Food quality and service can vary from time to time. Food is pretty good most of the time. The people who work there always seem irritated though. I also made a DD order there once and my side and drink were missing.

One of the grossest places I’ve ever eaten at. None of the tables are ever clean, covered in food and unknown substances, and in my most recent experience there were literal bare feet marks all over the table. Absolutely disgusting and I’d never recommend it. Service is sometimes good but very slow.

I ordered a pita and mozzarella sticks from Uber eats the mozzarella sticks came with no sauce. I called they said ya too bad we’re out of the sauce. Worst customer service. It was $25 for this order I would never do it again

I hadn't been here since before Covid began and wow, it has gone down hill. I work downtown - so every once and awhile I would get lunch from here. Needless to say, never again. The place is FILTHY - there are crumbs everywhere, dirty tables, no napkins, wash cloths on the ground by the stoves. The guy making my pita didn't even to bother to wipe down the surface where he was making my pita, it was covered in crumbs and sauces from previous orders. I wouldn't even go here if it was 1 am after the bar - nasty.

They didn’t follow instructions unfortunately , asked for one crispy chicken one grilled, I got two crispy. also i got maximum 1 burnt chicken finger in fry box, there’s barely any white left on that chicken, it’s unfortunate because their rice box is usually pretty good but the fry box isn’t .

Really great, went in kinda looking for a deal and it was great 11$ after tax, delicious and fresh, lots of lettuce on my stake pita

Ordered through uber eats to pick up. Got a raw burger, the wrong size wrap, an order of over done and over salted fries. Don't bother here. Literally anywhere else is better. A single patty burger, small fries, what was suppose to be a 9" chicken Caesar wrap and some drinks came out to 45$ with me picking it up.

flavour was adequate. Wish they had made it right. I was missing 3/4 of the toppings I ordered and the few they did put in were minimal. I have VERY small hands, I didnt have ANY lettuce, spinach, feta cheese. They few toppings I did get, I could have counted on my tiny fingers! Nor impressed at all....

Such a misleading name since this place offer much more than pitas. I tried out the grilled chicken pita and an order of perogies. They have SO many toppings for your pita, fresh veggies, and even a bunch of sauce choices. The best part is, the toppings aren't extra! The perogies came with seven lovely cheesy, saucy, and completely loaded. They have all of the options for perogies that they have for the pitas! I will most definitly will be ordering from here again. ☺️

Went in there July 2nd at 1PM. I ordered a single poutine and pita, and though the store had been open for an hour, the grill still wasn't on so I had to wait 30 min for them it to heat up for them to make 2 items. I recieved it in a ripped bag and when I got home and opened it up there were hard pieces of black soot from the (obviously uncleaned) grill inside everything making the food pretty much inedible. The counters, floors, pita counter, and back area were also just as dirty as the grill. The few bites I could pick out of the poutine were good when they weren't covered in hard, carcinogenic bits. I wish I could go back for a refund, but I am working now and can't. Horrible experience and both my girlfriend and I feel sick. Included is a photo of one of the grill soot pieces that was in the food.

Every single time I order from this location it is SLAPPIN!!! super great taste, packaged super well, and great portions !! I will always recommend and come to this location! Whoever just did my order (Uber eats @ 6:50pm on July 22nd 2022) you did a PHENOMENAL job!! Thanks for being so consistent with your food !

Paid 20$ and they ripped my pita while opening it and now my pita is a pile of mush very disappointed in the quality of food will never return

Accidently ordered from here, thought it was a different location. Whoever cooks here should be fired, or at least properly trained. Fires aren't cooked and my burger barley had toppings, two very hard things to mess up.

Ordered a falafel pita, there was two tiny falafel pieces in the pita and an overload of lettuce and sauce. We also ordered a tereakyi pita, there was barley no chicken in It and there was also and overload of lettuce and sauce. Not happy. Both pitas were a mess. Will not be ordering from this place of business again!

Nov.25@9pm Absolute garbage...just had a delivery and the hotdog was literally a mess and thrown together with ketchup and mustard sprayed everywhere(clearly on purpose). Our hamburger was less then half the size of the bun....it was only half a patty. Why would you serve half a patty? This kind of service is a joke for your prices. We will never return.

The food was absolutely perfect, got a bacon poutine, the fries were well cooked, the bacon was cooked well and perfectly crispy, and it was done fast; after the order was placed it was ready not 2 minutes later. In conclusion, great service and great food.

Had chunks of the char on the grill in my food I had delivered. Tried to call the store three times to try to make it right and see if I could just come get another or something else. No answer and my food is inedible. Spent $40 on delivery to have half the food inedible. Won’t be back, unfortunate because we frequent this place.

Walked in and ordered the Tuesday special Taco pita. The lovely owner offered bowl variations which i didn't know they had. Very exciting for me as I'm trying to eat healthier, so I decided on a Taco salad bowl. The food is fresh and tasty! Lots of options for toppings and sauces, and the price for the amount of food I got can't be beat! I will be back and will bring friends! Delish!!!

