Most genuine talented custom Jewelers store owners you can find anywhere in the Niagara region. They have made custom rings and necklaces for our family on several occasions. Have not bought any jewelry (yet) but had the best experience. My friend had a ring on that was too small and was cutting/growing in her finger. Due to the width of the band and the amount of stones it took a lot of tryin. The patience and kindness of all staff was above and beyond. The craftsmanship is absolutely incredible, and the customer service is top notch. Moe resized my ring and polished it free of charge, and gifted us a celebratory gift basket for our engagement. I had been on a search for an engagement ring for a while. I had checked out many many jewellers and jewellery shops. I had looked at all my options. Every business I went to said impossible. cant be done. Lessard for me said we will get it done and immediately started working on it.
