Went on Friday, 2 adults 3 kids. If this was just on bowling I would give 5 stars, but the food could be improved. Spent $150 with tax and tip for a tray Pizza and 3 lbs of wings plus 3 pops and 3 alcohol drinks. Moscow mule was good, pizza was pretty good, cheese and pep was great - crust was ok. Wings were not great, similar to a boxed grocery store wing. Ordered one more Moscow mule at the bowling alley and this time they used coconut rum which I am allergic to, so I spent the night congested from only a few sips. Kids had fun and we hit the arcade after bowling. The place is packed so make a reservation if you plan on going.

Extremely poor experience at parkway social. Had a birthday celebration there with roughly 14 people. We had three lanes. Our server was very sarcastic, and rude, to all the guests of our gathering. I did not get her name. She ended up charging my boyfriend for a lot of the drinks that everyone had asked to put on a tab for themselves along with the fact that she forgot to bring out the birthday cake and when questioned about it, she said that we can take it to go. To go???? A birthday cake??? Extremely terrible service.. I tried calling Parkway social on the Monday to discuss with management, I left them a message and did not receive a phone call back. Would definitely not go back to this location This incident happened on May 20/23 on lanes 1-3 (in case management would like to address as I did wait patiently for a phone call back to try to rectify situation ) but was resorted to putting a google review. Very disappointed my birthday was impacted by their horrible customer service.

Had the best steak in my life. The food is most certainly a Five Star quality. The server was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend Ostin's Restaurant located inside the Parkway Social.

Cool place but don’t order dinner to your lane. I paid $100 to secure a lane that they told me I would be able to keep our couch/table area while we are eating. After ordering over $100 worth of wine and $125 worth of food totalling $325 including the lane while we were eating the manager came over and told us they were sitting people with us and we had no choice in the middle of dinner other than packing in on one side and eating with our plates on our laps or packing up our dinners so that’s what we did. Manager said she was going to check to see if there was anything she could do to make up for it because she even said she would be really upset spending that much money and not being able to finish our meal. She never ever came back after that and we were left scratching our heads with our dinners packed in to go containers with still 45 minutes left of paid lane time. Manager 0 out of 5

We had our son’s 10th birthday party here this weekend (bowling and arcade) and it was fantastic! Our hostess, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She organized the food, drinks, timing - all of it! Her service was friendly, engaging, and top notch. We will definitely return, and when we do we’ll be requesting Ashley to assist us! 10/10!

Great spot in our hotel. Wings were good, bowling was great. Lazer tag was awesome. Pool tables were fun. Lazer tag host Ethan was a total boss.

Brought my family here with the intention of playing games in the mini arcade and then a couple of rounds of bowling and some lunch. The machine where you can reload your card for the arcade was out of service. We waited in a long line, waiting for someone to be able to help us reload our card. When we finally got to the front of the line, I was told that they couldn't help us and that we would have to wait in line. I'm sorry, but what? I just waited in a 20 minute lineup to be told that I need to wait again? I told the woman who was helping other customers that we had just finished waiting in line and that we just needed to add some money to the card to be able to play in the arcade. She was extremely rude, and said she couldn't help us because she was busy. Perhaps this place needs to hire some more staff, or some people who have some sort of problem solving/people skills. Regardless, after that I still brought my children into the arcade area in hopes that we could occupy some time in there, and then return with the hope that another staff member was there. Upon entering the arcade, about half of the games weren't running. I'm glad I didn't waste any money in there. I ended up not bowling there with my family either, as I am still mindblown at how I was treated by the staff member. I have never been treated so low as a human being. I had been supporting this place for the last 25 years but I'll never step foot in there again.

We went on a Wednesday night for my daughter’s birthday and we had an amazing time. We used the VIP lines and added All-You-Can-Eat wings. Everything was up to par and we will definitely be back. Thank you Parkway Social for making my daughter’s birthday a special one.

I had my son’s birthday party today and it was amazing. Ryan was our server and he was amazing he took care of all our needs. Even tho I know parkway social is very busy but with a good standing team it will go far. Hats off.

Different rules if your staying at Hotel. 10:45 is last call. People staying at Hotel can order at 10:47 but I couldn't. Also check your bill for discrepancies. The wine list shows the price for a glass of wine and a bottle. I had two glasses of wine (same kind) and the bill came with two different prices. I asked why because only one price was listed, but she said she was doing the old system. I asked again if you were doing the old system why didn't you give me a choice. No response.

Atmosphere was the best part about the place. Music and lights are great. Service was really not great, went for an hour and after 30 mins nobody came to take any drink or food orders from us. We did have a bartender come and serve us after we asked twice if someone was coming, believe his name was Preston or Carson. Very very nice and helpful even though we were frustrated. He served us with a smile!! Not worth the money, extremely overpriced for the lack or service and time.

Had my 7 year old son's birthday party here last weekend (June 3rd) and it was fantastic! We had twelve 7 year old boys and did the laser tag birthday package (No bowling) and it went great! I was glad we just did the laser tag package and not bowling, I feel like for 7 year old boys they would have got bored with the bowling, laser tag was definitely the better way to go for them. Our waitress for food was fantastic and very attentive. Huge shout out to the woman running the laser tag, it's no easy feat to corral a dozen little boys but she did it wonderfully! My son already has said he wants to go back for his birthday party next year

Best place for leisure time in weekends. Bowling is good but we were stopped playing laser tag for 3 times as every time there was some error while shooting, in lighting etc. They should fix or work on those things otherwise it’s all good.

