    After hour female doctor was so rude. My skin has been reacting for the past 2 months and I had asked to see a demotologist because I'm tired of self treating especially because everything seems to be making it worse. The doctor was so rude disregarded everything I said and looked at me with doubt of everything I was saying. Terrible experience. I told her about my concern as to what's causing this reaction and again she ignored me and kept speaking over me. So rude

    Dissapointed that they wouldn't do a simple in-house test for an infection when I stated I had classic symptoms of a UTI (most, if not all walk-in clinics do this), instead they just sent the sample to the lab and said to wait for the results. Waited 2 days, still had no call and my symptoms were persisting so I went to another clinic where they did an in-house test, diagnosed, and prescribed me antibiotics within an hour. It's now been three days and this clinic still hasn't reached back to me. So if you need to be tested for a UTI, don't go here. I only went here since this is the walk-in my family doctor requests me to go to for after-hours appointments. In future I'll be avoiding this place.

    I am writing about the phone services, always on hold for over an hour. Impossible to book online. My family doctor is amazing, but how can I make an appointment, when I can not get hold of a receptionist.....

    Dr Janine Hutchinson is amazing, I love her she a great Doctor. Best one I've ever had, she takes the time to listen to her patients and really get to know them.. Dr. David Wan on the other hand doesn't listen what so ever to the patients who know their body. He tries pushing patients into stuff they don't want to do, even after said patient already told them no twice that's not the route they want take. And tried to manplain to me about my body, I think afters of going through my medical issues I believe I know when something is wrong with my body..His very rude, and doesn't use his listening skills.

    My family doctor is amazing but I always seem to have an issue with the booking staff, I received attitude on the phone today while trying to book a 20 minute appointment my doctor told me to book (this options isn’t offered on their booking site) and she just kept telling me she couldn’t even though my doctor had told me to book that duration of an appointment for the same time I had before and he would accommodate the time for my appointment. She just sarcastically told me find I’ll just overlap another patient and hung up on me. Very disappointed, they also don’t answer their calls during the windows of phone availability, I was on hold for quite some time before I hung up and tried again.

    Dr David Wan is the best family doctor I've ever had. He treats me and my family so well! Dr Wan knows the meaning of respect, privacy, honesty, patience, and unconditional positive regard, no matter the issue. As a result of his kind care, he has earned my trust. He's brilliant and capable and his opener is "how can I help"- and indeed he has helped. He takes time, doesn't talk down to me, and patiently answers my questions. He's open to new points of view but not if they're to my detriment- he relies on evidence and I appreciate him for it. He has taught me a lot. When he doesn't know something, he says so and refers me to people who do. The secretaries and nurses working under him also treat me with kindness and respect. During the pandemic the quality of care from this doctor and his staff did not deteriorate, which is a credit to them. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Wan and his staff. Thank you

    NOT a walk-in clinc just in case you search on Google for walk in clincs near you.... it's not. Don't waste a trip like I did

    The doctors are great but today at 12 noon Sept 26th 2022 the secretary had such a massive ego and she failed to recognize the flaw in their pharmacy/prescription renewal service. As a result, she decided to hang up on me and failed to update the pharmacy I use, kept denying my calls which is very serious because I have to book a follow up with my family doc. The secretary should reconsider her job to be honest because hanging up on a PATIENT is beyond unacceptable and inappropriate and insensitive as health issues differ from patient to parent and she needs to be empathetic and learn to LISTEN. I'm trying to get a prescription and book an appointment that's it. Chit chat is unwanted if you're a busy person. Tell her to work for someone else.

    Dr.Nowicki has been my doctor for 8 years, and now my children's doctor aswell. Cannot say enough great things. Listens to your concerns and treats you with respect and like a human. He has literally saved my life. Montebello Clinic has been an excellent resource for health care for my family and I. Thank you for your care .

    Everyone there was insanely nice. I went in there with a massive ear infection and I simply said please look at me to speak to me I cannot hear a thing and every single person in there was very polite did as I asked

    Worst patient care service ever, called to get a medication prescript refilled urgently said it would get done waited hours followed up with my pharmacy said they had send 2 faxes and hadn’t heard back. I decided maybe it’s best I go in person and pick up the prescription in person, come to find out the prescription hasn’t even been submitted. Followed up with the pharmacy they inform me wrong prescription was submitted for a patient that has been under Dr. Nowickis care for years. Call next day to follow up on the prescription just to be told there is nothing that can be done for the medication refill that is needed for a heart condition and told to go ELSE WHERE to get a refill. Not to mention they say leave a voicemail on their machine to not have a voicemail available and finally when they do get to speak to a receptionist they are of no help and have a really really poor attitude in the way they treat their patients urgent needs.

    My family has been going here since day one. HaVe never had a bad experience. Dr O'Reilly has helped my son through losing a kidney and has never pushed his pain to the side. Great experience with other doctors at the clinic also.

    Website and IVR system state office is open until 7:30pm Friday for after hours clinc. Show up at 6:30 and all is dark.

    Just want to say that installing this booking appointment on-line is genius! now I can do other things rather than staying put for somebody to pick up the phone. Also your staffs are amazing...very fast and friendly.

    I now downgrade this to a 1 star and would give it 0 stars if I could. They are pushing for online booking IDK if the secretaries are lazy or what? So nobody answers the phone after waiting 30 minutes after being told day prior that it is booked and that I had to call again the next day. No more walk in which is baffling because every single time I ever walked in there was never more than 0-3 people total. The Hospital is a joke ridiculous long hours waiting so you would HOPE your walk in clinic could help alleviate the problem but apparently not.

    They seriously need to restructure the reception area. I’ve called twice in the last week. The first time was to request an inhaler. It took 15 minutes just for them to answer the phone. I’m now calling to book an appointment with my doctor and after waiting another 15 minutes for an answer they just hung up. If phones are only answered during set hours the expectation would be for the phones to actually be answered during those times. It is my understanding that they no longer do walk ins at this location so I don’t understand why phone lines are sitting on hold for an average of 15 minutes. I’ve never had an issue here with the specialists or the doctors however it is a constant issue dealing with reception.

    I have always been treated with respect. All the staff is very friendly. I have never had to wait long for my appointment. I had some trouble getting a report sent to a surgeon, the staff went above and beyond to fix the problem.
