As I was searching for a spot to eat at for lunch, I stumbled upon the Chopped Leaf. At first I was thinking it was going to be another freshie or bland salad bar experience... Let me tell you that they blew my expectations away! In the pics attached I ordered a #6 bowl with grilled chicken and falafel (which is not fried btw, bonus points) and the grilled chicken pesto cranberry sandwich with cheddar broccoli soup. Now I didn't eat this all on my own but my main was the bowl and the absolute freshness and deliciousness that blessed my mouth was beyond any salad I've tried! The grilled chicken was on point and real chicken breast, the falafel was like hey don't forget about me as I tried to save them for the end because they were soo good. The angry peanut sauce is just misunderstood, it's all love and was so delish I would drink the remainder if it wasn't already poured on my salad. The sandwich and soup was not slouching either, they stood tall and proud, ready to excite my tastebuds. The flavours and combinations in the meals will make your head spin. In terms of cost it's a little pricey when you buy the add ons but in all honesty, the Chopped Leaf can chop my wallet anytime I'm in the area without hesitation.

This place is INCREDIBLE. The service was incredible and I was walked through the best ways to order exactly what I wanted!! The food was incredibly delicious and made me feel so healthy and happy I absolutely had to review . Highly highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! The food is awesome and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I have tried it multiple times and every time the food is always consistent. I love there customer service and evil peanut sauce. Friendly and fast service! The restaurant is extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely love the Chopped Leaf establishments. Great selection of healthy options. My favourites are the tuna melt, bowl #1, #2 and #4. The cookies are also very good and gluten free! The owner and staff at this location are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They strive very hard to make your experience great and the space is super clean and fresh. Not your typical "fast food" environment. Absolutely love this location. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the bowl that I ordered! Everything was extremely fresh, and the flavours blended together so well! I’ve been here a few times, and they are consistently delicious with generous serving sizes. This is a must go to if you are in the area. Blows freshii out of the water and has become my go to.

The wraps and bowls here are always amazingly fresh and loaded with ingredients. They are priced better than most fast food restaurants but far tastier and healthier for you. They are my go-to if we have to do take out

Here is my honest review. I am a certified chef and love to give business to local restaurants especially after this pandemic travesty with small businesses. The service was great and the food was decent, but that's where it ends. I paid just shy of $18.00 FOR A SMALL WRAP and a vitamin water. I feel like someone just stole my wallet. Granted that I am not the target market for this vegan friendly spot, I can't imagine how someone would pay these prices for a thin pita wrap, quinoa, one hardboiled egg, some greens and dressing, with a drink. No wonder there is never anybody in there. Maybe they don't need the business because they are marking the food up by 300%. Knowing the grocery prices (just for the average retail customer). It is a shame that they think gouging the consumer is the way to recover on their loss. Unless they make their prices reasonable, I sure hope nobody goes there. $18 for glorified rabbit food.

I have never been the biggest salad guy, but the Chopped Leaf turned me into a believer. The freshness and care put into every salad does not go un noticed. Keep up the great work staff, we all appreciate you!

Went in with my daughter the other night after work to grab something to eat. We were greeted by the owner who has personality plus! I haven’t been in in quite a while. The wrap that I regularly ordered is not on the menu anymore. They were happy to help me customize a wrap to my liking. My daughter ordered a bowl and she was just happy with her order as I was with mine. The food is always so fresh and amazing. The hours are now extended for the summer, which is an added bonus for me. I look forward to going back soon.

My picky eater daughter and I went here for dinner tonight! I had the #3 bowl (Greek salad with chicken & brown rice) and my daughter wanted the kids quesadilla but not how they usually make it - they were super accommodating and gave her what she asked for! The food is always fresh and delicious! Staff was super polite and friendly too! Will definitely keep coming back!