The place itself is very nice and clean. The food was great and the drinks are awesome as well. The laser tag and arcade create a cool atmosphere. It was my first time going as a group. Upon first arrival it seemed a little disorganized/chaotic with some of the staff. Our waitress was awesome though! They have touchscreen pads for bowling but the staff didn’t explain to us the different options or how to use it. To me that seemed like an important aspect of the experience there and some explanation behind how it worked would have been really appreciated. Other than that had a great and very memorable time. Hopefully the next time I come back with friends there’s a bit more improvement!

We ate at Ostin's for the 3rd time in 3 months...great food and atmosphere. Premium casual dining. Unique dishes. Good quality. Good portions. Take the servers advice on what is good o the menu.Shout out to our awesome server Lauren and Manager John, who made our experience a great one before the mandatory shut down. Thank you

Fantastic experience here! The bowling was super fun with all the best latest music. Also the arcade games were so fun there was this employee Ethan who showed us all the best games to play and how to win

I am not a bowler and I still really enjoy my time at Parkway Social. The bar is really well stocked, the staff are excellent, and the place is quite nice “for a bowling alley.” In fact is would be nice for a bar or a club. They have done an excellent job renovating. The whole place is quite nice.

The place was clean. Nice lighting overall. Our server was nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Good variety of music played. My family and I went here for my sisters birthday. We had a great time!

Great renovations and the best chicken wings in the city. I love that they have ultra light, full sized balls for the little guys. Service could be a bit better. There are somewhat long wait times for drinks at the bar or waitstaff to come to your lane. People working there seem to take their time to help you out at the rental and arcade counters. Overall, a fun place to hang out for people of all ages. Maybe more staff would be helpful for busier evenings?

Went out with some friends for a birthday and the waiter added extra shots onto my tab that i didn’t order or have. called the next day and was told to come in and that i’d get a refund. i drove all the way back there and was told that i couldn’t get a refund and that i had to wait for a manager to call me. now it’s been almost two weeks with no phone call and no refund. double check your bills. or just save your money and don’t go.

Thanks for hosting our event! The VIP lanes were great and service was great. Response times while organizing left me uncertain at times with selecting this venue but it all worked out in the end and wasn’t enough to rate less than five stars because it all worked out in the end.

Great place for family fun 🤩we brought daddy there for father's day and we all had so much fun . They have a good menu with tasty options for everyone in the family even the picky eaters 😃 kids are enjoying the music and seeing their names on the screen while playing. There is also a nice arcade with a lot of options. Seeing the little ones faces getting so bright when they got big bouncy balls from the arcade was nice, as a parent I truly appreciate that they make some of the arcade games easy enough for kids to enjoy and to return home with a little something they won.🤩

My kids went to a birthday party here and had a great time! Bowling, laser tag and an arcade make a great way to spend time! Full serve bar available for the adults as well. Very nice newly renovated we are definitely going back!

Was ok. $200 for five kids myself and my girlfriend to go bowling for an hour. Says on the website to do laser tag to add it on when you get here. Was here at 2:30 and was told there is no laser tag until 6:30. Also don't remember paying $5 each for shoe rentals but that is now a thing

This is such an amazing place. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, modern with a touch of nostalgia. Definitely a must go for any family outing.

Great place to be to hangout with friends and chill. My friends and I played bowling and then spent some time in the arcade. My only complaint is that they clearly over salt the fries to the point we almost returned them. Pretty sure they do this to force customers to buy drinks but it completely ruined the fries

I should actually leave two separate FIVE STAR ratings. I am a Disability Service Worker. I work with adults who have mental or behavioral disabilities. A couple months ago, one of my clients, who is autistic, wanted to go bowling at Parkway. The staff not only give us lanes away from other bowlers (For lack of stimulation NOT to segregate my client), they turned off three of their large screens and dimmed the lights in our area so that my client could enjoy his experience. Anyone who takes care of my clients is gold to me. My eight year old son wanted to have his birthday party at Parkway. A month prior, I called to inquire about their birthday packages. The minimum number of guests involved with their packages is 10. When they asked how many guests we had, I told them 4. The man on the phone then structured a non-package option to save money as opposed to their own package, even though I was ready to pay the package price. On the day of the event, the front desk staff treated us amazing. They gave us a more private area (even though we did not book the birthday package), they allowed us to bring in our own cake (Even Though We Did Not Book The Birthday Package), they gave my son ten extra dollars on his arcade card (EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT BOOK THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE). We ordered a pizza, however, they dropped it. In response, they made a giant bowl of french fries for our entire group (free of charge) to tide us over until a new pizza could be made. The fries were amazing, the pizza was amazing and the service was absolutely amazing. The place is clean, modern and the staff are well groomed and well trained. Absolutely amazing,. On a regular basis, they might be on the more pricey side, but you get what you pay for and what we got was amazing. Anyone who takes care of my family is gold.

To be fair, I don’t love bowling. But we had a wonderful time with our family. It was easy to book a lane and our server Stacy was so attentive and amazing. Because of Stacy and her awesome service, my family from out of town had an excellent experience.
