I'll start by saying that the King Size Bed was probably the cleanest, most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I would give it a 10/10 for the bed alone. The location was also awesome and I thought the complimentary breakfast was really good compared to most other places. The staff was very friendly too. The only downside to this property was the noise from other guests, which seems to be unavoidable. The rooms themselves are soundproofed, but the connecting hallway is VERY loud. I woke up multiple times throughout the night from doors slamming and people talking. I was pretty tired throughout my trip because of this. I wasn't expecting the hallway to connect considering this is a motel (part of the reason I chose the location) so that was disappointing. Overall it was a very nice room and I would have rated it a 10/10 if it wasn't for all the noise both nights I stayed. My reservation was under the name Chelsea Giberson just to confirm.

This Motel is horrendous! It is dirty, dated and you really get what you pay for. For being a chain, I’m absolutely disgusted! More importantly, they removed my stuff out of my room without my permission and now I have stuff missing. I booked a two night stay at this property. Despite my credit card being charged for two nights and having the paperwork showing I am staying two nights, their system said it was a one night stay, so they came in to clean the room. They then packed up all of my belongings and removed everything. I came back to my room to freshen up and all of my belongings were gone. I went to the Front Desk and the Manager said my stuff would be returned promptly. When my stuff was returned, some of my alcohol, and all of my food and toiletries were missing. I now have to go replace the stuff they did not return. As such, I will NEVER stay here again and recommend you spend the few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

Very impressive customer service. We arrived at 2am, and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and as well as bathroom. Morning breakfast was good, too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and will definitely be back again whenever stop by Niagara

I was visiting from out of the province that’s fine beautiful near the falls. My husband book this Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara and the gentleman at the desk was very kind to let us check in early as it would normally cost $40 to check in early before check in time 4pm he said. We were in a queen bedroom the power was not working as the lights would not turn on except for one. The room smelled of mold or people call it musty smell and I have asthma so I decided to leave due to the fact of smell of mold and a potential health concern. The carpets looked run down and bed sheets looked stained. The bathroom floor looked like there was water on it but it was really shiny no water. The room just look run down and smelled of mold and disgusting. My husband is artistic and almost had a melt down thank goodness he did not. We left quickly and quietly. I was in room 207.

Very professional staff, including the front desk, breakfast attendants and Housekeeping. Cleanest Super 8 I've ever seen. The UV flashlight shows nothing, zero -- even on the remote. Breakfast was totally packed on Sunday, and there's no waffle maker, which is a Super 8 standard. They have bagels and croissants, real butter, yogurts, cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly, bananas, hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, juice and remarkably good coffee and tea bags. Completely generic looking tea bags, but excellent quality black tea. Monday was wide open, but Sunday and likely Saturday you'll want to get up early. Either that or you'll be jammed in with the barbarian French people from Quebec and the tourists from Asia who eat with feral cat mannerisms. We felt bad for not leaving more of a tip for Housekeeping. There should be an app, because nobody stays mindful of cash on hand, with everything paid by debit card nowadays. Or just have it on the bill, where you can add the gratuity.

I would say a cost effective place to stay. The location is good. Walkable distance to falls, restaurants around, parking place present. Rooms are spacious and clean. But it didn't have much kitchen utility etc. Toiletries were there. We didn't explore the swimming pool and gym, so can't comment. Check in and check out experience was smooth. Overall a decent stay for 1-2 nights in Niagara

After driving several hours to get there I was expecting to walk into a half decent room. It was not clean at all. The sheets hadn't been changed. There was hair in the bed. The bathroom had not been touched since the last guest. Unknown stains on the couch. The front desk staff was very nice tho and kindly gave me a refund.

The tub was full of hair and the water backs up so you get it filled up with foam 😵‍💫. There's very simple breakfast buffet. A swimming pool which is warm enough during the winter. The parking is a paid parking and cost 10$ per night. Wifi is included. Towels are small so get your with you. One of the towels was missing (the medium size).

Service: 5 stars. Excelent from reception to server to housekeeping staff. Location: 4 stars. Few minutes walk to Clifton Hill. Parking is $10 per day. Breakfast: 4 stars. Small area but good breakfast. They have warm waffle, croissant. breads, cereal, juice, egg, yogurt, banana and all types of coffee. Room: 4 stars. Clean, we have a good night sleep and maybe the best part of hotel is the room Pool: 3 stars. Water in the pool is clean but the area where plants are dirty. Dirt on the floor and windows not clean. Hallway, elevator, doors: 2 stars. Need to be clean or better yet re-paint it. 1 star: No double lock in the room (top part of door). Kids can easily get out wander. I already book a room in Fall but I have to cancel for this reason.

