few days ago. Location was very clean, but severely understaffed. Went in with one customer ahead of me who ordered a coffee. Waited 25 minutes before just leaving since they were still working on making the coffee for the person ahead of me.

Good service. Friendly people. However, usually there are bums sitting in the front doors.

Please stop stirring my cream only coffee with a dirty spoon, it always tastes like artificial sweetener and i cant drink it.

Only one person serving during rush hours, not very productive for a Tim Hortons

Only 2 people working. Service was slow and they were out of a lot of items. It almost seemed like a place going out of business. Food wasn't great either.

Very nice staff. Clean & organized, in stock, following covid rules without being in any way confrontational or impolite. Great place.

October 30th, 2016. The last, final time I will go to this Tim Hortons. I used to be seriously unsatisfied with this place to begin with, but that was mostly due to the terrible hours and the filth. Now there are new employees working at this location and boy oh boy. Could they ever care less about their customers. Always getting my order wrong when I clearly place my order. I also understand people have bad days, but you don't need to look miserable everyday as if you'd rather die then be working here. Today was the final straw, revolting. If you guys care to listen to your customers... -get longer hours -clean the place more often -maintain the cleanliness of your washrooms rather than having it look like a drug addicts bedroom -LISTEN to your customers -an occasional smile would be nice Until then, another coffee shop up the road will get my service. Chow.
