I checked my bag when I received my food and didn't see everything I ordered. I asked the attendant for the missing item, and her response was to look back at the screen (as she should) take the piece that was missing and just hand it to me with an attitude. No apology. I guess I should be grateful she didn't do anything inappropriate my food. Thanks, KFC.

Normally I don’t do this on vacation, especially in Barbados. What’s that? Try food that I have access to in the States. Well, well, well… KFC in Oistens has the BEST Chicken I’ve had from any KFC. Actually, I haven’t eaten KFC in the States in a very long time but could definitely eat KFC in Oistens every day. The food is cooked with just the right amount of everything… seasoning, heat and crunch. The sanitizing and temperature station is available upon entry. Remember, safety first. The employees were friendly and courteous. The prices were good. The restaurant has additional seating upstairs with views of the locals and tourists moving about the island. This KFC is just a few minutes walk to/from the beach. So anxious to try the meal that I forgot to take photos of it. This meal definitely was finger lickin’ good! Here’s to a great fast food dining experience while on vacay🤩

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a delivery from KFC. Ordered food at 1840hrs, delivery was estimated at 2010hrs. 2035hrs & still no sign of our food. Tried calling KFC, told 10 minutes more. 2050hrs called again, told another 20 minutes! It's now 2115hrs and still waiting for food! Just called KFC again and they said another 20 minutes!!!? Fast food this certainly is not!!!! It shouldn't take almost 3 hours to make two chicken burgers, fries and a salad!!!! We would have been a lot quicker walking to fetch the food ourselves! 😩 When the food arrived the fries were cold and my coke wasn't diet. The salad was a small tub of coleslaw too. The burger was nice though. Moral of this story.....DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM KFC!!!!

No biscuits, coleslaw, salad or apple pies. Lol but my friend said the chicken, the burger and chips were good. As a vegetarian nothing else was available for me 😂

It took them 3 hours to delivery order. Employees could not give me an ETA or refused to check with drivers. The employees at the call centre an location can improve on their tones and use more professional words when speaking with customers. The food was not as hot. You could tell it was sitting for a while. It is possible the work load is too much and they need more staff.

This tiny branch of KFC is quite conveniently located in the busy Oistins town, and boasts a drivethrough service as well as two levels of dining areas inside. Service was quick, the food was nice, and the staff were pleasant, but the washroom area was a disappointment.

A cherry topper! this entire experience has been something else. I've order at 7pm, it is now 11:30, they closed at 11pm. I will assume I am never getting this food. Calling was just impossible, and if you got a hold of anyone..huh. do not order delivery from here, unless it's 10am, you'd be lucky to get it before bedtime.

Queue was LONG!! Waited so long only For them to hardly have anything lol legit was coming like a Caribbean shop in England with ‘Mi Nuh Av Dat’ also prices were a joke for a bargain bucket of 10 pieces and 6 wings and one extra fries and biscuit we basically paid £45 I’m sure in England it’s like half of that not that I complained but the best thing going were the skin of chicken that was it!! The chicken inside were all pink and ewwww nasty but I also had that at Rum STOP where they have pink inside so wondering if it’s the way they cook their meat or it’s just very bad quality chicken of meats.. either way was not worth it but Edible for people with strong belly’s :)

I ordered the 2 piece combo and asked for a thigh, I was told there was only breast and rib, I agreed.. the lady serving me noticed I wasn’t happy with it and asked if I was sure, I told her I didn’t like those but it’s fine. She then made a plan and organised a thigh and a drumstick for me, I was so impressed, the free WiFi was a cherry on top as I am not from here. Excellent service 👌🏾

Well…I guess they got me too! My order was supposed to be delivered “around” 1:25pm…it’s now 2pm. Not sure what happened, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised!

Clearly, most people don't know how KFC tasted before. This tastes just like plain, unseasoned chicken fried in oil.

KFC oistins always provides an excellent drive thru service (yes it can get congested) but my orders are always fulfilled accurately. The cashiers I've dealt with always speak mannerly - even at the pick up window I've never had to interact with a grouchy worker.

Very poor delivery time. 3 hours plus

I order since 11:56 am and it's 1:52pm and I still haven't gotten my food yet, this is bad customer service. If your having issues, let the customers know what's going on or u will loose your customers.
