Great time for kids . My 2 and 4 yrs old grandkids loved it .. they played on those slides and climbed up and down . They passed out in the car on the way home 😁 Basketball space for older kids but take your ball with you none was available. Also an interactive video game on the floor . You can also buy snacks and drinks here . Fun day out for the kids.

The owner has always allowed outdoor food in the specific area due to allergies. Great place and staff! I hope a false review from some pick me mom doesn’t ruin the last good place we have in the community.

Hosted my sons birthday here, and it was amazing. The food, snacks, and drinks were all done by the stuff which saves you a lot of time to enjoy time with your guests. Lovely staff made things easy to prepare for the party. Highly recommend hosting your kids birthday here or even just coming to let your littles burn energy off! Thank you cheeky monkeys 🐒

Visited December 2021 for son's second birthday. Very spacious. Incredibly clean. All equipment is in great shape. Price for the party room was steep but the staff were accommodating. Nobody rushed us out of the party room which was nice. The pizza was decent; two big pizzas for our party. We got juice boxes and water as well. We brought our own decorations but they basically had their own. We weren't allowed our Baby Shark balloons which sucked but they had balloons there. We brought our own cupcakes from an accredited bakery. We got tickets for our guests to get Keurigg coffee and tea. Our presents remained on a trolly they had, we opened them after. The couches and chairs they have for the adults are super comfy. Staff advised us to eat the pizza and then dessert. They were decent with suggestions and seemed eager to please. They also wrote my son's name on a blackboard. Son didn't care for the toddler section but my friends' 1 year old loved it. My son loved the projection game but I felt that the games switched too fast. The climbing equipment is so well kept. I like that they didn't fret when I went to assist my son in the bigger kid's section. My son loved the steep blue slides but at his age, I went with him because he banged his head off it. Inside of the climbing equipment, there's punching bags, a bridge, a road bridge and enclosed slides. As a kid, I would've loved it. I kind of thought it fun even now as an adult. They had kites as decor and also had this cute Santa Claus display where the staff lady offered to take a picture of our family which was very nice. My friend's older children (3-6) absolutely loved it. Because of covid, I don't know how busy it'd be normally but on a Sunday night, it wasn't too bad. For a long time, it was just my party there. I think, ideally, my son needs to be a bit older to fully enjoy it but I intend to be back and am happy there's a local indoor place.

As a parent of a special needs child, I will not be returning. The special needs community is a large, strong family who looks out for each other. Cheeky Money’s has shown they are not apart of this family.

I have been taking my 2 children, ages 6 and 3 for the last 5 years. They have always had an amazing time at Cheeky Monkeys. The place is super clean, very well organized, with kind and respectful staff. I was very surprised to read some negative reviews and felt obliged to say my opinion about some of them: (I have no familial relation to the owners or business, but have gotten to know them very well over the last 5 years since my children have been attending the establishment). Some people have talked about the place being unsafe because some kids are knocking other kids over or being rude and inconsiderate…I have seen this with my own eyes but where I disagree is that this is a responsibility or fault of the establishment, this is not a daycare and parents need to keep an eye on their kids..,, sadly a lot of them do not, they prefer to be on their phones. Also some people have commented about the rule for everyone to have to wear socks, I thought that was a common sense but apparently not, it is for your and your children’s safety, so no one slips and falls and gets injured. I hope that my review may help someone to make an informed decision about visiting this indoor playground, my kids and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

5/5 venue and my kids love playing here. However, the layout could be better. At the very least a gate like system should be in place for the birthday party and food sections as kids think this is part of their exploration areas.

An accident waiting to happen!! I arrived after booking my time & arrived at a place that was WAY over capacity!!! There were also 2 birthday parties going on and a lineup out the door. The amount of people crammed inside this small place was INSANE!! Kids were literally being stepped on & knocked over, again and again! I witnessed many children crying for their parents after being injured--Including my own! What is the point of booking a time-slot if the place is excessively jam- packed with people? Then you have a massive bottle neck at the door with people trying to LEAVE after their time period ends & more people ENTERING the building at the same time, because their time-slot BEGINS. Forcing everyone to compete for the same space. What a disaster!!! I'm convinced that a child will be seriously injured one-day due to their neglect. Just so they can cram people in there like sardines & make a profit.