I booked to stay here with my wedding party from June 3rd to 5th. I booked the hotel directly, and told them to hold 6 rooms and that each person was going to call with there credit card information. 1 week before the wedding I called to see if everyone called, they didn’t even had any rooms on hold at all. Went through the whole process again and gave them the phone numbers of each person. On the 3rd, we arrive at the hotel to find out that they billed everyone’s room to my card. Spoke to 3 different people with 3 different answers. Will not stay here again. Wish I could give 0 stars

The staff was extremely kind and pleasant. The breakfast was awesome especially love the homemade waffles in the morning. We will be a returning customer for this hotel, thank you for making a weekend getaway fun and was a very quiet spot, the food places were very close especially some we don't drive.

This place is close to clifton hill which is why I booked it. But once I checked in I was surprised about the quality of this place. The rooms and corridors were very outdated. Within few minutes of walking in I saw 4-5 bugs which looked liked bed bugs. The rooms were dark. After asking for a room change we had troubles with the key and when walked in the room, the room was again in very bad condition so decided not to spend the night. Positive thing was service given by the guy at front desk who was helpful and understanding.

It's simple and normal. I found it a bit costly in accordance with what they offer. Front desk staff were very kind and understanding. Book with them, not through any back office call centre, they are horrible. They booked 7 rooms instead and of 3 and charged me for the same. How ever front desk did the refund promptly as well. Overall ok.

Falls is just few min walkable distance from the place. Clifton hill is just a jump away! loved the proximity to all the places. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was also part of the room. Overall quits satisfied and happy with service , place and staff behaviour!

The Super 8 at this location is probably the best hotel for anyone looking for clean but unfussy accommodation in Niagara Falls. We chose to not stay at one of the absolute cheapest hotels/motels in the region so that we had a clean space and beds, and we were rewarded. The beds were all clean with no bed bugs, as was the pull-out couch which we used that night. The bathroom was clean too. On top of this, the best feature of this hotel has got to be its service. The men at the desk are some of the most attentive and engaging desk attendants I've ever encountered. It is obvious they make a constant effort to be as polite as possible and make you feel at home here. The owner is also the same way, and will accommodate your requests as best as he can. Best service! And finally, the location is great! just a few minutes walk from Clifton hill. very impressed! The one comment I have is that any noise in the parking lot travels into the rooms that back onto it a little too much, when trying to sleep. Not that bad though.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The place is decent and comfortable for a quick stay. Check-in and check-out process is simple and quick. Ample of parking available. They charge you extra though for using their parking lot ($10 for the night I believe). The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel overall needs a good refurbishment and upgrade in terms of its overall look and cleanliness. We liked the indoor pool though, it was clean and accessible easily. The front desk staff are friendly. I would recommend the staff on breakfast duty and room service to pay more attention to their work though as they seem to be busy doing other things at the time of their duty. Sadly the breakfast options are pathetic and you are better off getting breakfast outside in the town from a nearby restaurant. Overall our stay was not too bad. Would recommend if its a quick and short stay.

The room was not that clean, there are some rust, stains and smells like someone smoking or vaping or something. But I don't wanna underrate because of those things. The staff, maybe his name was Happy, was so friendly and nice. He got me forget about all of negative things in this room. It is a great luck that Super8 has a such a great staff.

they charged me twice in two credit cards. They rooms are so old, the carpet is visible dirty, , the sofa is full of dust, the sprinkler does not work properly, the brake is on hand by children, the beds are so unconfortable, the kitchen has no windows or emergency exit.

Stayed here for a trip to Niagara with my family. The positives: the room was big, very clean, had a comfy couch and a mini fridge and microwave as well as air conditioning. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond and the pool was great. The breakfast that was included wasn’t too bad and everything included was good for the price. The negatives: the room is a little bit outdated in terms of style but not awful. There was only hot water from the sink in the room as well. Also, the free Wi-Fi was really slow and okay for sending and receiving messages but useless for streaming a movie or something of the sort. Overall, good for the price and you probably won’t be spending a ton of time in the hotel room in Niagara Falls anyways. If so this was a comfortable, safe and affordable place to sleep.

I had a wonderful experience. Looks may be deceiving. The outside looks dated which may worry you but that does not matter. What matters is inside the room. Our room was clean and very well maintained. It looked awesome and just like the pictures. Hotel services were very good and always quick to answer any questions. Plenty of parking available and a very close walk to all attractions. Would recommend, especially on a budget.

Good - Short walk to Clifton Hill, indoor pool was fine, simple breakfast (no bacon and scrambled eggs, but did have boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc) Bad - breakfast room is small and not laid out well, outdoor pool is not open, but looked pretty small anyway. Overall - Everything was fine. For a budget room, everything was as expected.

My favorite place. No other hotels I like better than this one. My little baby loves it too. Definitely going back in 2 weeks.

  • 2/5 Samira F. 9 months ago on Google
In general, the overall experience was unpleasant. The entrance has a strong unpleasant odor. Although breakfast was included in the price, it was of poor quality and lacked warm options. As for the rooms, they were outdated and the bathroom lacked the necessary shower amenities. They only provided a small bar of soap for two people, whereas nowadays hotels typically offer body wash instead. I informed the receptionist about the body wash, but it appeared that he disregarded it. ------- To respond to your inquiries, our location was room 507 under the surname Saffari.

