My boyfriend and I took a trip to Niagara Falls for couples weekend. We saw this little spot close by and figured we'd give it a try, since neither of us have ever been to a dispensary. This place was very clean, organized, friendly, and spacious! Definitely an amazing experience. We got to smell and SEE products before purchasing them. There are a few tables with various strains available for you to look at before you purchase. I really like this idea because I tend to get anxious ordering something I have no previous experience with, by the time I got to the register we knew exactly what we wanted, and we were confident we made the right choice, no pressure. 😊 Highly knowledgeable staff and very friendly.

The location, store front and staff are amazing! Beautiful spot, nice simple green decor, and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I asked a staff for 2 types of weed, a focusing one and a relaxed one. Both do the job and nicely but BOY IS IT EXPENSIVE. My local dealer is selling at LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. I realize this is due to laws and demand but until prices drop, it's not worth it. I got a HQ on sale for $25 which is actually a good price.. but it was the last 'on sale' weed. The quality is also EXTREMELY DRY. You can bust the nuggets with just your fingers lol, I like a drier weed but that's crazy.

Very nice shop! Great layout with sensory boxes that contain fresh bud in them to be able to see and smell. All staff are very professional, informative and friendly.

Stopped in here today to pick up some stuff for the first time. The attendant was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Location was clean and well laid out. Options board was easy to read. From edibles to joints and bongs and everything in between, they had it all.

This store is bar none the best dispensary in southern Ontario. The staff are friendly and not judgmental towards new users or questions about products/devices. If you're ever near this place, go in and check it out.

I am a regular customer at this location, and I mainly buy vape cartridges. I bought a cartridge on Saturday November 11. This was not a cheap cartridge by any means. I mostly smoke live resin, and decided to give the live rosin a try. When I first took a puff off of the cartridge, it made a bubbling sound. I thought nothing of it as the cartridge was a different design. About 18 hours later, the rosin was completely leaking out the top. I brought the cartridge back as it was defective, and was immediately told it was a cleaning issue. I was told to wipe out the cartridge with an alcohol wipe! Clearly this guy doesn't know what he is talking about. The manager eventually exchanged it for another one. But they spoke to me like I caused it to leak, and they were doing me a favor. Newsflash, products can and will be defective. It's how the retailer handles the situation that sets them apart from the competition. This store gets a failing grade on how they handled this situation. I will explore other dispensaries as a result.

Although there are some issue I do think can be fixed with delivery, in person shopping is always a delight. What I can say is that Kevin and his team are passionate about their customer's experience as they are their product. After having a poor experience and writing about it, I had a call within 20 minutes asking how they can do better. I am always willing to re-evaluate my opinion when people see the wrong in the situation and want to make a change for the better. Looking forward to upping to a 5 star with my next experience :) Thank you for caring about your customers!

Went to the store yesterday afternoon Tuesday September 19th, this was my 2nd time in this store. Same as the first time staff wasnt very knowledgeable about the products saying they had never used the item I was buying. But it was just the way they came across when I was asking like they couldn't be bothered to answer a simple question. I just get a very cold atmosphere that I've not had at other dispensaries before. Not very welcoming and not very friendly. In a dispensary I want you to be friendly and be willing and able to talk about cannabis. Not cold, short and vague. Would not recommend this location to buy from. Unfortunately there isnt much to choose from in the North end of St Catharines. Let's hope they do better or better competition opens up soon by Port Dalhousie. 2 stars because you had what I came in for, but a store should be able to provide more than just the bare minimum in regards to customer service.

I don't come here often since I'm coming from Port Colborne but every time I do, staff have been great, and selection has been excellent. I swear though, every time I go to leave I accidentally go to walk towards the art gallery 😂

The staff are so great at Niagara Herbalist , I ordered tonight when it’s a ice storm didn’t expect to get my order due to safety! It was still delivered within an hour and a half! Very happy to have Niagara Herbalist in my area !

I have not visited the store as it is not in my neighborhood but I have had a couple deliveries. The online selection is great! I love that I can leisurely look at the online menu, make my choices and have it delivered same day. Everyone that I have spoken with or encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable 4 months later I visited the store and was just as impressed with the store as I am with delivery. They always have my favorite strain in stock, and a vast array of other products. This might be my new favorite cannibas store.

Very wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is very knowledgeable and looking to find exactly what you need. Super polite and kind staff and a beautiful interior of the shop. This was the first place I went when cannabis was made legal and they were very novice friendly and more than willing to help. Excellent place!
