This place is very bad for cleaning clothes. My clothes are not as clean as the photos. When I went and told them my clothes were not clean, they told me it was clean. I leave the comment for you. I will not come here again

Nice clean laundry mat just make sure you hit the coin return button cause sometimes the machines don't register you coins. Friendly staff no snacks the 5 times I went but they do have coffee. They stay on top of disinfecting the machines after each use which I thought was great.

The owners and staff here are incredible. So friendly and always efficient with the wash/ dry/ fold service. I am constantly complimented on how fresh my clothes smell and the price is unbeatable! Highly recommend this service for anyone who is pressed for time week to week or for dry cleaning winter jackets, duvets etc.

It is not bad at all. It is clean, quiet and plenty of table space to fold your laundry. It is much cheaper than the ones they have in the apartments where you are forced to put a minimum of 10 dollars on a card and there is a flat rate for the machines, (usually close to 3 dollars) so the attendants seem to be fair and keep it old school. You get to choose how long you put your laundry in for per 25 cents which is a good option to have when your laundry may still be a little damp rather than wasting a whole 3 dollars to run the machine again. It is nice having snack options for the kids when you are waiting for your laundry to finish. I come here quite often and have not experienced any theft or bad customers. 25 cents for 3 dryer sheets is not a bad price at all either when you forget to bring your own and there are two different change exchange machines to get quarters. Some places don't even have the option or even have an attendant present Thank you I will continue to keep coming back as long as you are open!

Very clean , friendly, helpful lots of machines staff working there very helpful and not over priced. I will be back and I will recommend this spot to people. Really good snacks

Recently moved to St Catharines and needed a reliable laundromat - thankfully, Sips and Suds is just that! Huge selection of coin operated machines, machines on site to make change, cafe, comfy seating, and VERY fast wifi! Perfect to do school work while waiting. Highly recommend 👍

Washing machine broke at home so was forced to use a laundromat... I'd say 90% ofnthe machines were functional with a few with out of order signs... triple load washers were 5$ and maxi-load washers 6$. Got all my clothes and towels cleaner then my personal machine did. Dryers were surprisingly cheap, 1$ got about 16min of run time. Only needed 45min to do a huge load of towels which I'd have to do 2 or 3 loads at home at an hour each. Only downside is that every machine is strictly quarters so takes a while to put in the full amount. But besides that, I'll be back if my washer is ever broken.

Washer saids 20 minutes for the triple loader but opened at 3 minutes left so only 17 minutes for 5 dollars what a rip off Was there for 10 minutes just putting in 5 dollars worth of quarters in it as the coin mechanism needs replacing I would never come again

The place is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The prices are reasonable for using the machines. And they are always bringing something new to the place.

Great buisness, friendly owners, well priced loads and always clean! Some days it can get busy but normally its a quick experience (which i live for when i go to do laundry.) I used to visit all the time when i was little with my mom, and glad i started coming here again as a adult!

I have been very satisfied with Sips and Suds. Friendly helpful staff good machines.The food is nothing to get exited about but Tim s is near.WIFI and comfortable tables for your laptop. A washroom which another laundromat I have used does not have. 5*****
