I got my teeth cleaned at Lake Street Dental last week. The staff is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Younis clearly explained my options for treatment when I've had issues. I love the modern new look after the renovation too. Recommend this clinic 100% if you're looking for consistently great treatment!

To have a business in a residential area and show so much disrespect to the neighborhood no one should use their services. They have huge piles of snow covering the side walk that forces my young daughter and I to have to cross over lake street then again down pleasant to walk to school on a clear side walk all because they themself are to lazy to clear the side walk or pay someone to do it . They shoveled a small path to their door for themselves over their grass, but have left the entire side with mounds of snow and it's been like this for a week. In the summer we walk by and see all the garbage blowing around in the parking lot and in the dirt boxes they have for gardens.They walk over it every day ignoring it. This is a street kids walk down to get to school evey day and they show no care for the little ones or residents that live here.

Rating would be zero but it's not an option. I have a serious tooth infection which needed antibiotics which I am taking at the moment. To be fair, I didn't explain my situation but asked if they accept Ontario Works recipients because that is the only coverage I have at this time. This office can't claim they are "emergency dental" if people are turned away based on their ability to pay.

The staff and its service are excellent. They also have staff that can explain the procedures in both English and Spanish. I definitely recommend this place.

Extremely rude, arrogant manager of the clinic. Absolutely no phone manners and laughed at me when I said I'd like to speak to the manager "I am the manager haha". I'm never coming back to this clinic, the dentist doesnt even work out of this office anyways more than once or twice a week. I'll be calling to speak to the practice owner next, there was absolutely no reason to speak to me that way, from start to finish of the phone call. I cant understand who promoted this arrogant person to the position of manager.

This is my first negative review in my life but I need to warn people. As the other negative review said, do not go there.

I've been going to Lakestreet dental for a few years now, it's been an absolute pleasure being a patient here. Dr. Zeyad Abdulrazzaq Is by far the best dentist I've ever had. He is very professional, calm, respectful, and gentle. No pain after visits. Such a kind and welcoming team from the front desk to the dental chair you will feel very welcomed with anyone on this team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Younis for the past 10 years! She is amazing, and has great bedside manners - I bring my 4 kids and they feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. The clinic is so professional and clean, the staff is so friendly and I'm glad we do not need to look for another dentist - she's a keeper!

I am so impressed with the quality of care given at Lake Street Dental. All the staff are fantastic. This is a rare office which still delivers a personal touch to every one of their patients. They genuinely care about you and it clearly shows even during a quick conversation. Kudos to the team who are truly the best in the city!

I will never go back to them WORST experience. I have bad teeth and last January 2020 I finally decided to get them fixed. I was supposed to start getting work done in February. Covid hit and they closed so my app got pushed (100% understandable) thing is it got cancled in Feb.. march april... I didnt get in until September 17th 2020. Ipaid to have FIVE teeth pulled only got three because my body couldnt handle it. You would think I would still have funds left....NOPE they took ALL off my money. They tried to get me to do multiple xrays so they could charge me more. Needless to say i went to a a sleep dentist WHO by the way used the same xray from a year ago to figure out what needed to be done to fix my teeth

Don't have to wait too long for your appointment, service is very friendly! Got all my appointments sorted after my first appointment!

I can’t say enough goods this about Lake St Dental! I had never been there before and because of COVID, I was scared I would not be able to see a dentist. But I called and said I had an emergency, they were able to take me the next day! Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist herself were super nice! I would 100% recommend Lake St Dental to anyone who asks! Thank You so much Dr. Younis and staff!

I had an amazing experience here. The staff are great and Dr. Younis does amazing work. I always hate the dentist and have had a bit of dental work done when i was younger. I have been looking for a good dentist to continue the work on my teeth and repair my fillings when needed. I had to have one of my old fillings replaced as it was coming loose. Dr. Younis was very considerate about the fact that i am terrified of needles and helped me through it. I felt no pain what so ever. She even fixed a few of my chipped front teeth free of charge while we were waiting for the freezing to set in. She kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure i felt no pain and that i was okay. The only thing I will say i did not like was the pricing. I had always been covered under family plans and school dental plans until this year and i had no idea how much dental work would cost so when they told me it would be $400 i didn't think too much of it. I just assumed dental work was expensive but after speaking with a few friends they informed me that was extremely expensive and they had gotten a few filling done for that price. $400 is a lot of money when you're paying out of pocket for it.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff, had no problem booking an appointment and being taken care of, the there office is very nice and a comforting atmosphere I’d give a 10/10

Absolutely one of the best dental practices I have had treat me. Waiting area is bright, front staff are great and, once you're in the chair, Dr. Younis and her staff are truly excellent! My genes tend to test dentists, but they dealt with me with great humour and zero discomfort. Recommended!

I have been bringing my daughter's to Lake Street Dental since we moved to St. Catharines; 7 years ago. I also have been seen at the office. There have been a few staffing changes over the years but I have never had an issue. They are friendly, professional and courteous. Courtney is awesome!
