Had the best service I've ever had from Owen at this location. Absolutely phenomenal help and effort put forth from him. I will happily go out of my way and make the trip to this Moore's for the quality of service and care they put in.

I used to buy from Moores before, especially from stores in Mississauga and generally they are a good option if you need to buy a suit or other accessories fast. Tania gave us a great service, bought 2 suits,2 shirts, couple of ties, shoes, belts, a jacket. All in all $1,500. I was told the pants will be tailored to my length, jacket in correct size will be ordered and all will be cleaned and pressed for my pick up. Needless to say, today my wife came to pick it up. Checked the stuff out and saw that the suits look like they were chewed up instead of being pressed and steamed. My wife asked the sales lady (not Tania) to please steam it at least as it was in a bad shape. Well, she came back within 5 minutes claiming all done. My wife looks at it again, still in bad shape as if nothing was done (see pics). My wife got bothered and left disgruntled as was I when I saw it. Long story short: this was my last purchase at this store.

My partner and I (LGBTQ+) are getting married in October. We had been to multiple places in the city and all of them didn't make us feel comfortable or welcome. When we walked in Josh helped us right away. He treated us like any other customer and did everything he could to help us. Which ended with us finding our outfits! And with his recommendations, some of which I gave a try for the first time), we were able to ease our stress about it and had the wedding experience we were hoping for. 100/10 recommend this place, especially Josh. Thank you!

Went in today to get something for a funeral. I was immediately greeted and the fella that came over was extremely helpful. He was able to make good suggestions and I was out of there quickly and received good value. That's true customer service!

Colour me impressed! I was skeptical ordering their "custom" shirts at a pretty low cost in comparison to other tailors, but the quality and fit hit far beyond expectations! Since then, I've gotten a great vest and fun dinner jacket. Their service is always amazing (shoutout to Trish!) and I would definitely recommend this location.

It's rare to come across those who understand the true essence of customer service. Trish is one of those people. I have an extremely hard time with finding the right size shoes for my feet. Extremely wide with a narrower heel. It is a necessity for me to try any shoe before I buy them, especially for dress shoes. Trish worked with me for about an hour going through several wide shoe options and never tried to sell me on a design or brand. Her transparency and feedback helped me tremendously in obtaining the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever worn. Thanks to her I'll be buying 2 pairs of the same shoe in different colours. She deserves a raise.

Yesterday I got to witness the joy of seeing my child get fit for her wedding outfit. Just watching her as the stylist patiently measured her for pants, shirt and bow tie, and seeing her relief as she was treated with kindness and respect was worth the several trips it took to find the right shop. Josh at Moore's in St. Catharines was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time with Em and Evie to make sure they had exactly what they wanted for their wedding. Thank you, Josh, for being kind and respectful, and ensuring that the experience was inclusive. It made everything worth it.

Ok. I had a wedding to go to and this was the day of the wedding. I needed my pants hemmed for the wedding that afternoon. I stopped here and they were able to get my pants hemmed in just minutes. Being Quebec, I was worried that they didn’t speak much English, but they were really helpful and obviously English. Thanks for the great service. This Moores store definitely is one of the best I ever went in.

Amazing experience. I had rented a set of suits for myself, groomsmen and ring bearer. The process was quick and efficient. They made sure we looked our best. Pick up and drop off was easy and fast. Great service all around and affordable prices.

Kate was wonderful! She was able to help me get a suit on short notice. From the moment we walked in we were taken care of by Kate, the suit was fitted properly and Kate was able to match it with clothes I already had and added in what needed to be done. Thank you Kate!

My husband has Alzheimers. They were absolutely fabulous with him. We were in and out in less than 1/2 an hour. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very poor service. We brought our groomsman there to get fitted and all of us bought custom suits and 2 people in the party got the wrong size pants or jacket then moores tried to make them pay for the second mistake when it was on them for not getting the measurements right. To the guy with curly hair worst person to deal with. Gave attitude to 3 people in my party and I’m not happy about that and my father in law went to go get his tie and they told him his jacket was in when they had already given him a jacket that was supposedly the fixed one. Not a very professional place and poor customer service, do not recommend if you’re getting your groomsmen fitted here.

Huge shoutout to Trish and Allayah!! I ordered a custom dusty rose suit for a wedding this June. They were both so helpful and just amazing to deal with. It turned out better than I imagined and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!!

The staff is fabulous! My husband showed up 45 minutes before we had to go to a wedding down the road. They had him dressed and ready to go in less than 20! The pants were hemmed and the shirt was steamed. Cannot say enough great things!

Was an amazing experience in sizing measurements, and trying on different suits and vests. Very wonderful and cordial service from the sale person.

Mismanaged store, go to the Niagara Falls location. Came here in October with my wife, walked in the door and started browsing suits, none of the women on staff even acknowledged our presence; One woman in the back helping customers, a bunch of them helping people at the register, another helping other customers, and one folding clothes to put on a shelf, all of them oblivious to the rest of the store. Another couple walks in, after a while the guy makes a hand gesture to his wife like, "what's going on, why is everyone ignoring us?" We all walked out. Went to Brookes Brothers and spent $600 on a nice new suit, they gave us all the care and attention in the world. Then went to Moores in Niagara Falls a few days later after receiving a good review and bought three more suits, some pants, and a pile of ties. In Niagara Falls they have less staff but somehow greet you when you walk through the door and find a way to fit you in between people.

The lady who was working today was amazing, I had gotten a jacket that didn't match my pants and she got me set up with a full outfit without breaking the bank. The service was amazing!

I'm not big on shopping, I prefer buying. However, I really enjoyed my time at this location. Shopping here reminded me of shopping 50+ years ago in our local main street haberdashery where everyone was treated like a neighbor and friend, where service mattered and where you left hoping to return soon.

Great experience being fitted for my brothers wedding. They were on top of it and the lady that helped me was fantastic and helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend !

Rented suits for a wedding. Was advised of the wrong date for pickup. I didn’t hear anything since the initially fitting so I called and was advised they would be ready for pickup in Wednesday. When people went to pick their suits on Wednesday, they were advised they were not available and would only be available on Thursday. When the suits were picked up on Thursday, there were a couple sizing issue. The staff advised they could be altered/replaced and picked back up on Saturday. The wedding was on Saturday so this wasn’t feasible - I ended up having to wear a shirt that was too small. I was also surprised to see the ties provided weren’t actual ties?? They were some sort of clip-on/zip-on thing. For the price of the rental, I’d expect actual ties. Overall I was left very dissatisfied. Moores seems to be a fine place to purchase clothing but I would never recommend them for the purpose of rentals.

I will never be shopping at moores again. Rented a suit for a wedding, picked it up all was great. Returned it today and was charged $100 in late fees. Not ONE person told me it needed to be returned by a certain day. Not one person told me I there would be late fees. Do not give them your business. Ridiculous
