The BEST place to come to Niagara, I have a sensitive stomach I can’t eat a lot of pasta or bread from other restaurants as it’s full of salts and fats, I saw this open near my house and decided to give it a try! It is fantastic fully fresh ingredients and made hot! Amazing prices along with portion sizes, it almost seems to good to be true, I order off skip and in house all the time from here ! Everytime I’ve gone in customer service has been great ! Very amazing place , instead of paying 50 dollars to sit down somewhere for a small portion size come here

Why I don't order at Valentinos anymore, and neither should you: After getting a few orders wrong, I called and used specific language to make sure the order would be correct. These are orders ranging from 30-50 dollars each time, so small errors do add up. After the sixth mistake, I called Valentinos to ask what the problem could be. The manager Marco heard the problems and asked for specific order numbers/receipt numbers to check the orders and find the mistake (Who keeps their receipt from takeout?) instead of rectifying the issue or offering any kind of credit. This is an example of a business making enough money to supercede customer service. I don't hold anything against the teenagers working there that take the orders and make the mistakes despite using particular syntax or language to get the order right, but six in a row? come on now. I thought the food was decent but overpriced considering the lack of quality for the price and the lack of portions for a little piece of veal or parm with a giant bread. I recommend going to another italian restaurant because their takeout will be better quality and there's probably some sense of accountability.

Ordered a Penne with 4 meatballs (lol) and that was 17 dollars. Not 7 but 17! Insane prices. With one slice of lasagna and the penne it cost me 35 dollars. I'll resign to making my own from now on. The food is absolutely not worth the price tag.

Ordered a couple sandwiches expecting them to be prepared in front of me at the hot table. Turns out the hot table was empty as they disappeared to the back for almost fifteen minutes. They asked us if we wanted peppers and onion we said yes than they said it was 3.50 more for that option. At 12.99 just for the sandwich another 3.50 was gonna just be too much. When we finally got the sandwiches they appeared to be not cooked that day and we're very dry. For the price vs the quality ill never be back.

Had a family function of about 30 ppl over the weekend. Valentino’s was the best choice to cater our special day. all I can say is that each guest commented on how delicious it was!! The fresh Italian goodness was enjoying in each dish we ordered The portions were huge and our food arrived warm. Great job Valentino’s. Thank you so much!!!

Valentino’s is a delightful spot to grab a quick snack that will satisfy your taste buds. I swung by recently and was treated to a delicious snack that left me wanting more. The flavours were on point, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. However, one aspect to consider is the lack of restroom facilities. My wife needed to use the bathroom, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one available on the premises.

We have ordered three times from Valentino's St Catharines. The food is simply awesome! I want to compliment your customer service and client care. During my last order on-line, there was a confusion on pick up times. Valentino's rushed to action and was able to help us make a successful family event. A cute Italian store...great gelato and desserts. Cherry cheesecake is heavenly. Nice reasonably priced portions to share!

They have great stuff! I wish they put more beef in the beef stew (could even charge more). But they still deserve 5 stars for sure!

The best pasta sauce and meatballs I've had since my Nonna passed. There's nothing like them. Once you try their sauce, you'll never look at grocery store sauces the same again.

Just stopped by to pick up a sandwich from their deli and I was blown away by the friendly welcome and quality of food. Really happy to have found Valentino's in St. Catharines! I'll be back for some take away again soon!

We stopped by here today! What an awesome place. We ordered take out lasagna, rice ball and chicken parmigiana. The food is excellent with generous portions. This is a family business and they treat customers like family! The cannoli are excellent too. Lots of Italian food supplies and great gluten free options.

Ordered food from Valentino’s for a rehearsal party in July 2023. Everything was delicious! Had the Charcuterie board, Gnocchi, Roasted Chicken, Grilled vegetables, Caprese and Garden salads. They did not disappoint and there was plenty to go around. Megan made ordering easy. Thank you, I will be back and recommend your place.

Had an event this weekend and ordered from Valentinos. This was our first time. Everything was excellent . Everyone of our guest commented on the tenderness and flavor of the roast beef. We had roast beef,roasted potatoes, penne pasta,and Cesar salad. Lots of food with left overs. Will definitely use them again.

2 parts of the order were missing… 2 rice balls The ravioli was not fresh… it seemed they had been freezer burnt and then cooked… dry and tasteless… There response On the phone was also not helpful when we called about the missing food. As store owners ourselves, I felt the whole experience was not a good one. Never will we go back and never will we recommend this restaurant. Sorry

Just moved to area and this place was highly recommended. Stopped in for ice cream and to check it out. Owners are very friendly and they make a lot of the items on site. Can't wait to try the home made tomato sauce.

This is a wonderful neighbourhood gem that I adore. My family really enjoys the hot table, specifically the pasta dishes. They have a great selection of Italian treats and a tasty frozen section. The iced cappuccino is also SO GOOD. The service is always good when I’ve gone.

The girls were very friendly and they had a great selection of Italian and Canadian items to choose from. The layout is very easy to follow and their desserts are to DIE FOR! 💜

i felt robbed after buying a $6 large frozen Cappuccino. I received what appeared to be a small. (It’s not about the $6 but the actaul size of the cup) I told them I ordered a large and her response was yea that is a large, the small is a bit smaller. (How can you double the price of a large when it’s barely bigger then the small) Check out my photo and please for your own sake do NOT buy these as the amount is a complete rip off! This can’t even pass for a medium! Will not be returning

Excellent food, friendly service, reasonably priced. We had fish and chips on Good Friday, sadly it's not a regular menu item. Their pizza is great.

It was ok smaller than what I expected from their web site. Prices seem to be a little higher also compared to other Italian style shops I have been in. Took home the meat lasagne it was very good
