WOW!!! Club Roma is the most incredible venue. We got married there in July 2022. Highly recommend! Not only is the property stunning, but they go above and beyond to accommodate all your requests. They have a ton of décor to choose from which was a bonus for us so we could stay within budget. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful the venue was (we had our reception in the pavilion) as well as how AMAZING the food was. The antipasto bar was a hit with our guests, they still talk about it. Club Roma truly is a one-stop shop wedding venue. You really do not need to add a lot of florals or décor because the venue is just that beautiful. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Affordable, stunning & the food was just amazing! Side note, our bartender Max was simply the BEST. So fun & friendly! Great addition to the night for our guests - everyone loved him!

We attended an office Christmas party at Club Roma. Beautiful Venue and great customer service. The rooms are large and spacious. They were on top of things and the servers and bartender were amazing. The food was great and delicious. It was so well organized. Many people don’t realize that they also offer a gorgeous outdoor pavilion, with manicured gardens, and majestic trees that form a canopy over the ceremony space. appreciate club Roma for being versatile and the fact that it’s quite affordable too. Club Roma is most definitely the most affordable wedding hall in the Niagara region and GTA considering how spacious and how GREAT the food is!!! They got a nice parking space and plenty of street parking as well. I would highly recommend if anyone is planning their wedding or party look into Club Roma. They offer a variety of packages.

My sister along with many of my girl friends had their weddings here. It’s a really great place and space to have available in the Niagara region. They allow you to decorate and add all types of modifications that you want. Each time I visit on an occasion, the way the place transforms with each persons decor is incredible. I really appreciate club Roma for being versatile, and the fact that it’s quiet affordable too. Club Roma is most definitely the most affordable wedding halls in the Niagara region and GTA considering how spacious and how GREAT the food is!!! Decent place to host a party. We had a room that could hold 90 people. Been coming here for years for Christmas family party. Food was great but desserts fell flat. Bland. Good service and nice bar area.

Went with my fiancé to take a look at the venue as a wedding space. We were really excited because the location is exactly the type of thing we were looking for in terms of intimate small wedding venue. We had a meeting with Nicole to show us the place and from the moment we got there we got some horrendous service. We were uncomfortably taken to the wedding room space with another event currently eating and staring at us as we looked in from the entrance. Then we were quickly taken to the front where we were dismissed rather abruptly. Really poor experience, I wanted my future wife to love the place. Unless you have a large wedding, I would suggest you avoid the place. Nicole only seems to be concerned with $ amount she's making. AVOID

We attended a wedding last night and the staff did a wonderful job. They were on top of things and the servers and bartender were amazing. Covid weddings are tough but Club Roma really did an excellent job to honour the couple. We wore a mask to go to the bar, bathroom and dance floor (basically anytime you leave your table) Supper was sufficient but could have been rolled out a little better. Salad came last. Our waitress was proactive and came to get our special diet orders. Be patient, as they are serving a lot of people and your food may come several minutes after others at your table.

Our wedding took place at Club Roma on October 8, 2021. Our ceremony was in the Tuscan Garden and our reception was in the Garden Pavilion. This was our 2nd date at Club Roma after having to postpone in May 2021 due to covid. They were very understanding of the postponement and we were not charged any fees for moving the date and our original pricing was honoured which we really appreciated. Our coordinator Michele was very helpful, friendly, and efficient at our tasting, meetings, and on the day of the wedding. The serving staff and night manager on the day of were also great! Club Roma was flexible and helpful in regards to many aspects of the wedding, including outside decor deliveries, setup, and etc. So many guests remarked about how beautiful the space was and how they loved the option to stand out by the fire tables instead of being stuck in a traditional hall. The package was a great value and guests also raved about the food! We would definitely recommend this wedding venue!

Beautiful place. Their gazebo is big and great to have a wedding in. The staff is also very accommodating ensuring their customers are comfortable. Their garden is also amazing. We took the time to go around taking photos. To add the icing on the cake the food was also delicious. Hey

Went to a dinner dance, band was fun n wanderful to dance to, meal was well thought out but most food arrived cold to the table. Some dishes were rather bland or many tasted the same. The antipasto was more than enjoyable dispite it being such a simple plate. Again, food was room temp or cold making it not the best experience. The hall was lovely, the bar offered a wide selection at reasonable prices. Parking was plentiful, even with several events happening the same night.

Great place for an event, lots of different room and beautiful outside venues for ceremonies. Was there for a smaller wedding and the service and food was excellent.

