We ordered in the drive throu, but parked to eat. Our car wouldn't start afterwards, my mom went in & a staff came out with her & he used his truck to jump our vehicle. The staff was so friendly & took his time when the jump didn't immediately work. Thank you you saved me from missing an appointment that could've been rescheduled! You were a life saver! This employee went above & beyond with the customer service!

The service was not good. We went inside to order to-go. We waited several minutes at the register before even being acknowledged by the three people standing by the drive thru window. I'm not sure what they were doing except moving the drinks and food around that was sitting there. After finally being able to order, we waited about 20 minutes for our food. The people in back getting the food ready were quick with filling orders, but our food along with multiple other orders just sat there for at least ten minutes before we finally were given our food.

I am sooooooo very disappointed that Arby's no longer has onion rings!!!!! They were the best! I don't go there quite as much as when they had them. That was a wrong move Arby's!!!

We just get the mozzarella cheese stick for a snack, but would definitely go there for food too!!

Had to wait for my food which was fine, however once I got home I realized how tiny the chicken tenders were, along with very low quality meat bit into something disgusting.

Did not supply the product I paid for. Ordered two sandwich’s and some cheese sticks. Arrived at home 15 miles later to realize I was missing a sandwich. Then questioned if I was really missing something when I called. I guess that’s the way to make more money. Charge people for something and then not give it to them.

Good food, but rude service through the drive thru. I understand that being busy can be frustrating and overwhelming, but I also work in customer service.

On Par with other good Arby's. For those who think Arby's are hit-or-miss, this one is a hit. Hot sandwiches, crispy fries, etc.

I witnessed Linda walking in after taking out the garbage and took my order without washing her hands. I wasn't pleased with her personality. I will not come back.

Did not get what I ordered it. Manager said he would give me fresh ones but the ones he give me were mine to begin with that were still sitting under the heat lamp! Bad service good food my fault for not checking happens evertime I go there.

Crinkle fries always have too much salt on them. I love salt but these have too much that you can't even finish the fries. Hope they cut back some.

Food is always good. Gal at the front is friendly There is NEVER a crowd. It always looks like it could use a good sweeping or wipe down.