Mixed feelings. The property is aged; condition is acceptable if you are an open minded traveller or a smoker. The property is “smoke free” officially and you have to sing corresponding paperwork on check-in, however the room smelled like someone smoked there heavily for many days in a row. We were offered another room which was pretty much the same. Settled on 3rd room that had some air freshener smell (and wet carpet) instead of smoke. On positive side, a plenty of free parking spots, 2 min. walk to Clifton Hill; a good clean indoor pool with really warm water (~ +30C). The administrator Nasir was friendly and accommodating.

Really good, far better than what we expected. It’s definitely worth the price. We were 9 adults, booked a suite with two rooms and four beds. Staff are really friendly. I was worried about the cleanness of the place but it was good and nothing to complain about. Walking distance from the Main Street and shops. Breakfast was fair, coffee machine that gives you different options for coffee, pancakes, banana , flavored yogurts and croissant. Will definitely go back here again when there are gonna be lots of folks joining.

Stayed here, definitely not worth the price. If you just need a place to sleep with everything in walking distance this is the place. Otherwise, shower was dirty, shower curtain was pink at the bottom, room smelt bad. There was towels with lip stick stains on it. I'm pretty sure bed sheets aren't changed as frequently as they should be. Staff are nice, location is good and that's about it.

No plug in the tub, tvs where broken and not working... Stained sheets, cold swimming pool. Ok breakfast but very small area it's served in and not enough time for the entire hotel to enjoy the breakfast... Only 2 hours. I was asked to carry and eat my food upstairs for 5 people WITH NO TRAYS or help. (Breakfast is in the basement) then the hotel offers a 20 dollar discount just to be over charged anyways.

Excellent experience! Super friendly staff!! Rooms were clean and fresh, no bugs, spacious rooms, they do need an updating but very fair for the price you pay. I will stay here again. Thanks for a good stay...

Ok, so maybe this place is not the nicest looking, or the cleanest, or the best smelling. And maybe some of the clientele seem a little sketchy, and maybe the carpets are stained, and maybe the TV doesn't work. But it's an easy walk to the Falls even for me. And the parking is free. And if you call about the TV, they'll bring you a new one. So at the price, it's still a good deal.

  • 4/5 Amanda A. 1 year ago on Google
You get what you pay for, it's pretty okay for a Super 8. The bed was comfy and it's a close walk to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Also, the dude wearing the "happy" name tag is really enthusiastic and that is great for customer service.

We stayed here earlier in August and from the moment I talked to Happy at the front desk staff prior to booking, I knew we had to book here! The staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, the pool is clean, and it's a close walk to Clifton Hill! The staff listened to our requests, the free breakfast was just perfect, the Latte I had was awesome! You do have to pay for parking, $10 a day, but we didn't mind as the hotel let us park there for the rest of the second day for free (not overnight again) so we could venture around again before heading home! Is it slightly out dated? Sure, but majority of the hotels in Niagara are anyways, and it's totally worth the price! Most importantly...No Bedbugs! :D *These pictures were taken when we were leaving, hence why the floor is a little dirty

  • 5/5 Wendy B. 1 year ago on Google
As advertised, simple clean accommodations. Staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was breakfast :D Toast, waffles, muffins, boiled eggs etc. and plentiful. Surprisingly quiet stay, I expected it would have been noisier given that it was the weekend in Niagara Falls - but nope. Didn't hear a peep from other guests. All in all, a great wee place to rest your head - and if we're back in Niagara Falls, I'd stay there again!

  • 3/5 Michael B. 1 year ago on Google
Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. For that 5 stars. Location is convenient as well, just a few minutes walk to Clifton Hills and the falls. However the building itself and the room were quite old and worn. Breakfast was okay, but served in a room without any daylight in the basement, which was not exactly nice. Nevertheless, I rate it very solid 3 stars over all and would stay there again.

  • 5/5 Roderick G. 1 year ago on Google
Very satisfied with this hotel. Though there were few hiccups one window is open with missing crank handle, I cannot close it and toilet sink seems to be clogged as water is very slow to drain. But in spite of these, it didn’t really give us inconvenience to our stay. - still five star. The room is clean and bright, the pillows and bed cover smells fresh. Location is great, the falls is just almost a kilometer walk. The free parking and the breakfast were part of the amenities. The breakfast was actually beyond our expectation. There was also different choices of coffee. Very happy customers, next time we visit we’ll stay here again.

Stayed in the family suite for a bachelorette and it was PERFECT! Walking distance to all of the excitement of Clifton Hills and the room itself had two bathrooms, 4 queen beds, a table, and so much open space which was great for our group. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downfall is we did spot a bug in our room, but only one, not a big deal.