Beautiful location and multiple event rooms to hold large parties. The gazebo was breath taking where we had my friends wedding reception and the fact you can see out into the night sky. It's such a romantic and cozy lay out and feeling. The staff was exceptional and so on point. They were so helpful and always there to get you what you needed. The wedding ceremony happened in this courtyard right behind the gazebo with a beautiful arched entryway. It gave the feelin of being in a vineyard. Also when I say gazebo I don't mean small it can hold like 100 ppl from what I can rem. Over all I loved this place and would love to hold my own party of some sort here.

We had the absolute best wedding at Club Roma! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had been to. The food, the service and the decor were unbelievably excellent. Sam was such a fabulous coordinator - she took our quirky ideas and really made them into a gorgeous wedding. She was very knowledgeable and we are so glad we followed all of her recommendations because the evening ran so smoothly. Everyone at Club Roma at the showcase and on the night of the wedding was so professional and accommodating. If we wanted something specific they found a way to make it work and make it happen. The bar staff were fast, skilled and knowledgeable. There was more food than anyone could possibly eat! They were also very flexible with us because we were planning the wedding from a different province and they made the process so easy. Club Roma’s recommended vendors were all amazing as well! Thank you Club Roma!

Our wedding was at Club Roma on October 21, 2023 in the pavilion. My husband wanted a venue that was rustic while I wanted a venue that was more food focused. Club Roma was the best compromise between both worlds. We had an absolute perfect wedding day that went off with out any issues. Sam, our coordinator was fantastic to work with and made our day so easy. We provided a list and boxes of decor and she set everything up for us without any stress. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to have a late night chicken wing bar which Sam made happen - so amazing. We have been complemented so much since our wedding day on how amazing the food was how beautiful the venue looked and how everything felt so classy and upscale. I cannot recommend this venue anymore. I’m so happy I chose Club Roma, and I was the happiest bride in the world.

A friend of a friend just got married last Friday at Club Roma. The family received some unfortunate news the morning of the wedding. I immediately reached out to see if there would be anything they could do to accommodate the family. Anna was more than happy to accommodate with almost no notice. As wedding photographers who have been serving clients for a while, we can definitely attest to all of the great reasons to have your wedding at Club Roma! From their large guest number capacity, to their extraordinary event spaces, it's all amazing. We love capturing photos with their sparkling crystal chandeliers, and twinkling skylights. Many people don’t realize that they also offer a gorgeous outdoor pavilion, with manicured gardens, and majestic trees that form a canopy over the ceremony space. Another great space for photos is The Gemini Ballroom. At the glamorously decorated head table, you’ll feel like the Queen and King of the castle. The draped ceiling swag creates a classic canopy effect that looks great in photos as well. We love working with Club Roma and are excited to work with them again this upcoming wedding season!

EXCEPTIONAL experience! I highly recommend Club Roma to anyone looking for the ultimate experience. My son and beautiful daughter in law were married there on Saturday December 2nd and everything was perfect. We had the reception in the Pavillion and it was a dream come true for the bridge and groom. Everything was perfectly orchestrated from start to finish from the ceremony to the decorations and the attention to detail was flawless. It has to be said - the food was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! It just doesn't get any better. Anna Marie was our Wedding Co-ordinator and she was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. The younger wait staff that helped set up and take down at the end of the night were not only attentive but very kind and very professional. They were two young men and while I cannot recall their names, I hope Club Roma will look at the schedule to find out who they were because they deserve to be recognized for their efforts. I would highly recommend Club Roma to anyone that wants a fabulous experience with zero stress. You won't be disappointed. As a mother there is nothing better than to see your child having what was unequivocally the best day of his life. Thank you Club Roma for giving everyone such a beautiful memory.

Absolutely amazing venue. Had my wedding here in June and everyone could not stop complimenting the venue. We held our wedding in the outdoor Pavillion. The was so much room for eating and dancing or even just lounging by the fire pits in the patio furniture. The atmosphere could not have been better and the gardens were beautiful. The staff always went so above and beyond and I do not have enough great things to say about our coordinator, Victoria. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was better than we thought it was going to be and the staff and bartender were always right on top of everything. The bartender was very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I could go on but I will just say this is a highly recommended venue, from rehearsal dinner to wedding to vow renewal or any event.

Had my wedding at Roma this past weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my (now) husband booked the wedding 1 month out from the date we wanted. I cannot believe how accommodating, professional/kind Roma was throughout the whole process. Sean is amazing, and we had Samantha + Michele as our coordinator and she was truly awesome!! Highly highly recommend...the wedding was gorgeous, tons of food and we've gotten endless amounts of positive feedback about the night!! I don't have photos yet but heres a couple from the day. It poured all day, but Roma was quick to accommodate plan changes and make the whole night fun and seamless!

My son got married there on July 9. This was the third date since 2020 due to covid. They were extremely fair and accommodating. Victoria was very helpful throughout and was available the day of the wedding to assist with any questions or needs. Food was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Great venue!!!