Abrasive Owner I brought my kids and their cousins to this play place recently, and while the kids were running around burning energy, laughing, and making memories, the owner was very abrasive to me and some of the other guests. The owner approached my children 3 times without me present to criticize their play (hid and seek), wearing a neckless that she wears 24/7, along with telling them to move so she can sweep the clean floor around them. She abruptly insisted that myself, and other parents, move their belongings, and clean up our stuff- we had our jackets, a couple water bottles, and diaper bag on one of the tables. I could understand if there were families looking for a table to eat, but that wasn’t the case - there were still plenty of empty tables. I even witnessed her rudely insisting that a breastfeeding mother stop what she was doing to move her belongings to another area (she was seated on one of the many couches with some of her 4 children’s belongings). I appreciate that she was trying to keep the place tidy, but I think she has her priorities mixed up. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately, because of this we won’t be returning to Cheeky Monkeys.

Great location. My kids had fun. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous that parents have to pay to enter. What a rip off. Without my presence my child wouldn't be here. You should be thanking me. Will think twice before coming here again.

My son loves to come here, never had a bad experience until we got him food here. Terrible burnt chicken nuggets that were over priced, he wouldnt even eat them. Eveything here food wise is junk . Just because they are children doesnt mean they dont have a palette...

My 3-year-old loves it here. Good play structure, not too busy when we went on a rainy weekend and clean facility. The pizza we had there was decent as well. We’ll go back!

Price: over priced because there aren’t many indoor playgrounds in the region sadly Space: small/medium. I expected the place to be a lot bigger for the price I paid. Also they have slippery hardwood floor and try to sell you the skyzone socks so your kids don’t end up in the emerg so pls bring those. Why can’t they just have sponge floors? Or carpet? From a cleaning point i get it but as a buisness you gotta invest in safety and the upkeep of that. Structures: So they have nice play structures BUT the place gets sooo ridiculously crowded that kids don’t even have fun. They are just stuck defending themselves so other kids don’t push them or trample them. Overall, I think this place has monoply right now due to lack of other indoor playgrounds so they charge so much and do not allow you to bring your own snacks so your kids can cry and whine and beg for their over priced on site snacks that you can just bring yourself. Kinder eggs that we get at dollarama are $2 plus tax. My overall experience from the over crowding, the upselling socks and only allowing food they sell it seems the owner is hella greedy. Also my kids picked up a some sickness here too so goes to show it is not super clean as the lady tries to make it seem from her hardwood floors. I really hope another indoor playground with a better layout, price/policies and management opens up bc i would hate to waste my money here again.

Lovely space, mediocre customer service. Upon arrival at 3pm, was informed that the establishment was closing at 4pm for a private event. The options provided were to pay full price for one hour or be credited for a visit another day. No half price for half time and no refund. The staff were unwilling to budge, which seemed silly. We “should have known” that the location was closing because it was posted on Facebook… yet the reservation - made that day - had no mention of that on their website. That being said, my 2YO absolutely loved climbing up the toddler area and going down the slide. The place seemed clean, if crowded, and there wasn’t any seating available as all the tables were occupied. No staff seemed to enforce any safety rules as older kids ran around the toddler area and kids of various ages tried to climb up the slide. Waiver or no waiver, there should be enforcement of basic safety rules. Bottom line: the kids had a great time, but the parents not so much.

My son and I spent 5 hours there. He really enjoyed every second of it. The place was very clean and organized. The structure seemed to be very well maintained. Kids have several choices to have fun there. We particularly loved the games projected on the floor. It was very high tech. The only thing I didn't like was their website. Looks like is hasn't been updated in a while, and navigation is definitely not the best, specially for mobile devices. We'll definitely repeat the experience.

Super clean. Not overcrowded. The lady who runs it is lovely. My tiny person had a great time....ran up a good sweat. We will definitely be back. Hoping and praying they don't discriminate where vaccine status is concerned, because choice matters. Time will tell.

Took my 3 year old there, very easy to sign the waiver online before going. Not too expensive. Cute playground for the kids, a bit small. Older kids can be very rambunctious. But overall great place, a lil spot for the toddlers too. Worth a try.

I was supposed to have my son’s birthday here this weekend however a month before I received a call they double booked and therefore I had to move my party. When prompted who booked the time slot first, I was told they couldn’t tell (even though both parties had confirmation emails supposedly) but it came out that the other party was bigger so I had to move. The owner was rude, unaccountable, and not at all apologetic. I was offered no compensation or discount. Instead I was scolded for printing my own invitations (costing me money because they changed my party). Because my husband posted a google review regarding our disappointment with the situation, the owner was angry and cancelled our rebooked party. I will never visit this establishment. We had a wonderful party at another indoor playground in the region that was cleaner, and the owner and our party person were the nicest. Also half the price! Do your research when planning a party as there are better alternatives.

