Best shawarma in Niagara especially for the price - kafta is fresh & soft - pickled stuff and decent salads. No tabooli, but I haven't found that anywhere in Niagara yet. Friendly service. Complimentary tea was available; a nice touch that I haven't seen elsewhere in Niagara.

Update: advice: try to have one of the owners take your order or the young guy (thinking their son) they will make sure to take care of you. Portion size varies drastically if one of the young ladies are serving you. Which makes the experience a bit dis couragaing after being given top notch service and portions. The young lady seems to be very selective on how much of anything she wants to put out. Still a level 5 but definitely something to be aware of. Restaurant is very clean and well kept. Staff are friendly, family owned and run. Great options. Food is good. Had the mixed plate. Beef was alright. Chicken is the better option . Would prefer a bit more hummus and garlic then the amount of rice. But def get a good size portion.

made a quick stop over here for shawarma. its a family run place, they are all very friendly and welcoming. The service was super quick. It was empty when we came. but then got busy in a while. they had a small seating outing which was perfect patio setting. The wrap’s quantity was huge. its definitely worth the price. The veggies and chicken was fresh. The beef tasted well too. personal fav is the chicken shawarma. Must Visit. A special mention to the fries !!! Thick but crispy.

We found our favourite Shawarma in the region ! Overly generous portions with fantastic tasting food made to your liking (you pick your own toppings and build it however you want) we had beef shawarma plates and some falafel and everything was so fresh and delicious. The price is amazing all of this for under $40 is wild The service is also fun and fast and really friendly I leave with a smile every time Even the kids love it We will be the new regular customers for sure !!

I went to open my fast today along with a friend and they served me salad full of meal and very less rice. It was all pickles and raw veggies in the name of salad. The quantity was so less and the meat was all dry. I told them not to put salad at all but instead the box was full of salad. I asked them not to put potatoes and still I had potatoes. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Too pricey for the quantity they gave. Earlier it was better but now it's worse, both the management and the food.waste of my money .

Don't order the samosas. They are the type that you can get in the frozen foods section of any grocery store. In fact, when they are served to you, the centre will still be cold and frozen. They aren't served with any type of dipping sauce, which is sacrilege for samosas. Heck, even some ketchup would be appreciated.

Tonight I had a high quality and delicious chicken shawarma in a pita. It was my first time there and they took good care of me. The restaurant was clean, the service was exceptional… I am used to one pita not filling me up, but the staff accurately told me that one pita would be all I needed and he was right (to my surprise). I will be back tomorrow with friends.

Very tasty chicken shawarma, although a bit skimpy on the veggies. Came in around 12pm on a Sunday (holiday weekend). Quite a large wrap! Thin, but just long enough. The amount of veggies could definitely be improved as well the chicken was slightly dry as it came from the cutting tray, but overall everything mixed together quite nicely. Toum, hummus and hot sauce as sauces but I didn't bother trying the weird sounding, mayo based shawarma sauce. The saj style wrap took me by surprise at first as being slightly whitewashed, but it's consistency isn't the rubbery type that you would get at a supermarket. It was legit! Veggie selection was normal but everything was presented nicely and tasted fresh. It's a mom and pop type place but it's taken care of. Overall very nice!

Definitely my favourite shawarma place in the city other than shawarma hut plus, good portions, amazing shawarma, and friendly people.

If you want to eat a delicious shawarma without driving to Mississauga. I highly recommend this place it's delicious and clean locally owned and operated by people who know how to make shawarma.

I must say that this place NEEDS TO BE KNOWN. This is one of the most delicious falafel and sweked meat I have ever eaten. Everything is super clean, fresh, and definitely healthy. They also offer coffee! Perfect. Definitely recommend if you need to get some food or lunch before coming back to the United States. In fact, I would cross the border just to eat here. 10/10

Definitely can compete with the top shawarma joints in Toronto. If your going for the first time; try their chicken shawarma wrap. Make sure you get their garlic, hummus, and shawarma sauce all in your wrap!

I never write reviews ever. The fact that anyone could leave a bad review about this place is insane. Unbelievably friendly staff, Food is excellent, Cleanest shawarma place you’ll find anywhere and good portions for the price.

I have endless great things to say about this place. Their food is consistently delicious, the ingredients are always fresh, and the flavours are perfect. I crave this food weekly. The staff are the friendliest people, always courteous, and even often remember my exact order and prepare for me when I walk in. I have never found a place that can make falafel as good as Sultans. I’ve been meaning to review them forever now, and I wish I could leave 100 stars. Not enough can be said, so please go and try for yourself so you can understand what I mean.

I went in the other week while I was waiting to get my tires changed down the street and when I finished my meal they surprised me with a little Baklava treat for dessert! Fantastic, every, single, time. I drive 30 min one way just to eat here. Chicken is always cut fresh from the spit for each order. Wraps are neatly prepared with care, fresh crisp ingredients and with proportions that make sense. They are simply delicious. Staff is polite and professional. Fries are crisp and rice is fresh not clumpy. I should really try some other dish but the chicken shawarma wraps are just too good. The entire experience is very telling of good management. Please don’t ever change!

Consistently impressed! Sultan's is the best shawarma/Mediterranean in Niagara. I live in Toronto, and I would say Sultan's is better than most Middle Eastern restaurants in the big city! They staff are warm and welcoming and always go above and beyond. We always order the mixed grill entre with beef and chicken and it delicious! The beef is seasoned beautifully and the salads are fresh. The sauces they drizzle on top are fabulous as well. The portion sizes are huge and the prices are reasonable. Such an amazing find! Great food, friendly crew of this family run restaurant. We tried the mix shawarma wrap and chicken shawarma dinner first time. Now, the lamb shank and kebab. We have tired all the shawarma places in town but this once is the best of all. The food is always fresh and you get lots of food for the price. Must try if you are in town.

Tried to order from this place 3 times. The first 2 times they were completely out of stock of their quarter chicken dinners. The third time, they took the order for 2 dinners, didnt say anything to us, and then revealed they only had 1 when we went to pick up the food. It was pretty good, but not worth the hassle. Would be returning if they could keep items in stock or let us know if they could not complete the order.

Last night, I went with my daughter and I for the first time. The food that we ordered was more than amazing. Just eating half of the meal, was more than enough. I would highly recommend this place to whoever wants to eat well. On top of everything, when I was having a conversation with the workers, their hospitality was fantastic.
