Wow. Haven't been in here for years! The store is so bright and clean... and tons of things always on sale. Great quality cut meats (even hard-to-find ones with some fat in it cause we all know that's where the flavour is at 😉) Love the seafood section also. I went in there for wings and pork chops and came out of there a really, really happy camper. 😊

Friendly staff and immaculate clean store . Absolutely huge variety of food, fresh bakery products (Cheddar Cheese Bread #1 Favorite from Metro) It's a pleasure to do your groceries at this store . Everything is Quality and Fresh.

Two Kraft salad dressing for 8.00. Make it look like your saving buying two. Wal Mart and other grocery stores sell cheaper than that and you can buy one. Wal Mart = 2 for 6.00. Metro is a rip off. greedy.

My husband & I were in the Metro on Lakeshore today and we were having trouble getting the Metro App on our phone. I asked a very nice gentleman for his help ( Manager ?) & I just wanted to publicly thank him, not only did he have total patience with me but, he went beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’m just sorry that I didn’t get his name ❤️

The best grocery store that's opened in 20 years. Great deals, has local/organic/wholesale foods. MANY brands here that aren't at most grocers.

High prices. Good sale items. Fantastic cheese and deli bars. An excellent experience for my first time trying a different grocery store.

Metro has got to be the most overpriced grocery store. Not only is the pricing horrendous there... but there deli bar is pathetic. Although they can have some pretty delicious things like their Thai soup and wraps... It's rarely available. In fact, even this pass Sunday... it was a chilly wet gross day... there was absolutely nothing available at the hot bar. What's the point of having a hot bar if there barely anything hot in it. You ask the staff and they say it's because they are short staff. Either way this Metro needs to step up their game... it shouldn't offer things that they can't fulfill. Maybe the owner needs to revisit the staffing or how it's being operated. Extremely disappointed right now. I chose two stars because there are a couple of employees that definitely deserve to be recognized and when they do have the items... they are quite good. Otherwise I wouldn't give any stars.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter 4 days before I was going to pick it up. The woman who took my order was very nice and I felt confident the cake was going to be great. When I arrived today at the time scheduled I was told there was no cake order for me!!!! I couldn't believe my ears. My happy day now turned sour. I ended up settling for a cake in the display case that was not even personalized. Why bother placing a personal order when the staff can't be bothered to fill it.? Very disappointed!!!!!

Great options that differ from other stores. Fairly good prices considering the economy. Nice helpful people.

Overall a very good store. I have been going there to do my groceries every week recently. I’ve had no problems and beyond that, everyone seems like they are there to do their job while still being helpful to the customer . I like the” two for” deals that they have. 😄

Nice store. Excellent quality deli section and good priced gourment meats and cheese section. Also a bakery with store made cakes and breads.

Smaller store but well stocked. Fresh grapefruit and orange juice, staff are friendly and helpful, bakery, fresh bread pastries and cakes, deli, prepared meals to go, good turnover of products

We love getting live lobster steamed for us here. Also, they always have good pieces of salmon.

The staff is really helpful. This is not a huge supermarket, but you will be able to find everything that you need. The aisles are well maintained and stocked. Have not visited this place much but would be planning to go there to get more variety in grocery items.

have to say that the cashier lady Michele is very kind and helped to put my items in my own bag very carefully. If someone is seeing this, please tell her my comment.

A good grocery store featuring fresh produce, meat, fruits, fish, dairy products and just about everything in between. I don't think I've ever been in a messy Metro and this one is no exception. More proof that grocery stores don't need to be multi acre behemoths to be effective.

Expensive compared to other stores Also most of their meat cutters don't seem very experienced I went in one week and asked them to cut me some brazen short ribs and the guy on staff did a perfect job the next week I went there they didn't seem to have any clue what I was talking about When I got home what they gave me was almost useless with barely any meat I had to go to the local butcher to have something to feed my family

Thursday December 22 - 8:15 am Friendly, helpful staff this morning from the 2 cheery deli ladies to the helpful butcher in the meat dept who took time to cut a 4 lb roast for my family. Top notch service on a very busy morning from these 3 employees. Appreciate your efforts. Happy holidays👏👏🎅

Metro is a great store their meat is fantastic. They have great sales and a wonderful variety of everything u need.

Been here several times and short of Fortinos this is the best grocery store. Great produce and meat. Good bakery goods. An excellent seafood section. Store is well maintained and staff is helpful

Love the way Metro carries so many amazing foods that other grocery stores don't carry. It may be a little more expensive but if you need a certain ingredient for a recipe, Metro is where you'll get it!

Great store, great selection of fresh produce, meat and fish, the bakery always has a tasty treat to tempt me and fresh store baked bread.

Great kabobs and overall decent me and vegetables. I wouldn't buy cookies from them because they're usually overpriced but everything else is wonderful

Metro is a premium grocer Large bright store, aisles are not crowded. Great bakery products, many made in store. They will custom decorate a cake top for you eg birthdays, anniversary etc

They have a good variety of vegan fresh and frozen foods. Be sure to check expiration dates. Have caught a few products days passed expiration. Most recently I brought it to the attention of a Manger of a product that was 3 days passed expiry who instead of discarding it put a 30% discount label on it! I took the product to the front service so it could be tossed. Not the managers fault, likely lacked proper training.

Only took me three visits to get a roast but only because they were sold out! Great deals and good service.

Overall my shopping experience at this location is okay. They have a wonderful produce and meat section, the store is clean and easy to navigate. I'm giving them 3 stars due to the employee's that work behind the deli counter. They are incredibly unfriendly and flat out rude. I find they never acknowledge you when you walk up, it usually takes them a while to figure out you are standing there and even then they will let you wait a little longer. Seriously happens every time. Other then that, the store is great!

Metro has a wonderful deli dept, staff are friendly for the most part, lots of holiday decor. A pleasant place to shop year round

One of the best Supermarket bakeries in the area. Fruit and veg is reasonably fresh and the butchers are helpful when you ask.

The store is clean and well laid out. The variety of produce is fresh and variety of products is good. I find things there that haven't seen in other stores. Some things are more expensive there but I like the choices you get. Some self checkout if you like that. Courteous staff and helpful.

I'm really surprised at how much variety they have that meets my needs and desires