Would give it zero stars. I walked in with my two kids and my socks were to small. Which is fine I didn’t get mad and was making my way up to the counter for purchase. I simply suggested they change the sign saying that the socks have to fit your feet. She says rudely “you don’t know what size socks you wear?”(blonde lady, the owner) I said yes but thts all I had in my car…continued to be rude and told us to leave. Would not be going back here. The lady is racist and somebody else should open a different establishment. (Update to response) I agreed to wear Sox, and was going to pay, just was having conversation you clearly don’t understand. but just because my Sox were small u had no right telling me I couldn’t afford it and I don’t no my size. You made a five year old cry over a misunderstanding. Furthermore I went to Hamiltons indoor playground and it’s way better and I highly recommend it to anyone, they give free fruit and the staff is well diverse and very kind. As the world should be. “Kind” p.s I know the meaning of Sox lady just because u have a delay in your vocabulary is not my problem. Esl will help u understand people and what they mean. Because I was very kind and did not argue. And my friends and family will have your rating at a 2 by tonight for your mistreatment. And good day to you as well. Lol

Kids had alot of fun. It cost about $25 altogether for an adult, a 4 year old, a 2 year old and an 8 month old. We will go again. The only thing I have a smidge of a problem with is that they do not allow any snacks from outside.

We had our daughters 2nd birthday here and would highly recommend. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and runs smoothly. Such a great one stop venue that takes care of everything from booking to day of. They’re extremely organized, professional and friendly! Also incredibly clean.

Very clean and has an ownership that is completely devoted to providing a place for families to enjoy. Bring a pair of grippy socks for your kids because it helps them on the playground. Grab a spot on a couch and let your kids go crazy.

Our children LOVE coming here! The owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. The place is clean (staff are always going around cleaning and disinfecting). There are different play areas for different age ranges (which is appreciated when you have smaller children). Kids love the pizza and snacks and us parents like the coffee and muffin options. Keep up the great work!!!

My two (almost three) year old loves it here. It's on the smaller side, which is really only an issue on weekends when it get super busy. They've recently renovated though and everything is clean and well kept. Will definitely bring my kiddo back.

We love Cheeky Monkey's! It's a great little spot for indoor play whenever the mood strikes. The staff are so friendly and helpful and my little loves the interactive game floor and the climbers! As a mom with a child with allergies, I REALLY appreciate the nut aware facility and availability of food lists/ingredients to keep my kiddo safe, fed and worn out 🤭🤗

Brought kids here to conclude our Niagara get away. Initially had some confusion over their family special "Eat and Play" but the owner was nice and explained the special and their rules. Kids had a great time. Pizza was delicious!! Will return here on our next trip out. Thank you.

  • 3/5 Erica H. 2 years ago on Google
The play structure is great however even though there is a toddler play area, staff do not enforce the 4 and under sign. Since many parents aren't watching their kids it means if you have little ones there is really no safe place for them to play.

Whoever the woman was working the front desk when I took my son there was rude and stand offish. The second lady I dealt with was very sweet and seemed more then happy to help me when I went up to order food for my child.

If the pandemic had taught me anything, it’s not to depend on second party services like google for store hours. I learned this the hard way back in May when arriving only to find out they were only going to be open for another 15 minutes until they close for cleaning. The staff were apologetic and explained google doesn’t explain that on their hours so it is best to look for their hours of operation via their website. Not a problem, it was my fault for not looking further into their site to find the hours. I arrived today, looking at their website prior to learn their hours. It had said their afternoon hours were from 3:30-5:30pm. I arrived at 3:54 and was told immediately that they were closing at 4 and that I should have looked at their hours on google. I’m sorry but can you please change your hours on your website to match whatever the correct hours are? I am done driving back and forth just to waste gas and time.

Food order took longer than expected…over 45 minutes for a simple order (nuggets and hot dogs) on top of that order was not served in sequence

  • 1/5 Marcel B. 1 year ago on Google
This place requires an electronic waiver. I requested a paper waiver, the staff would not give me a paper waiver, instead they went on and on about insurance. I would have no problem signing a paper waiver, i refused to complete an electronic waiver, as it required an account and other irrelevant information. staff were not helpful, rude, we left, what a joke of a place.

👍👍 Great park with an assortment of things to do for the whole family. Multiple play structures with rubberized surfaces are good for both younger and older kids, and the splash pad is a real bonus during the summer months.
