Dr.
Nowicki
put
my
IUD
in
about
6
years
ago.
About
2
years
ago.
I
called
in
hopes
to
make
an
apt
to
have
it
taken
out
and/or
replaced.
I
was
told
I
would
need
a
referral
from
my
family
doctor,
so
That
is
what
I
did.
A
few
months
later
I
called
to
ensure
they
had
received
my
referral.
I
spoke
to
someone
at
the
answering
service
who
was
extremely
rude
and
was
unable
to
confirm
or
deny
whether
or
not
my
referral
had
been
received
because
it
was
“just
the
answering
service”
and
was
instructed
to
call
in
the
morning.
The
next
morning
I
called
and
there
was
no
answer.
Since
then
I
have
called
50+
times
and
have
been
treated
poorly
every
single
time.
At
one
point
I
was
told
there
was
a
list
80+
people
long
because
of
covid
and
that
they
were
getting
through
a
couple
of
people
Per
day.
That
was
months
ago.
More
recently
I
explained
my
concern
about
having
an
expired
IUD
to
which
the
lady
on
the
answering
service
replied
“it’s
okay,
some
people
forget
about
them
and
have
them
in
for
years
after
they
are
supposed
to”
EXCUSE
ME?!
This
is
absolutely
ridiculous.
No
other
doctor
is
able
to
take
it
out
because
it
is
policy
to
have
it
removed
by
the
same
doctor
who
put
it
in.
I
called
again
today
and
again.
No
answer.
I
am
not
surprised
at
all
to
see
all
the
other
negative
experiences.
Not
sure
how
on
earth
this
doctor
is
still
allowed
to
practise
and
will
be
looking
into
how
to
escalate
these
occurrences.