This place has completely tanked over the last few years. Used to love the poutine and the pitas, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered here have been disappointing. The poutine fries are consistently undercooked and oily now, the pita is severely lacking in chicken, and even upon adding the “extra meat” option for $4.49, I couldn’t tell the difference from not adding extra. Looked like maybe 5 little chunks, and all were at the bottom of the wrap. Huge difference from the past, where adding extra meat had it practically bursting at the seams with chicken, which made it worth the nearly $5 upcharge. Always just end up with a lettuce and veggie pita with a sprinkle of meat now, no matter if you pay extra for more. It’s always dead inside the restaurant, poor lighting, usually not particularly clean, and no music or anything. Just silence and the one staff member sitting in the back area. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

We ventured into downtown on a Monday for lunch and fount. The majority of pubs weren't open, so we grabbed a burger here. It was ok but the server was very kind and made our experience enjoyable

I was not a fan of the burger I ordered. The bun was cold and made the whole burger feel just completely cold. Also was not a fan of the tomatoes being tiny pieces, wish they had some full slice options. If they could slightly toast the bread it would be a lot better. Prices are a bit insane too.

Best food in downtown. Staff is very nice and goes the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

Cobwebs everywhere, dead flies, dust. Old food stains on every appliance I could see. Grill and fryer area was filthy, looked like it had never been cleaned. Dining area lights don't work. The people who work here clearly don't care about the place, or the food they serve. There's zero standard for sanitation. I ordered a burger with an extra 2 dollar slice of cheddar cheese and the guy working there tried to put shredded cheese on it. Like what? On top of that the beef patty tasted horrible, god knows why. First time in my life I've had to spit out my food. Hands down the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten, at the most disgusting establishment I've ever ordered from. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not come here.

This place seriously needs to be cleaned. It was really dirty. Half open boxes everywhere, and the area by the fryer the floors were black and covered in grease, garbage and filthy counters. I ordered a steak poutine pita but they had no fries or gravy left. So I got the regular steak one, and then saw the guy make a poutine but it was apparently for an online order and they only had enough for that one. Out of Onions too. When I ate the pita it was soaked in grease from the grill, made me feel super sick. Do better.

This place has really gone downhill; there must be new owners or something. Staff used to be fun and cheery, now they seem overworked and annoyed. The restaurant itself looks just generally worse than it used to, as well...dirty floors and surfaces. Oh and the prices are pretty dang high for what they offer. Not sure what happened.

I love the food at this place. I always stop by and grab my dinner very often. I highly recommend this place. Best sandwiches ever!

Went to this location on a Friday night sometime between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and when ordering I was informed that they were out of french fries so they were unable to make a poutine also they were out of beef and unable to make any pitas or burgers honestly expected just a little more supply and product for a restaurant

I went to this place with my friends after the bar! Excellent service and food. The staff was so kind and we loved the poutine. Keep up the good work :)

1st off the service of K and M was amazing! The food was just as good. Great juicy burger and perfectly cooked onion rings. K and M seemed happy to be there. Great job⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in and at first the one female worker was nice, then saw as she was making the food her touching her phone with her gloves on and then making food with those gloves still on. All tables were dirty so my boyfriend asked if when they had a second they could clean them. he went and wiped down a single table and gave attitude even for that and after saying “i’ll deal with the rest later” floors were covered in grease and crumbs in the dining side,garbages were full. To top it all off the food wasn’t good, definitely wont be back.

Visited lively downtown & was quite happy to see people back on streets. U need a Pita Team seemed to be very energetic to welcome crowd & serve delicious food inside. Got Buffalo chicken poutine & my buddies got philly steak(real meat). 5 stars to guys and fries were very good

Circa 2014 this place was the absolute best! The owners were down to earth and always around. After they franchised, they lost a bit of the home-town heart, understandably. They still deliver a decent quality meal.

One of best food in St. Catharines downtown. I often visit them, they always greet me and make best pitas & fries for me. Must try their buffalo chicken pita, housemade fries and Ringer Burger...

Dont know why but all of a sudden no more peppers and onions on the grill and they dont offer 2 free toppings on a poutine. Service isnt what it use to be either. Wont be coming back to this location.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here late last night on Uber eats, they put the wrong peppers in and he said it was poor in taste. My pita had mustard in it which I didn’t put on the order.. didn’t end up eating it. Super disappointed 👎🏼 Won’t order from here again.

Had a decent experience. Girl working by herself was friendly and quick but the vegetables looked anything but fresh. Usually stick to the Glendale location because of this… also there must be something toxic in the air there because my stomach was turning at the smell of the restraunt… food was ok. I’ll stick to Glendale from now on…

I've gone here a few times and easily said it was one of the best burgers I've had around here. Tonight I went and my burger was still cold in the middle. One bite threw me off completely. I only had a 2 minute drive so definitely going to have to say it was undercooked. I'm not sure I'll be back. Sucks to say but appears to be another hit or miss spot in town.

Great place to get a quick burger.. the price is high and the quality is poor .. if you want a good quality burger than gotta pay a lot more money.. not worth it

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I got a completely raw burger took two bites without realizing and have been throwing up violently. Poor execution and poor customer service. I can’t believe this and will be contacting my attorney

I can’t describe it …. I was obviously way overcharged for two value menu burgers and a large fry for 30$ …. When I asked for an itemized list of purchases, they said I needed to pay first. I pay and they still won’t give me an itemized receipt!!! I tell them not to cook anything and refund my debit purchase, and they say that’s not possible….and just hand my 30$ cash …. Something sketchy is going on, and it’s not acceptable
