My airport rental gave me a car that had a low battery on the key fob. After it completely stopped working and locking me out of the vehicle at 11pm at the hospital, Avis wasn't able to help me. I went to the dealership and they replaced the battery free of charge. Super friendly and gave me free pens as well. Thanks for helping an Alberta traveller

St. Catharines Nissan is a company you must avoid. One time they attempted to diagnose and fix a problem. 4 hours and over $800 later they had been unable to diagnose a blown head gasket. A real mechanic took about 3 minutes and didn't charge me anything for the proper diagnoses. I foolishly thought that even though they couldn't diagnose something as simple as a blown head gasket, they should be able to at least change my oil without a problem. I was very mistaken. Their employee broke the splash guard that covers the oil drain.Nissan attempted to fix this simple plastic cover 4 times and weren't able to. When we brought the car in yesterday, the service manager attempted to blame someone else. Note that we purchased this car from St. Catharines Nissan for $46,000. They were the only people that ever changed the oil in that car prior to the damage. We are now starting a small claims court procedure in order to recoup some of our loses. Never go to St. Catharines Nissan to either buy a vehicle or get service there.

The team went above and beyond in helping me find a vehicle that met my budget and needs. Jeff was fantastic. He patiently led me through the various options on vehicles in stock and helped me find the one that worked best for me. Financing helped me secure the best deal possible to ensure I stayed within my budget. To top it all off, the sales manager found the same vehicle in the color my spouse wanted and had it delivered the next day for us. 10/10, would highly recommend!

I've been a patron of several dealerships through the years but my experience with St. Catharines Nissan, and in particular with Eric Wright, stands out. I had the pleasure of Eric's expertise and found him not only knowledgeable but very personable and genuine in his efforts to work with my goals. It was actually a good experience (rather than the stress we tend to associate with purchase of a vehicle) and I think this in large part was to the credit of Eric. I've made two mistakes in my life, first being a Cleveland Browns fan and the second is not coming to St. Catharines Nissan earlier to buy a vehicle from Chris Van Wiechen. I was living my life all wrong by driving a Honda Civic thinking I've conquered life by saving on gas, I could not be more wrong. Ever since I've driven my new 2022 Nissan Sentra, the water I drink feels fresher, the food I eat taste better, the sleep I get is deeper and grass seems greener. I've known Chris for a couple years now and I thought he was a just another handsome face who is pretty decent at soccer, NOPE he is more then that. Most genuine guy you could ever meet, I felt like he was in my corner fighting for my right to get a new car with all the right features every second. In this day and age, finding a car is hard, finding a car that suits your life style is impossible, but somehow Chris pulled off the Hail Mary and found the perfect car for me when other dealerships said no. This vehicle is so good on gas, so fun to drive, so easy to get hooked. If this review hasn't made you want to buy a car from CHRIS VAN WIECHEN (who is more gorgeous in person and I am assuming built like a brick house) then maybe driving isn't for you and knowing Chris, I bet he could find the perfect bike for you. Thank you Chris Van Wiechen and thank you St. Catharines Nissan for the experience of a lifetime, I will no doubt be coming back and throwing anyone I know looking for a vehicle your way.

We were very pleased with the service that we received in our recent purchase of our car. Joslyn was thoughtful and knowledgeable during the purchase process. With respect to the financing Kalei was a pleasure to deal with as well.

Worst experience. I moved from Quebec to St. Catharines. I have a LEASED car, meaning I dont own the car. I needed to change plates to Ontario. But Quebec does not have a front plate, so, I requested the front plate holder from Nissan, since the car was transferred to them and they made me buy it. They don't even deserve 1 star. And they lost one client. I will call Nissan Canada to transfer my car to another Nissan. I don't want to deal with this people. I will not recommend them

I had my vehicle in for a fairly major repair last week and I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by all staff. In particular both the service and parts managers spoke to me about what was required then ensured I was totally satisfied. This dealership truly understands the meaning of customer first. Horrible customer service. I drove in with my previous Nissan vehicle that I have been driving for 7 years, I wanted to test drive the new Nissan frontier. The sales agent was rude and refused my request as he thought it was out of my budget, ended up buying a 2023 Ford Ranger same price range and better vehicle IMO.

5th time trusting Nissan to get me into the right vehicle. Chris did not disappoint me. Chris is sll about finding the customer the right vehicle at a price that you can afford,he works with you to get you a vehicle you can afford. Awesome experience. That's why I keep going back.

There was a recall on my car and when I took it in there was no wait time to check in. They told me approximately 1 hour and it was done in half an hour. They washed the exterior before giving back my keys. They called me the following day to ensure all was good. And since nobody had driven into my rear end I said I'm assuming that it's working properly.

We recently purchased a Nissan Leaf EV from Nathan at St. Catharines Nissan. Being it was our first EV, it was a very new experience to drive an EV. Both Frank, the service manager, and the EV certified mechanic helped address both our questions and concerns. Went for my free annual oil change and was greeted respectfully. I said I only wanted oil change done and if anything else was required to indicate on invoice, and they respectfully obliged. The salesman who sold me my vehicle also came down to say hello. The only negative was that it took half hour more than my appointment time. Otherwise another great experience.

Currently on my second vehicle through St Catharine’s Nissan with Rene and I absolutely love it. I was expecting to trade in and get another used car but they got me such good interest rates I could afford new. 10/10 would recommend buying your next car here.

For over two weeks I could not get an appointment for oil change, and when I finally did get one, I was turned down for being late, which I did inform them of. I asked to change oil only and no 30 points inspection (the bare minimum) and get this done within the 30 min allotted time left, they continued to argue their quality standards would not allow that. If those standards do not serve the customer’s needs, are they good standards? We spoke for 15 min, the lady at the reception was more interested in proving me wrong than finding a solution. It does not make sense to me if 4 people are just walking around and workshop is empty to be so busy that you can’t do this. It takes a customer-oriented business to see the customer and meet them in the moment they are in. If there is another dealer, I am there next time.

Finally I was able to get a vehicle based on my preferences. This location has helped me getting something that I like and I can afford at the same time. Fred and Kalei were the best kept answering all of my questions though I am a picky person 🙃. Kalei is beautiful inside out and give me the best finance option. The manager Dave has always responded to my inquiries on time. The person who I signed the document with on pick up date was very nice and helped me understand the features I have on my vehicle. Thank u St. Catharines Nissan for all the support and the gift basket.

I recently leased a car from Nissan, and the rates that I was offered along with the packages they included were unmatched by any other dealership I was consulting with prior to signing. During the lease, I had all of my services done at Nissan and it was easy to get an appointment and any time I waited in the lobby, the service was completed quickly! I had to terminate my lease early (to no fault of Nissan or the car itself), and Dave was an absolute delight to work with. He made what I thought would be an extremely difficult process pain free and simple, and for that I am so grateful!
