First time I visited this facility, I was very nervous and shy. This wonderful employee named Robyn could see this. She was very informative and friendly. She took the time to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Truly helpful and patient, I can only hope all the staff is similar. Having staff like that is an amazing thing, makes people feel comfortable and welcomed. I recommend this store to my friends.

Every time i go in Jass🏆is the one i go to for all my 🖤love shop needs! Great customer service always so inviting never felt uncomfortable at all! 💕All the girls are great! Lots of fun and exiting products not even just toys for adults they have 💨smoke shop accessories like smoking mugs i hope I get one for Christmas! 🎄❄️☮️💞 Definitely check this location out! 🥰 10/10😍

Kanaan was super sweet and kind to speak with. She was the absolute BEST and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Selection in the store is definitely the most I've seen ever!! So much to see and scout out. Definitely will be back soon , especially if kanaans there! I love her customer service.

Gage was a really cool guy to talk to very comforting environment. I'd go back just to talk to him. And not to get him in some trouble. But he share with me that he would like another male working with him. For company.

Gage was honestly one of the best customer service representatives i’ve ever had in my entire life. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. Super friendly human being as well and I never once felt judged by him, no matter what i was asking. Gage, you’re amazing! Ever store needs more retail workers like Gage :)

Sadie is nothing but professional, intuitive, and knowledgeable with her recommendations. Also a great sense of humour! You'd be doing a disservice to yourself by going anywhere/to anyone else!

All the staff are amazing at st Catharine’s love shop. Robyn is always helping over in the 420 section, which is huge and has a lot of good quality glass for fair price. Kelsi is always cracking me up with her Facebook lives/ videos, and Sadie who runs the whole operation and is a wonderful soul who will help you with any of your needs. I highly recommend checking out the st.Catharine’s love shop!

I was in this store a few times and I dealt mainly with Kelsi for most of my experiences and she is FAB! I am a trans man and she was very knowledgeable and respectful in finding me what I needed! I would 100% recommend anyone going here!

After being told I could refund the item within a month, and another employee telling me you can refund after using an item and being refused a refund today trying to return a Magic wand (Has been out 5 years plus last time bought at the stag shop for 100$) for 150$ with taxes. I would not recommend this place. Employee mentioned manager is at another location (assumably Niagara Falls) and refused to give me her name. Door was locked at 4pm as well. Wanted to leave a good review since the first male employee was very pleasant and nice. However after my experience only being here three times now four is just. laughable especially since I was told by an old friend that they are nice here and they receive discounts.

By far the best in the region! The ladies here are so helpful and knowledgeable in all areas. Best 420 section hands down. I love the surprise grab bags! Such a great idea to spice things up! I'll be coming back for some more goodies!

My visit to the Love Shop to purchase a shower gift was my first time visiting a shop like this. I wasn't sure what to expect and was rather nervous and self conscious. Sadie greeted me and immediately made me feel comfortable. Knowledgeable and with a wonderful sense of humour, she soon was guiding me through various options! I left with a great gift (that was well received) and a new point of view! I definitely recommend the Love Shop!

Have been to this location and Kelsi has helped my boyfriend and I twice now. She made the experiences super comfortable, and she’s so knowledgeable, helpful and we have learned and tried/ purchased new things we likely wouldn’t have been comfortable to otherwise without her guidance. Very friendly knowledgeable place. Great place to go whether your a beginner or experienced. Sadie was very helpful, she listened to my hubby and I and helped us pick out some items. She explained the difference between brands and made suggestions based on our comfort level and what we were looking for. She made sure that we would be 100% happy with what we purchased. Great prices and will definitely be returning!

BEST EXPERIENCE, went here for the first time on Saturday and got 2 costumes for a phenomenal price (cheaper than a costume store but def better quality). Also, they had so much variety of stock there. Staff and the manager were SO helpful, got changing colour LED rechargeable 8inch heels which recieved so many compliments at a Uni Halloween party I went to that night, I totally recommend buying those shoes. Very clean & large space throughout the store & everything was so organized & the vibes were so relaxed, definitely coming back🤪 spent $200 & got SO MUCH STUFF!
