Definitely a lot of fun. My girlfriend and I took my sons and we did the voodoo room. We did complete it with a minute 30 left on the clock ( 50 minutes ) we did ask for two hints in total. The guy working there was super friendly ( sorry I dont remember your name ). He took a picture for us at the end. Great experience lots of fun. Definitely go.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will scam you. They booked us in for October 10th 2021 and proceeded to have no one there. They then had the audacity to send an email asking us how our experience was. We have yet to get our money back for the game we never got to play.

Spent some time today doing the Cat Lady room. The room was a lot of fun and had some good challenging puzzles. Staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at The Crux St. Catharines and can't wait to return.

We had an absolutely amazing time at these escape rooms. The rooms were Thewell thought out and designed. Also unique stories attached to each one. Though best part was the rep we had working with us running the rooms. Her name is Alley and she did absolutely amazing. She was very kind and helpful and made the whole experience wonderful. It was for a birthday and she went that extra mile to make the night exciting and fun. Thankyou Alley and Crux!!!

Maybe this happens for everyone but I don’t know so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a large group of people there for a youth event scheduled to go in at 7, of course with the tardiness of teenagers we went in a bit late and felt really rushed and they would decrease our time by 5mins if we took out our phones. Maybe they do this with everyone so like I said I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Other than that. They were very hospitable, we rented their back room and they checked in on us and took very good care of us. Great experience and great service, just wish we hadn’t felt rushed to get out of there.

Was really fun. The game master (who I think is the owner) was great. We went with 2 young kids and he was just helpful enough! I would give this place a try and support a local business owner. Will go again!!

Well thought out ! Having tried many escape rooms, the Crux ones are the best ! They are well thought out , have multiple puzzles and their audio/visual system is great. I tried all of them in Hamilton and drove all the way to st Catherines for new one, so you can imagine how good they are. At this location , I suggest the mutiny !

Booking on line was straight forward. We get to start on time. Staff gave clear directions. When we got in, we try the one door we saw, it opened to the outside! Didn't expect that the game was in only one room (instead of multiple connected rooms). And they forgot to lock the escape door! We still had fun figuring out the clues. However, compared to other places we have tried, price was a tiny bit higher, the prop set up and design are less interesting and the time allowed for the game was shorter. So, unfortunately, the value is not quite there.

Really enjoy the Crux out of other Escape room establishments. Game masters are always great. Have enjoyed alot of games. Have been frustrated by a couple puzzles and how they line up

Love escape rooms and the first one we did was at Crux Hamilton, it’s what got us hooked. We have since done over 20 combined and unfortunately “mutiny” was the worst room we have ever done and the worst experience as a group. Puzzles and locks didn’t work, so instead of fixing them they have to watch and monitor from another room to see if you’re done and then open or trigger the locks. One puzzle was delayed by two minutes at least and the other by eight minutes. Also, hints should be hints not solutions to a puzzle lol. I have no problem when we can’t escape (ligitamately) from a room, but when you pay full price for a room that doesn’t work and this room is far too small for a “team” environment I have trouble with finding the value. Clean room, nice people, terrible value!

It was a lot of fun! Made it out with seconds to spare. Definitely a fun family event.

It was a lot of fun, and and incredible experience, my daughter and I will definitely go back...although it is a bit pricey for the 50 minutes that you get.

amazing escape room and amazing service. we did the pharaoh one, and our gamemaster gave us unlimited hints! the puzzles were so clever and interesting. there was one puzzle we solved that opened a door behind the bookcase to a new room! even once our time ran out, he gave us extra time because we were the only ones there. definitely coming here again, great idea for groups of friends or families. 10/10 would recommend.
