Such great service here by Jen. We came in not knowing what we wanted, she helped guide us, then problems came because of the age of our house. Jens suggestions and stellar service were spot on. Wound up with a beautiful floor for our new kitchen. Her installers Gary and Brent are the nicest guys and did such a great job with the install. We were very pleased with the selection, price,service and a sympathetic ear from Jen as problems cropped up in other areas of redoing our kitchen. She is friendly and knows her job. I would highly recommend End of the Roll. We went first to another couple of well known chains and were treated rudely. Everyone here is so nice.

Jen was great to deal with, we were looking for a stair runner, she made it quick and easy and knew all about what we needed. Jen gave us some samples, came back an hour later and got our carpet after over 6 months of searching and quotes over $1000. We were in and out for under $300. I can’t say thank you enough :)

Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us get our premium plank vinyl flooring (flop and drop) to match what we already had. They found it in BC and had it shipped to Ontario n/c. Only had to wait 3 weeks. As far as the flooring quality …looks better than real hardwood, has 20 year warranty, extremely easy install, and stands up to daily wear better than the real thing especially if you have pets. Price and customer service is absolutely perfect.

Probably the least helpful woman I’ve ever met. Attitude from the second I walked in and continued to talk over me while I tried to explain what I was looking for. Spent less than a minute there because of the attitude from the woman working there.

I purchased carpet through End of the Roll 2 or 3 times now, and I'll come back again. Can't beat the price or service. We were less than 3 weeks from walking into the showroom to having the carpet installed. Good selection, knowledgeable people in the show room Mark/Jenn. Friendly estimator (Gary), and the 2 installers are fantastic, they have things down to a science and know exactly what to do in each situation(transitions etc.). Just over half a day for an entire basement. I've had nothing but great experiences with End of the Roll. Oh and they list their prices in the showroom including installation and underpad so you know exactly what you'll be paying before you choose a carpet.

I intended to write this review a long time ago. During COVID when labour was short, we had End Of The Roll come to install carpet. It turned out that the sales person sold us the wrong product and it didn't match what had been installed in an adjacent room earlier. There were also issues with the installation itself. Mark asked zero questions and made no excuses. He acknowledged things were not as they should be and corrected the entire project. Rare to have such great customer service. Stress-free experience despite the hiccups. I highly recommend End Of The Roll Flooring -St. Catharines for your next project!

The pricing was very competitive and Jen was very helpful. We had 3 rooms done with new carpeting - the living room, master bedroom and the basement. All 3 rooms had old carpeting and underpad that had to be removed (including closets). The installers Mike and George did amazing work! They work so hard with no breaks. They had to move many heavy pieces of furniture. There was a small mishap with one of the glass doors on the entertainment unit in the living room which they replaced the next day. We love the new carpeting and would highly recommend this company! Thank you for a job well done!

I’m replacing the oak strip flooring in our house with vinyl plank flooring. After selecting the best colours for us the staff were very helpful with installation tips and arranging a delayed pickup timeframe.

I was there on New Years Eve, I asked if they could cut a piece of carpet, he said no there are children in the store it’s too dangerous. Once the children left I asked if he could do it now and he said no, the machine is too big and I’m not bringing it out you’ll have to wait till Tuesday when we open again. I then spoke to another gentleman and he also said he couldn’t and wouldn’t cut the carpet because it’s New Years Eve and he wanted to get out of there early because it was also his wife’s birthday! Mind you it was 12:30 pm and they were open till 4pm. That is terrible customer service and bad business. I called ahead of time and asked if they can cut carpet and he said yes. I drove 45 mins to get to the store and when I said why did you tell me on the phone that you could cut carpet and he said oh I didn’t know you meant today? What does the day have to do with it, you’re a carpet store and that’s your job is it not to cut carpet for customers? I will never shop at your store again, nor will I ever recommend your store. Horrible customer service!

Very professional job was completed on time for less money than quoted. Definitely will use them again.

When placing an order be careful with price for installation. I paid close to $400 for one hour job.

When I first called and talked to Mark about the different brands of vinyl click flooring he was very attentive. At the end of conversation he invited me to come to the store to have a look so I did. The level of customer service was awesome. There was a real feeling of satisfaction. Within a month product was installed as scheduled. The installation crew were very efficient and tidy and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. Great to work with!

The staff at end of the roll were amazing making this a stress free project with our flooring from start to finish. The installers Gary and his partner( can’t remember his name very sorry). They were just fantastic from removal of carpet to floor install quick , efficient , attention to detail very thorough and removed debris leaving area clean.