Friendly and helpful owner, clean establishment, health and affordable meals! Highly recommend you to try the Bangkok salad if you like something with a kick and very savoury— the evil peanut dressing is so moreish, especially coupled with the chow mein! My wife suggested this to my son and I for a healthy alternative to the Internationally popular fast food options. Little man is typically an extremely picker eater so we played it safe and both he and I opted for the soup and half wrap combo. Everything was delicious and little man finished his soup and wrap and is now excited to come back try other menu items like the bowl #5 that my wife had. The pricing is fair $9.99 for a filling soup and a fresh 10" tortilla wrap, so some of the reviews I have been reading seem off, or The Chopped Leaf have revised their menu. Kudos to the team and we will definitely see you again.

Like freshii if it were 10x better! I really enjoyed the food here. They clearly use high quality fresh ingredients and everything is flavoured beautifully (no bland rice in these bowls!). Peanut dressing was absolutely delicious in bowl no. 6. Really nice customer service too, that was helpful in me choosing a good gluten-free option. I enjoyed this eating experience. If only all healthy takeout tasted this good...

Super delicious! I ate their solstice salad wrap and it was amazing and healthy without making me feel over full and gross. The staff are friendly and service was quick. If you're looking for a healthy alternative to fast food then this is it. I'll be coming back for sure!

You want a great salad, then you won't be disappointed with Chopped Leaf. Everything is fresh & good portions too. Also, try their fruit water. Whenever we are in St. Catherines, we pick up their salad.

The food was very good. Generous portion and fresh. Prices decent for the quality and amount of food. Restaurant was very clean and staff were regularly cleaning surfaces during our visit. Service was fast and friendly. Tables in use were well spaced to allow for appropriate social distancing. Only comment is it would be nice if there were an outside patio/eating area. Overall very good and I will definitely go back.

Very fast service, helpful, patient staff and a bright, spacious dining area. We had a creamy tomato soup and a vegetable lentil soup - both were nicely spicy.

Reliably good food. Fresh ingredients. Service with a smile. Infused water could be more infused with flavors. Pricey for style of food. Sandwich and salad 23 bucks. Could make same at home as food wasn't complex. Don't get me wrong. I liked it but doesn't feel like a "destination" place. That said, great alternative to burgers or subs.

I went to The Chopped Leaf after a raving review from a friend and I’m so glad I did. My salad was amazing. All the ingredients tasted super fresh and the dressing was to die for. The staff was so sweet and super friendly and they gave me a delicious fruit infused water when finding out it was my first time there. I highly recommend this place for a healthy and delicious meal. I can’t wait to go back and try everything on their menu!

Went here after a Massage down the street. The staff were friendly, courteous, and clearly take pride in what they do, and the washroom was in pristine condition. I had bowl No. 6 with shrimp and eggs. After sampling the peanut dressing I had it on top. Overall, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, but the generous portion size is what sets this place apart. The staff went out of their way to make a good impression. I plan to include The Chopped Leaf in my regular post-massage routine.

Wow! This place is fantastic! The food is SPECTACULAR, and all the ingredients we so fresh and tasty. I had the No.6 bowl with the evil peanut sauce and it was perfect! Walking into this immaculate restaurant, an ebullient gentleman welcomed a group of hungry teenagers. He offered tasty samples and proceeded to create culinary works of art in less time than a typical fast food chain. This kind individual recommended a Bangkok salad which tickled my taste buds and left me fully satisfied. I will return to The Chopped Leaf as soon as possible to enjoy the excellent ambience and delicious creations.

Food was great and who I believe to be the owner of the franchise took the time to explain many things as well as check in on us half way through our meal. Only one suggestion that would be nice is if they had the calorie count with the meal descriptions.

I stumbled on this place in St. Catharines thought I’d give it a try and I’m glad I did super friendly staff and knowledgeable on what they serve. I will be coming back for sure and recommend to anyone conscious about what they’re eating and want to feel good and full when they leave!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Tomatoes soup was hearty, flavourfull and just a little zing of spiciness. Cranberry Pesto sandwich has fresh, toasty and very good.
