Dr. Hubley not only offers correction for problems, she explains and educates you thoroughly to understand your condition, always positive in a manner that is inspiring. After years and years of pain and sleepless nights, Dr. Hubley did a fantastic job adjusting my back, neck, arm, hand, and knee. LIVA health team (Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologist, Naturopathy and Massage Therapy) are very knowledgeable and educated people who provide stellar services. Ohh my heavens! What can I truly say about LIVA Heath?! Honestly the best health care center with the most phenomenal staff there is in this city! Dr. Joanne Hubley & Gale took the best care of me after a fall in the winter of 2019. It has been a year and my back will be back to where it should be in time. But upon my first visit with Joanne.... she listened to what I had to say. She heard me and was even there for me when I broke down in her office, with compassion that you can feel from heart to heart. This woman helped me more than any Dr. has with medications which I refuse to take because I KNOW that regular exercise and eating healthy is the BEST medication for the body. Dr.Hubley has changed my life! I was experiencing lower back pain for years. I had tried many other chiropractors, and physiotherapists, which did not help. Dr.Hubley tailored a specific treatment plan, including the decompression table. I am finally pain free. Dr.Hubley is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I’m writing this review for Liva health Receptionist it’s not very nice person she shrewd she’s arrogant and her work ethic is very poorly towards client. That’s not how he should be when you’re talking to client. What client is explaining she doesn’t want to entertain it. Either is her way or no way.

I went in to get a tax receipt. And on the paperwork I had a credit from 2 years ago that I wasn't even told about no call nothing. I was literally verbally attacked by the doctor freaking out yelling at me I was pretty shaken up . So unprofessional and scary. I have never been told I was restricted from the property. And the abuse was the other way around from a professional no less. The tax receipt is my right for my records because I bought it through the Rotary club.

I have been a patient of Dr Joanne for 12 years. Over that period of time she has worked on me from my feet to my neck, always achieving positive results.
