Wonderful service for Judy and Toto our brindle pug . Great gentle repairs of antique jewelry inherited from 1904. Gorgeous pearls to die for. Up to date styles but dainty and delicate. Trendy but not huge clunky look . Highly recommend this wonderful careful, caring, gentle service. High quality items for sale as well. I would give this 10 out of 10 ! Pretty good store. I usually go there only for the cristal hanging decorations. They're so pretty! Today I went in and I met the most friendly and awesome employee. The poor girl was having a hard time with a difficult customer before me. Honestly, she handled the customer in a very, professional, polite and patient manner. Props to her, she seemed so nice and would've love to ask for her FB or IG so we could be friends but I thought it'd be weird 😋 Anyway, stop by and buy one of those bouncy cristal hanging thingies, you won't regret it :)

I had a coupe of really great experiences in this store but my last interaction really warrants a great review from me. I was previously in the store before and purchased a blue watch for my boyfriend. Then I went in looking for another gift, and I saw a watch but they did not have it in the color that I wanted. When I got back home, during the week I called them and within one day not only did they have the watch ordered, I actually received it the next day. The watch is so beautiful, I decided to actually keep it and give it to my boyfriend for Christmas. I love this red/orange watch and thank you very much for accommodating and shipping this to me for free.

I go to Optimus every time I am in NOTL, and they never disappoint! I have bought several unique, stunning pieces of jewelry over the years and I love that they are Canadian made! I always do my Christmas shopping for my mom and Grandma there and the knowledgeable owners are always such a pleasure to be around and so helpful.
