Brandon was so dedicated to looking at options to fix my hotspotting issues. The whole staff were welcoming and eager to help. It was quite clear in their interactions that they liked each other, and that they were happy to work for Telus. They also had a new staff member that they were training, and worked very hard to make sure in the downtime between clients, that they were teaching and explaining products, and Service philosophies.

I recently visited this store, setting up multiple lines on a Small Business plan. I was helped by ZACK who was just amazing. He made the process smooth, quick, and got us a great deal. It makes a big difference when the person you're being helped by is knowledgeable about all available discount and plans. Zack got us the best possible deal, and even followed up after to make sure everything was good. Telus has the best coverage, customer service, and in store service as well. This store is definitely the way to go, when you do, see Zack!

Overall Telus representatives tend to be good, but Zack at this location was by far the most helpful I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the last 10+ years of being a customer. Big, big thanks to him.

Best provider out there amongst all the services , so people entering pen centre bell is a huge scam and Rogers is more appropriate for the America-Canada travelling people. Additionally , Zack from Telus aided me a lot with finding the right plan and with the best options at an affordable rate. Additionally , he made me feel comfortable and was chilled out throughout the whole experience of moving to Telus provider. Provided me with a lot of info despite my constant questions and overall is a very charming person who is very well outspoken and knows the ins and outs of this environment and has a good sense of humour. I recommend y’all to go to him if you decide to switch to Telus as he is like a Swiss Army knife of this place. Additionally , they provide useful plans for Brock and Niagara college students at an affordable rate so for any first year confused about which provider to get , Telus is the way to go and Zack is the guy who does it all. Truly a lovely experience.

I would like to appreciate the work one of the Telus team member at Pen Center location. His name is WILL GILL! Short story: I had to transfer 2 phone numbers from a corporate account to an individual account. Sounds like simple thing, but I faced unprofessional guys in another location, they did lots of mistakes regarding activation and transfer, sold me temporary numbers that I didn’t need and more… The process became a two week nightmare and full of stress and losing tens of hours on hold time sitting at store and wasting money… I was about to close all the deals with Telus when I heard “Sorry, NO ONE can help you with your case” on a toll free line after 1,5 waiting…. Being desperate I went to Pen Center, explained why I want close everything - and then happened what I call SUPER PROFESSIONAL!!! WILL listened to me carefully, understand the situation, found all stupid mistakes from others, and instead of closing accounts - he made a call to the right person, and during the hour FIXED EVERYTHING that others couldn’t do during two weeks!!!! If you ever need help and assistance - ASK WILL GILL! That guy is a Superman!!

Visited the store to upgrade phone. Paige was fantastic at giving me all the information I needed and was very knowledgeable and personal! Found that we liked the same band Sleep Token. Kudos to her and her superior customer service. Will go see for any future related phone needs

I had the best experience for purchasing a new phone today. Usually this kind of thing is very hard and causes some anxiety, however Alex was great at informing, and was super friendly. He helped me get the best deal, and looked into any other savings I could be qualified for. Will definitely continue with Telus, and should there be any issues I will be returning, and requesting Alex!

After switching briefly over to Virgin Mobile for a promotional offer (which kept changing in typical Bell fashion), I was desperate to get my number (which I've had for almost 20 years), back to Koodo. I came to them with something obnoxious to figure out, and Brandon and William went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible, and I cannot say enough about the team at the Telus St. Catharines location. There are also many other great staff working there who I have worked with over the years. Thank you so much, I look forward to recommending to friends and family going forward!

I would like to acknowledge Matt E of Telus pen center for helping me when 6 other Telus employees online, on call, and in store was unable to. I changed to esim and the process did not went through properly, it ends up my line was deactivated and i had no connection which is not good if you are in a healthcare profession. I had to drive to pen center to get connected. I was in the telus kiosk for some time but they did not solve my problem. To make the long story short, I decided to go to the apple store but saw the Telus store and thats when Matt E solve the problem in not even 5minutes! Knowledge about his job and his customer service is EXCELLENT!

Fantastic!! Sarah and Nick were super helpful. I had to go back to them multiple times but every time they were happy and enthusiastic to help me. They made the super frustrating transition from Virgin to Telus so much better. If you have Telus or kodoo issues GO see them! They are great! 5 stars for those two!

Absolutely useless. I went in because the SIM card for my old phone does not work in my new one. The girl working there said I HAD to buy a new SIM and and that I would HAVE TO do it at home through the website on my own. Well? The website doesn’t allow you to switch your own SIM so not only did I spend money on a SIM that doesn’t work, but I also can’t do anything with it.

I called, no real person to talk to just a machine. disappointed. If I had my way, I would not even give a star.

The store is professional, and had some pretty great offers for Boxing Day! Trading in my phone was also so easy. She also explained everything clearly and answered any and all questions we had. I haven't been back to Telus since switching from them about 5ish years ago, and I'm so glad to be back! My fiance and I are loving the service and our new phones! Highly recommend!

Kevindran(i believe i spelled his name correctly lol) was great. Set my girlfriend up with a great phone and didnt try to over sell us.

My grandfather needed his phone SIM unlocked. When he went there he asked for their help calling but instead he gave him the customer service phone # and sent him away. My grandfather clearly doesn’t understand how cell phones work and your workers wouldn’t take 15 minutes out of their day to help call with him. the workers at this store were very obviously greedy and commission based and would only speak to you if it’s a sale. Very disappointed

I've been a Telus customer for almost 10 years now and this has always been my go to location. They've always gone above and beyond to take great care of me and make me feel like a valued customer. Given that I have 4 phones total on my account, customer service and pricing are very important to me and they've always been very accommodating and ensured we've received the best deals possible in order to retain our business. Highly recommend using this location.

Great store period. High end Telus store with everything you need. Staff are amazing there with excellent customer service. Will spend the extra time to help! They have all the brands and good plans and service (for Canada that is, still way over price as compared to the USA, Europe or Asia). Highly recommended!

Ive been a Telus customer for the last 12 years, I've been coming to this location for the last 4-5 years. I've always had a good experience, leaving happier than when I went in, and generally never had any issues. Recently visited the location to take advantage of some of the specials and Glen G. was absolutely fantastic. He was a pleasure to speak with and gave great advice. He explained all out options very clearly and overall was extremely helpful. You're lucky to have such a great employee!
