I
normally
enjoy
Dr.
Mitchell
and
his
staff
but
today
and
one
other
previous
time
he
has
made
me
feel
horrible
for
taking
up
his
time.
I’m
a
foster
parent
and
when
a
child
comes
into
care
we
must
have
them
assessed
within
7
days.
Many
of
them
do
not
have
a
family
doctor.
Even
if
they
did,
it
is
often
difficult
to
get
an
appointment
within
that
time.
My
only
other
options
are
walk
in
clinics
or
a
hospital.
I
understand
for
kids
that
have
on
going
issues
that
a
family
doctor
should
be
involved.
Dr
Mitchell
cannot
refer
to
other
doctors.
He
seems
fed
up
with
Facs
and
foster
parents
attending
his
office.
He
sort
of
took
it
out
on
me
with
my
foster
child
present
and
expects
me
to
relay
the
message
to
Facs.
He
definitely
has
a
lack
of
empathy
for
my
child
who
is
going
through
enough
as
it
is
and
myself
and
left
me
very
upset
and
in
tears.
I
use
to
recommend
his
services
even
though
at
times
the
clinic
would
close
early.
I
felt
so
bad
after
today
that
I
will
not
return.
I
do
find
his
demeanour
has
change
this
past
2
years.
I
do
love
his
daughter
the
receptionist
she
is
the
best
and
very
sweet.
This
is
very
bitter
sweet.
Maybe
Dr
Mitchell
will
get
to
read
this
and
self
reflect.
