Took my break here and had fries with gravy and was good would recommend. Was a 86km bike ride that day

So good! I miss this place. I can't wait to come back. I come here every summer, its fairly cheap but tastes amazing. Great place to bring the kids, a casual date and then go for a walk along the canal and watch the boats go by. I hope you guys stay in business for more years to come. You'll always have my business

Got hotdogs, sausages and poutine. Tasted amazing and family loved it.

They were out of some menu items like ice tea and containers for gravy. Salt was empty, maybe she misunderstood why I was still standing in line again for a refill so I gave up lol Good fries and gravy.

Very disappointed. Online stated you were open until 6pm. I arrived from across town to treat my oldest to his favorite poutine. All was good. The man inside saw me take out all 4 of my children. Just as i was starting to walk over he closed up. Didnt say anything to me. Now i had to buckle up 4 very upset, crying kids back into their carseats. If you say your open until 6. Stay open until 6. If not updating your hours online would be beneficial.

First time I ate there. I noticed a lot of Newfoundland stuff made me feel right at home, being from down east myself. Then i noticed the Newfie steak burger and couldn't help myself, it was great. My hubby had a sausage and he thought it was fantastic! I will go back!!

Cute little hut to get some fresh made french fries and more. It's right across from the water plenty of seating great place to stop by and enjoy the view while having fries 😁😁 I highly recommend you make a quick stop

The staff was kind, service was fast, but the oil was so old we had trouble eating fries for months afterwards and felt gross for the rest of the day. This was at the end of the last summer season, and we could smell it in the air every-time we drove by. I didn't have the burgers but they looked great from what I saw. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day, will update next time we try them out. There are a few excellent fry and burger type shacks around the canal so it's hard to justify returning to one you didn't enjoy.

Person working needs to know when to make a face or when not to. Server was annoyed I was asking a two year old what they want. Rolled her eyes and walked away. Very very rude. The food was good. I liked it.

Great stop for some solid food. Amazingly generous portions and not a long wait! Dining right by the water.

Had the poutine, it's just not good. Don't recommend.

Super friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. A bit busy during lunch but nothing too crazy. My two year old son really liked being there too!

It was okay, the service was pretty slow, I went on my lunch break because I work nearby and it took a lot longer than expected for a poutine. I wish they used cheese curds instead of shredded mozzarella on the poutine and the fries weren't anything special. I probably won't be back.

Great place for fries and burgers and a newfie burger ,you have to try it all. The view is great also.
