By far the worst little Caesar’s. Have tried this location a few times and they have NEVER had a hot n ready actually ready always told 15-20 minutes. Garbage pizza to begin with people only get it cause it’s supposed to be ready… go to dominos people

Going to start by saying I will be contacting corporate as well. Walked in to see zero hot n ready pizzas. Also walked in on 2 "ex" employees fighting with the current what I assume is manager on duty. There is another employee who was being sent home due to her wanting to follow company policy and health and safety guidelines in regards to expired dough and improperly made dough. Apparently this location serves expired dough all the time. The two employees who were fighting with the manager were mentioning how this location modifiess workers hours to pay them less, and then they verbally fire them and never give them their final pay. Avoid this location at all costs. Corporate will be hearing about this, and so will Niagara Health.

Little Caesars is a fast food pizza store. This is take out only. They usually have some pizzas in an warm storage rack ready to go.....pay and out the door in 2 minutes. They also have speciality pizzas and its usually about a 10 minute wait if you order. Price is reasonable but you get what you pay for....its not the best pizza but sometimes quick and convenient wins. The staff member was courteous. Will most likely go back when the quick and convenient wins again!

Nice clean store, food is always great with affordable prices. The best thing I like about this store is their customer service and food quality. New owners are really great. Thank you for making us delicious food. 🙂

Hungry after a long days work. Almost $8 for this burnt garbage? Unbelievable. Side note...Would it kill the lady working to greet me, or atleast pretend to be happy I'm spending my money there. 05/10/22 @4:00pm. Will never be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is dirty and uses expired products, including dough that has sat out and is improperly made. The customer service is horrific. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Eat here at your own risk.

The lady that's "apparently" the manager is absolutely ignorant... They never have anything ready ever. Do they ever work? Been sold a burnt dried out pizza multiple times then when I came back to return she tried to argue that it was not refundable. And didn't know how to use the machine... manager eh? DO NOT go to this location. Slimy

Stood at the counter for quite a few minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. The customer in front of me gave up and left after 15mins, 2mins later the lady took my order and food was ready shortly afterwards but when I got home the crust was thin and white, barely any colour to it. I had 5 kids at home waiting to eat, so I quickly put it in our air fryer to crisp it for them.

Everytime I visit this location, they never have "hot n' ready" available.. Everytime.. The past 5 visits were within the last 2 hours of close, most recent visit was a half hour before close and the employees seemed to sarcasticly smile while saying they don't have any items remaining or just sold the last one.. Granted, they might just been trying to be polite. However, I'm still hungry and they don't have anything available. Either, change the hotnrready slogan or make pizza.. Your a restaurant, which inevitably has waste at end of evening . Unless customers don't come first and you'd rather turn us away. I just watches 2 other people walk in while I was typing this review. They as well, have no pizza..

Walked in after work. Was extremely busy had to go to my second job and was running late so I figured I’d grab a pizza. I asked do you have anything ready because I’m in a rush? The worker said yes I have a pepperoni ready. So I ordered that and paid for it, then he said it would only be about 10 minutes. So it wasn’t ready. And when I got it it was scalding hot so I couldn’t eat it and I still was late for work. Thanks for nothing.

Great pizza! I have never been so pleased! Excellent service, high quality pizza for low prices! The best part is, they always have the 2 basic pizza's ready, pepperoni and cheese! So if you're in a rush, you can get it and go! Also, the best garlic dipping sauce I've EVER tasted!! 10/10

Manager is really down to earth and cool, they make a sick stuffed crust as well! My go to location.

Made an honest mistake when placing my order. Made it for pick up instead of delivery. They refused to refund my money. I'm a single mother and can't get tot the store. So they basically just took my money. Don't make this mistake you wont get your money back. I will never order anything from this location ever again.

Saturday night 845, nothing ready made. Isn't hot and ready a major part of your business model? This location has gone downhill.

If you're planning on picking up something quick and edible, I'd suggest going elsewhere. I received two pizzas and garlic sticks from this Little Caesars that all had RAW dough! And, I received no compensation even after contacting the company about the issue.

