Two weeks ago, I ordered two drinks from Coco in St. Catharines through the mobile app. On the first attempt to pay, the app stated that the payment failed, and I then made a second attempt to pay. I waited for more than half an hour before I got my drinks. When I checked my bank statement three days later, I found that both payments had gone through successfully. When I returned to the store to inquire about the situation and ask for a refund, one of the employees said they would ask the employee working that day and return the refund within 3-5 days. And until yesterday, a week later, I still hadn't received a refund. I went back to the store and inquired about the order. The person who answered me was probably a MANAGER and was very quick to give me a refund. Even though the refund made me run to the store three times, I was happy at the time. So I ordered two more drinks at the store. This time, to ensure my order was correct, I purposely did not choose to place my order on the mobile app but ordered at the front desk. Half an hour after the payment ended, many customers arrived later than us received their drinks; we still hadn't received our drinks. When we asked the employee again, she asked us for a receipt instead, which she did not provide us when we paid. After reviewing our proof of payment, they acknowledged the problem with the system and placed a new order for the same drinks. However, after placing the order, it was found that the actual payment amount was 50 cents cheaper than what we paid before, which means that during the first order, she forgot about the free topping included in the promotion. After such a bad experience, these employees didn't even say sorry. Their condescending attitude was very disheartening to me. Whether in China or Canada, Coco has always been my favourite drink brand. And the experience I had at this store made my trust disappear. I'm sure my experience on both occasions was not an isolated case. Long wait times and unknowingly overpaying are something that many customers experience. I can't fathom that as a significant global chain, this Coco in St. Catharines has five employees working in the store simultaneously, providing us with such abysmal service. I will remain a fan of Coco's in the future, but in the meantime, I hope the store's customer service will improve in the future as well.

I tried for the first time a couple months ago and I'm hooked! So many different kinds. Happy to say that every tea I've had had been so yummy. The strawberry latte with warm pearls is to die for ! Definitely will be back at least once a week. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the product. 10/10 👍

I'm so speechless, the asian girl barista with gold rim glasses is so rude and disrespectful! I ordered 3 drinks and one was the Mango yakult that was on sale for $4.50 and was confused when she entered my drink and it showed $6.50. When I asked her about the amount she straight up told me to go sit down and use a calculator because the computer is always right and will calculate the sale afterwards??? 2 dollars is not that much and I'm not salty about the price, but I'm super annoyed about her attitude. Does she think I'm blind and cannot see the sale poster, or does she think that I cannot do simple addition? This attitude is not tolerated, it's not like I'm begging for a free drink or being a Karen asking for non-existing promotions.

The service at this Coco location is great! I noticed the store is always clean, I like to come here with my friends to study. The staff is always very nice and are accommodating, helps with anything. The drinks are so good here, my favourite bubble tea ever! Never lets me down, I have been a regular customer for 3 years. Would recommend to everyone!!

I preordered as I know they are usually slow with getting orders out, and still had to wait over 45 minutes in store for my drink. I placed my order on their app, hoping that it would make their life easier as they wouldn't need to punch in my order and accept my payment, but wow was I wrong. I preordered prior to arriving on location with a friend, and my friend waited in line, ordered, and received his drink more than half an hour before mine, even before they accepted my online order through their app. My favourite part was when one of the girls working behind the counter gave me attitude when I asked the status of my drink order. They served 8 other customers with orders of multiple drinks before serving my single one. After they made my beverage, the girl didn't acknowledge my existence, apologies, or anything. She simply slid the drink over the counter in my direction and proceeded to make other drinks. Very bad coordination, poor time management, and rude. It’s a shame as their drinks are usually good, but service is terrible.

I usually/used to get matcha macchiato slush. Apparently there are no longer any slush green tea options on the menu after the menu update. Tried it with ice, but it isn't the same especially on a hot day. I found the tea flavour very light. I basically paid $8 for a cup of pale green ice when what I wanted was a deep green cup of frozen tea. I'm disappointed; probably won't be back.

Was delighted to find a CoCo in St. Catherine's. Ordered a staple milk tea with tapioca. Quick service and makes it as good as ones in the GTA.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a regular drink by mistake and then asked to upgrade to a large which they said no they would have to make a whole new drink and I could pay .50 cents extra so I said great but what will you do with the regular just throw it out? And then they said no you can keep it. So I said wow okay thank you. Then they said but you have to pay full for the next drink. I said well that doesn’t solve my problem at all. So I opted to buy another regular size and I said I’d just mix is at home to make the large Drink I was hoping to get. So I said can I get a large cup to take home I’ll pay extra. They said no. Like really they did nothing to help solve the customer’s problem. All they did was say no. I would NOT come here again. Didn’t feel valued. On top of the the girl mixed up the Stickers on my drink so I don’t even know if the amount of sugar is correct on my drinks and my cups were all sticky. Waste of time and waste of money. I won’t be back.

