Do not purchase your bed from World Wide Matress, they do not stand behind their poorly made product. We purchased a new queen size mattress and boxspring- with mattress protector and it was delivered after Christmas on December 27th, 2018. The mattress started creaking after one day of use, within 2 weeks, springs were exposed on the side and top with minimal weight, very noisey and no support . We have tried several times to have this poorly constructed mattress picked up and our money refunded after only a few weeks of uncomfortable use and are told we are to pay to ship the mattress back to the St. Catharines depot, they will send to the manufacturer to have it repaired and returned to the store . We are then obligated to pay for our new mattress to be shipped back to our home as they do not stand by their poorly made product and have no accountability. They are very sorry for our experience , but will not refund our money. I could understand a warranty claim or repair after many months of use, but not a few days. We have already purchased a new matress from a reputable mattress supplier and have no use for this new, noisey, uncomfortable, non supportive and poorly made product. If this is not rectified tomorrow by their head office , I will surely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take this matter further. Stand by your poorly made product and refund our money. Update, after seeing how you generically handle previous poor reviews based on very similar situations with your faulty products, please dont waste your time responding with needing more information to appease other potential clientele. Simply contact Gary at St. Catharines World Wide Mattress outlet, and have him contact me with time of pickup when you will remove your bed, and when we may come into the store to receive our full refund. You have already viewed the video I sent you to prove the mattress quality or lack of. I should also point out that I am not a large person , not that it should matter with a quality mattress. Maybe my cat is too large , he has rested on the bed at times and he weighs a staggering 15lbs. Sincerely Brett

He answered all of my parent's questions and was very accommodating to their needs. I was very impressed with this fine young man, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality Canadian made mattress.

I found Worldwide Mattress online, on a site that rated them one of the top 3 stores in St. Catharines. This was supposed to be my first of 4 stops, however thanks to the prices and knowledge of the staff person this ended up being my only stop. Best part is my bed is coming in 2 days :-)

He knew exactly what to recommend for the back pain I had been experiencing and was so helpful we returned a couple months later to get bunk beds and mattresses for our kids. I highly recommend them for the great customer service (even reminded me a month later to turn my mattress), awesome price, and plentiful stock.

We had a great experience buying a mattress here! Garry and Phillip were both super helpful. Phillip actually stayed after closing time to help us choose a mattress (our work schedules didn’t let us come during regular store hours) and was willing to pull out beds and take the plastic covers off of any bed he thought we might like. We actually ended up returning the bed after about 75 days of trying to sleep on it and having back issues. The 100-day sleep guarantee is awesome! Garry helped us find a better bed with a pillow top that should be much better and not hurt our backs as much. It was quick, easy, and inexpensive to change our mattress. We just paid the difference in price between the mattresses AND they gave us free delivery to switch the beds. Thanks for everything! We will absolutely recommend you to friends.

We ordered a 3/4 size mattress for an antique bed they are hard to find. Ordered over the phone salesman was pleasant and helpful. Purchased and received it the next day. The delivery man was very nice. A good experience. Thank you

What a great place to buy a bed/mattress! In fact this place is so good, we came back 2 years later and bought another. Garry is a wonderful salesman who went the extra to look up our previous mattress as we wanted a queen size one exactly the same!
