Gave this place a few tries. Staff have terrible customer service and you can tell they don’t enjoy their job. Makes it a very uncomfortable dining experience for students. Not to mention it is never open on time. For someone who has 8AM classes I should expect to be able to get food when they SAY they open. If you can’t open before 8AM, change the opening hours. Ridiculous

Like everyone else, it's a 10 min wait. Never missed an order and had to constantly mention to everyone who ordered on mobile that they were out of stock (thanks corporate Tim's for not tracking this)

Such a horrible tim hortons. More than half of the times they dont have enough items available. Their mobile order is either closed or broken half the times. Staff takes hours to process and make orders. This Tims never failed to disappoint me and i’d be surprised if they stop doing so.

I would give a zero but wasn’t an option. All last week and already this Monday they make you wait for 10 minutes before ordering so they can continue to chat amongst themselves. Super disappointing to see, especially when all students want is a coffee to get through a class

Rude and unfriendly staffs.

Pretty sure one of the staff members here was sick (don't know if it was Covid or not) but she should have definitely not been working. The lady at the drive thru was wearing a mask and her voice was extremely hoarse. I'm pretty sure I witnessed her cough as well. My visit was last week and this week I have a sore throat and general malaise and am going to get tested. Definitely not worth the risk especially at a time like this, just go get your coffee somewhere else.

Rude, lazy, old, miserable employees. That goes for any food place at Brock

Slow service, and barely or if any sauce at all in the farmers wrap. Very disappointing.

This is the worst tims I have ever seen in my life . The staff is extremely slow . I would never recommend this tims to anyone.

The service is horribly slow, it takes me 20 minutes to wait with 4 people ahead of me for a coffee, each of the workers are nice but are very slow and aren’t providing fast enough service when making drinks.

THE WORST TIM HORTONS WORKER. The lady that makes the food is rude and is always rushing. She didnt wrap my farmers wrap properly and only grilled my wrap for only 5 seconds

3rd time order got taken by someone else

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they forgot about it. I had already been waiting 10 minutes for it, then I had to wait another 5, only to get home and open it, and find out that there’s bacon, and no cream cheese on the bagel. Waste of my money.

As a student, it is important for me to know what I am paying for and which account I am being charged on, meal plan or flex dollars. Beginning at the start of the year, I was always confused which account my Tim Hortons purchase was being charged on. I have checked myBrockCard account and did not find answers to this issue as my usual purchase of just an ice cappuccino was charged alternating between flex and meal plan. I then asked for clarification from the Tim Hortons servers. I was very surprised to receive a different answer every single time I asked which account it was coming from and what dictates what account I will be charged on. Answers ranged, "It should be meal plan every time if you are first year.", "Its flex unless you buy a meal", and my favourite "I don't know.". I have grown to be extremely frustrated at the inconsistency and secrecy behind this matter especially because Tim Hortons is advertised to be included in meal plan along with Pita Pit and Pizza Pizza.

Let me tell you, it's only good when it's not busy. When it's busy there's a lot of problems. Do not order when it's busy it's not worth it. Had to wait 45 minutes on two instances because of a wrong order.

The staff is bad. Since they are all untrained students from Brock. The manager take no action on complaints from customers as well.

Great place but it would be a lot better if they put up notices saying they dont have a certain product, don't wanna wait 15 minutes in a line to be told "oh we dont have that"

It’s a Tim Hortons, the food and coffee is meh. But the service is quick and efficient. Also tends to be quite busy.

The Schmon Tower Tim Horton's is consistently a kind and welcoming environment, the staff are always so nice and they make sure to get your food to you in a timely manner (even when it's very busy). I especially love the fact that they have started to take drink (and food) orders while you wait in line just before you reach the register, this definitely helps with wait time and getting out of line quick. The staff is always so nice and they always say hi and bye when you leave. (Overall experience: 4.5 stars) The Hungry Badger location on the other hand constantly has a very long wait time (ranging from 15-25 minutes at times), the staff is not pleasant to talk to at all, and they never tell you the orders they are bringing out once completed so you know if it's yours or not (i.e. they've made a French vanilla but they don't say what the order is and just put it on the counter). Sometimes they can be a little condescending and rude at times, especially if you didn't get something from your order or it was made wrong. I understand that this location is the busiest because it is the only one that you can buy actual food from (aside from bakery) but it's never that serious to be so rude to customers. The mobile order section is always such a disaster, they don't even call an order number or what the order is (drink or food), they just leave it on the ledge. If you didn't hear them calling your order they get annoyed and make sly comments (that everyone can hear). Overall I'd much prefer to just go to the Schmon Tower location and get a muffin every time instead of dealing with that. (Overall experience: 2 stars) The only reason the ratings are so high is solely because of the Schmon Town location and their staff. Never go to Hungry Badger Tim Hortons ever. I'd rather walk all the way to East Academics in the freezing cold to the other Tims if it means avoiding them at all costs. PS. They will also be very condescending if you ask for no cheese on a sandwich that's made with cheese (it's never that serious I paid for no cheese I would like no cheese) They never say if something is not available. One time I went to the Hungry Badger location and I asked for potato wedges and the guy at the register said "No." and was just silent after ??????? You don't say "NO" you're meant to say "Sorry we actually don't have that right now, is there something else you'd like instead?" Absolutely awful experience I can tell they just hire anyone without any customer service training.