I ordered "RED BEAN MILK TEA" and they gave me MILK TEA WITH NO BEAN IN IT. Seriously? I paid extra for the topping that I haven't received. So disappointed.

$6 for a medium-sized but small cup of a smoothie that tasted more like water than mango. Very busy so a long wait for one item...perhaps they should hore more help.

Whenever I order from Coco, I always order from the app and pick it up when I go to the store. Most places finish 5-10 minutes after the order is submitted and they send you a text message saying that it's ready to be picked up. I went to this location twice and was disappointed both times. I order from the app, get a notification saying that the order is in progress 5 minutes after and never got a notification saying that the order was completed. I waited 30 minutes until I went inside to check. Employee at the register ignored me, didn't greet or anything and was printing receipts. Turns out, my drink was on the counter the whole time and they didn't bother to send a notification saying that it was done...

$5.31 for half a cup of ice. Great way to short change your customers. Decent drink, but grossly over priced for half of it being ice.

Came here with my family and got some different bubble tea options. It was good and the service was good. My kids are very picky, but Coco never disappoints them and our whole family loves coco!

I ordered milk tea with pudding L size, 30% sugar; I saw the staff adding so many water to my milk tea, so it tastes like 0% sugar,,,why do you do that? To make it look full? Then you should add milk tea not water because I pay for milk tea! Perhaps it is on sale, so they don't care? I have to say it is "smart" as you can't tell until you taste it.

One Chinese lady was quite impolite. I tried to buy pearls because I thought the bubble tea had them. She said she couldn't sell them to me unless I had a container or cup, so I gave her a cup and got the pearls. However, she mentioned it was the last time and that it wouldn't be allowed in the future. I am Chinese, so this is not a racist comment.

Little pricey but so very good. Definitely recommend trying the brown sugar pearl drinks. Customizing drinks to your liking is also easy and will make your favorite drink even better if you want it slightly different. Service can be slow due to the large amount of delivery orders they receive so expect to wait a bit if going in person.

For such a busy place, the service is so good, the girl who served me was so sincere and didn’t rush me. I needed help selecting a non dairy option and bought 4 drinks, she helped pick out all the drinks with me and talked me through selecting the topping, sugar levels and ice levels for all my drinks. Then my drinks were done 1 min after I paid, amazing!!!

I got a drink and 30% sugar they gave me a drink that’s too sweet. When u asked for replacement for less sweet option they just gave cup of milk. A total disappointment will never come back… Whenever I go to different cocos they always make me a new one for less sweet.

Jasmine milk tea with QQ is my favourite here. I’ve been coming for the past 4 years and this place never disappoints me. I recommend coco always. So many new bubble tea store but coco is the best!

Store was really clean. The people working were so nice to us. They have so many topping and drink flavours to choose from. All of them look delicious. I had the bubble gaga. It was so good. I loved the refreshing passion fruit flavour. Definitely coming back.

I don’t know where to start but every time I go here, I feel like they don’t pay attention to their customers orders.I feel like I’m being riped off . I got a milk tea with pudding n tapioca and the cashier left someone else came , we paid for the order it’s just that they forget to add the tapioca n later when you want it ,they charge you again. To me customer service isn’t oh because they forgot it you have to pay extra for tapioca. This was my last time coming here I’ll never come here. 0 customer service, employees aren’t friendly, 0 for everything.

Don't bother using their online order option. Multiple times I've ordered 15-20 minutes in advanced and they don't confirm the order until I finally show up. On top of this, watching people who walk in, place orders after me and get their drinks way before mine are even started is insulting. Orders that are received but not confirmed until the customers show up should have some sort of priority or urgency.

Slow and rude. Lied about not getting our pre-order when they clearly accepted it ahead of time. We're waiting on a simple milk tea for almost an hour. Sadly, this is not a one-time thing. Seems like the last few times I've gone to Coco, their service has gone slower and slower and the staff has also become less friendly. It's unfortunate as Coco is a beloved franchise for us but if I have to wait an hour for a drink, I rather go to the dozen other milk tea places in the city. Coco as a brand is good, St. Catharines location need to do better.

The service was really poor, no social distancing, baristas didn't know what/or who order what drinks. 7/8 people behind the counter and everyone was running and jumping around each other. Some baristas were confused, and left customers drink sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes before customer stepped up and ask if that was their drink. This place was really good, but the service really has declined and went downhill badly. Also I got charged twice on my card, once on the app. And then I had to repay in the store because my order didn't go through and I used the same card. This is very disappointing and bad.

Have already ordered from here 3 times since I moved to the city! My parents love their drinks too. The drinks are great and staff is so nice. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit CoCo!
