The former home of the Niagara Ice Dogs, with an ambiance similar to the old Boston Gardens, it is always a pleasure to sit in my old seasons ticket seats when watching my son's games.

Great place as far as old barns go. Bad part of town to bring your kids with homeless shelter and various drug users hanging around. Had a lacrosse tournament and was embarrassed for the city of St. Catharines.

An arena filled with stories and memories. Iconic to the hockey community. Great ice surface that’s well maintained, clean seating area with good visibility to watch a game.

Older rink in downtown St Catharines. The sightlines are good so you are close to the action on the ice.

Way too cold to be a Spectator spent al the money to make the outsifldr look inviting but implementation of a heating system makes more sense

It's getting old, so it's a cold, dirty building. Showers are disgusting, and the hot water is laughable, but the ice is generally okay.

A very nice facility, went to my very first hockey game there. I love the vintage style and fun to skate at

Yes, it’s an old building. However, it’s warm. You don’t have to worry about freezing. The seats are old & sit 2 at a time, but they’re quite comfortable & cosy if you’re not alone. There’s an elevator, if you don’t want to take he stairs. We attended Jr B hockey games. It doesn’t cost an arm & a leg to get in & the 50-50 draws are several hundred dollars. Far better than the new facility in Ancaster.

Beautiful piece of Canadian hockey history to me and it will always be Garden City Arena in my heart with so many memories of growing up here and actually just picked up my red and blue seats on 3/25/23 as this old barn closes its doors forever…. If you listen closely you can still hear the vintage chants of “Go Hawks Go” echoing within its walls …thank you TeePees, Hawks , Falcons and lastly the Icedogs…but mostly the fans ….memories will last forever