The one star is for the fact their policy is to cook a new pizza instead of just adding crazy crust. The whole idea of Little Caesars is hot n ready not wait 20 mins because you want a butter and cheese added to crust. I miss the days when crazy crust was a well kept secret and free.

Little Caesar's is one of my favorite pizza places. I enjoy the stuffed bread and deep dish pizzas.

Idk who the woman is behind the counter lately but she should be fired.. burnt pizza access of 20 min wait time.. one man's opinion but she's way to slow. No one should be waiting over 20 min for a (approx)7 min pizza. Either that or hire more staff FFS! (4th St Catharines location)

I ordered from glendale location more than 6 times and had and issue with the food every sinlge time!!!!! I then gave little caesars 1 more chance at the Fourth location and the difference in quality for the exact same item is mind blowing. Fourth made me the best pizza i have had by far..............100 PERCENT RECOMMENDED...... THANK YOU TO THE FOURTH STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

Hot n Ready should probably mean hot and ready, especially at the dinner hour and when it's a basic pepperoni pizza. I also just saw a girl go from the kitchen to doing cash to the kitchen without washing her hands once. Not impressed. 🤢 This location continues to disappoint :(

All these entitled reviews stating "smile for me", "be nicer to me", etc. just shows how little empathy people have. Lower prices usually means business pay their people as little as possible, and minimum pay equals minimum effort. The *one" person working (yes, one person for the whole place) was quick enough and kind enough, and the food was good too. You people want better stuff, force companies to pay people enough to care (which should be enough to survive on), it's that simple.

I went the other day to this location.. the smell of the pizza was supper yummy. And the staff were nice. One note I have, a girl was working there was just standing playing with her phone, then touching the pizza, touch other things. The placed needed a lot of cleaning and she was just standing there doing nothing, even tho there was a lot to do. The other girl was busy on cash and trying to clean and the man was busy baking. I feel bad seeing some do a lot of work and other does nothing.

This isn’t a review of Little Caesar’s, but more so to their choice of delivery company Door Dash. I ordered a pizza for my brother with clear instructions that the tip would be given at the door. This is done so that if they want their tip then my brother gets his food right away. Well the last time Jan Carlo of Door Dash simply left the pizza on the ground and left. When my brother found the pizza it had an extra free topping of black ants. Thanks door dash for not having the ability to complain to or write a review. Sorry to Little Caesars for having to write this on your page. My brother does not have a cell phone so I do his ordering. I’m not always in the position to call him when his food is arriving, hence the tip at the door as well as he knows it has arrived. He does have a doorbell as well. Even knocking on the door would work, as it’s a very small basement apt.

I refuse to go here. New owners took over and has illegally fired most of the women staff workers.. especially a few who have been there for a few years. I think that these three St. Catharines store should be boycotted It’s really sad that one of the owners is writing on here to save face. From what I’ve seen…. Selling expired food, treating the women workers wrongfully…

The few times I've ordered from this location I wouldn't exactly give it a 10/10 for food quality, but the staff that have served me including the young man with the glasses in the AM and the young lady with the colored hair have been genuinely very friendly to the point where I prefer to walk in a& order when they're in due to the great customer service. I've recently seen new workers at this location & in my personal opinion their customer service skills are not very good compared to my previous experience & as for the pizza, it's gone from a 8/10 to a 3/10.

Orders from here many times. Every time I’ve gone in everyone that has been working has been good. I went two weeks ago and again this week. And I think there is new owners or something cause I don’t see anyone I recognize anymore. They are extremely slow now and the food quality isnt as good 😐 i’ll probably just find a new pizza shop (Domino’s is pretty good)

Not first time order from here but will be the last. Your attitude is so incrediblely disappointed me. 8 wings missing one at least you should really say a sorry to me, not laughing and ask a skip order customer to come back for a wing. I am not looking for a wing to call u, but an apologize for missing it. The girl won't even listen my talking and hang off the phone,that is so rude, will never ever order again from here.
