This
is
my
recent
experience
the
last
2
months
with
Sleep
Country
Canada
(St.
Catharines,
ON
location)
for
the
purchase
of
my
queen
size
tempur-pedic
mattress
and
boxspring.
Initially
when
I
went
into
the
store,
I
was
assisted
by
salesperson
Doug
who
helped
me
greatly
with
his
time
and
suggestions
helping
me
find
the
right
mattress
for
myself.
Upon
initial
delivery
8
weeks
ago,
I
was
notified
by
the
delivery
guys
that
when
they
loaded
the
boxspring
at
the
warehouse,
the
boxspring
had
"lots
of
holes".
I
did
not
accept
it
&
it
was
re-ordered.
After
the
second
one
was
delivered
afew
weeks
later,
I
was
making
the
bed
right
after,
and
I
noticed
the
fabric
was
torn
and
damaged
(see
photo).
I
notified
Sleep
Country
in
person
immediately
with
photos
and
again,
a
new
boxspring
was
re-ordered.
Third
time
the
delivery
guys
came
to
my
front
door
and
told
me
the
box
spring
had
"lots
of
holes".
I
did
not
accept
it.
At
that
time,
I
called
Sleep
Country,
explained
the
situation
&
even
the
delivery
guy
spoke
directly
to
Sleep
Country
salesperson
&
explained
the
condition
of
the
boxspring.
I
did
not
accept
it
&
a
fourth
one
was
re-ordered.
Delivery
of
this
fourth
one
occurred
this
past
week,
but
upon
inspection
at
my
front
door,
I
noted
the
boxspring
was
ripped
underneath.
I
did
not
accept
it
&
it
was
returned.
This
is
unacceptable.
The
product
that
I've
paid
big
$$$$
for
should
be
in
showroom
condition.
Note,
every
time,
the
delivery
guys
have
been
wonderful
to
deal
with.
Is
it
possible
the
warehouse
has
a
rodent
problem?
I
feel
the
health
department
should
be
notified.
All
four
times,
the
boxspring
has
been
delivered
with
these
defects.
I'm
hearing
other
customers
are
encountering
similar
issues.
Each
time,
I
immediately
notified
Sleep
Country
that
sold
me
the
mattress
&
boxspring
to
tell
them
of
the
damage
of
the
boxspring
and
my
frustration.
Only
to
be
told,
they
only
sell
the
products
and
contact
head
office.
I
have
called
head
office
several
times
these
past
few
days,
was
assured
I
would
get
a
return
call
back
by
last
Friday
evening,
but
no
call
has
come.
Appears
to
me,
that
they
take
your
money
&
hope
you
get
tired
of
trying
to
contact
them
and
give
up.
I
have
put
a
complaint
in
to
my
credit
card
company.
I
have
paid
for
this
purchase
to
Sleep
Country
and
feel
I
should
have
a
satisfactory
purchase
(boxspring)
by
now.
I
called
again
yesterday
to
head
office,
4th
time
since
Wednesday's
delivery.
She
couldn't
help
me.
Said
I
would
get
a
call
sometime
next
week.
At
this
posting,
I
have
not
heard
back
from
Sleep
Country
head
office
to
resolve
this.
Once
this
issue
is
resolved,
I
will
edit
my
post.
