    Not happy with the customer service I received. I came in half an hour before closing and asked if I would be able to trade in my Sony ZV1 I purchased from Henry's I didn't even bring my camera, so it's not like I was looking to do it at that time. A younger guy was vacuuming, and a girl was at a counter. I was never greeted and walked around an awkward amount of time before asking for help. They told me they do not to trade-ins on this camera. I tried to ask about the new G85, but he wasn't interested in showing me anything. They were extremely rude and short. I would go elsewhere if you can.

    Micartney has continued to provide me with expert-level advice each and every time I have entered the building. He has made it abundantly clear to me that he is both knowledgeable and immensely passionate about the store's wide array of gear. These facts are not to discredit the merit of the other employees, as on each visit I have been warmly welcomed by all staff. Customer service is crucial in retail; Micartney and the staff at 420 Vansickle - U#J03A have it down to a science.

    Staff is friendly, they had what I wanted in stock and we always have a brief discussion about what my next lens will be. Really enjoy shopping here knowing I'm getting good service as well as good product. Camera system #2 lens addition on todays purchase.

    I always get great customer service from Henry's St Catherine's location. At this time I'd like to recognize a specific staff member named McCartney who is always more than ready to give a helping hand and helpful advice whenever I go to the store. So kudos to the team of the store, keep up the good work in great customer service!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked into the store, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Their product knowledge was outstanding, and they took the time to understand my needs, providing thoughtful recommendations.     It was my first time buying a DSLR camera, so I didn’t know much about the specs that i needed. I found wonderful staff member(Kevin Shah) who helped me get my first camera. He was very informative and he recommended a great camera for beginners.I’m happy with my purchase and the customer service as well.

    from a 5 rating in 2016 to a 1 three years later. The new manager I dealt with end of Sept 2019 told me that their was no guarantee that Henry's would honour my extended warranty and I would have to wait several months for my camera to be repaired and returned as there was a backlog. I did not leave it. I sent it to canon myself, even though there was a year left on the extended warranty, and paid the bill. I have since replaced most of my camera equipment but bought it elsewhere. I sure miss Meg

    Alot of bad apples. A few really great staff and a bunch of other really cold ones (not sure if the older guy is still there but he REALLY needs to go). Only reason I go is when I can't get it anywhere else.

    I have shopped here for many years and never had a problem. I came into this location a few weeks ago looking to buy a specific kind of softbox. I was told that you carried them, but that they were expensive. I wasn't showed what the options were by either of the staff, just told that they were expensive. I was more than happy to spend the money, but I walked out of the store soon after and bought something elsewhere.

    I've been shopping at this specific location for about a year now, have purchased well over $10,000 total in camera gear. Special shoutout to Remi and Angel who are super polite and always extremely helpful when I have questions, comments, or concerns. They are the most honest and down to earth people that are extremely happy to assist in any area of film. Even if Amazon had same day shipping for camera gear, I would rather go to Henry's and get the customer experience to know I can be confident in what I'm buying.

    Huge kudos and appreciation to Kevin at Henry’s St. Catharines’ Vansickle location for your patience helping me help my husband’s 103 year-old Aunt … she wanted some pictures for her room.     The staff are very welcoming and friendly, as well they know their stuff. I've been in on numerous occasions and was always greeted and if I ever had a question, they knew exactly what I needed. The store is also quite large and the selection is great.

    My girlfriend paid $20-$30 for a roll of film to be developed for our anniversary. 2 months later I was told it was ready to be picked up. Long story short, after communicating for months they told me it was sent online, only to later tell me that the quality of the pictures weren’t good enough to be developed in the first place. Still haven’t gotten a refund. That was last year. This specific location clearly isn’t able to communicate to customers and service is ignored after they’ve received payment. Sad to see my go to film&photography store become another “brand name” with a lack of attention to RETURNING customers. Would 100% recommend driving to the Hamilton location for anything resembling customer service!!

    This stores usually very amazing. Today i went in 5 mins before close (without realizing they were closing early) and i go to open the door and this older lady with brown hair rudely yells “WERE CLOSED” like i was not only a foot away. She couldve been much kinder and had better customer service. Rude lady. 0/10.

    Best photography store still remaining in business. Knowledgeable staff with a decent selection of cameras, lenses and related equipment. Some pricing seems like it could be more competitive, but keeping in mind, there is a cost to operating a chain of stores and having staff available capably answer questions. I'm glad to have this option where I can still visit and see product 1st hand. Thanks.

    Henry's sent off my camera for repair and had it back in less than 2 weeks. Being a t5 user they said it may not be fixable but they actually fixed it.

    Andrew spent more than half an hour talking to us about how to use a camera that we did not buy at Henry's. He then solved every problem we had and sold us the perfect filter to take photos of portraits. He worked so hard and was so attentive that Henry's is now our first stop for our camera needs.

    Always found Henry's employees a little cold and not extremely helpful. In this one it was hard to get the salesperson to talk at all about a new camera purchase. Really just pointed me to one camera and said he didn't know when I'd be able to get one. He really didn't make eye contact at all. Will be going elsewhere

    I was very grateful to be at the Sat. Catharines Henry’s with a worker name Emily. She was so kind to help me through the printing process step-by-step. The nicest thing was that because I was new to doing it, she didn’t make me feel stupid or inept. She walked me through it and taught me so kindly that I would definitely come back again.
