A midday stroll to recharge and reflect. A lighthouse across from the pier at the end. Gazing across the vast expanse of water and watching boats as they come in to dock. There are several benches that adorn the path enabling short pauses as you make your way down the pier. It wasn't too busy on this overcast day.

If you just want to walk the pier this eastern side is free parking year around. Lakeside park is at the other West side pier which is nice and has washrooms and paid parking May thru September, free the rest of the year. The carousel is on the West side as well, and yes it's still 5 cents a ride, 20 ride ticket for one dollar.

Stunningly beautiful scenery to walk in the morning. Mostly windy here but it is beside the water. A lot of people running and doing exercise. A wonderful place to relax.

Port Dalhousie waterfront is gorgeous all year round. Dress warm in the colder months, even when the sun is shining. Especially when taking that walk down to the lighthouse. The view is spectacular and has a gorgeous waterfront appeal. Adding a few shops and restaurants would definitely add to the overall appeal.

Awesome views watching the sunsetting in the west, then turning east and watching the full moon rise. Spectacular.

A very nice place to visit, there is a carousel only 5 cents! You can also donate if you choose to for good causes. The small town and peir are beautiful. A true gem of a place. Would recommend bring the family for a day. Can host birthday parties, grab ice cream and walk all you like. Restaurants are very close and good eats. Cute little shops to visit. Great date place as well.

They told us that there is a 24-hour shuttle, but at night when we were returning from the parking lot, the shuttle car had no seats and I felt disrespected like a sheep...

Always a fun place to spend the day! Iโ€™m glad the pier is opened again now

Tis a pretty lit pier. Got a solid lighthouse (which is a good thing. I wouldn't want a plasma lighthouse, although that would be pretty sick)

Beautiful view, especially at sunset. As it is close to the beach, it is good for families too.

Perfect lakeside park and pier in Port Dalhousie-Small community in St.Catherines. When you are on the way to Niagara from Niagara this is a perfect place to stop and spend some time during sunrise/sunset.

Lovely pier. We rode our bikes to the end. Saw many folks enjoying fishing, watching boats leave, walking, or just enjoying the breeze coming off Lake Ontario. The lighthouses are fun to admire. There are benches along the way, including at the very end to take a rest if desired.
