Very lively place on Friday night. It's a good place to pick up some souvenirs if you're into that sort of thing. I had a dish from LaAmor's and it hit the spot. I don't think you can go wrong with any choice here honestly. Just look for a suitable seat (if you can!)

Not the kind of fish market we were expecting!!! Friday night is the night to go if you want fresh fish cooked local style, (very) loud music and entertainment, very busy and somewhat chaotic, but in a Bajan style 😆. Food is not particularly cheap, and if you're anything of a food hygiene inspector, then look away now! But beyond all that, it's a great vibe, with a main stage, littered with bars and kiosks all within an area about 100m long and 30m wide. Traffic getting there is madness, but there are plenty of taxi's offering rides. Local trades selling souvenirs...fridge magnets if that's your thing (!), apparel, ornaments etc. Lots of folk smoking (and selling) weed and other various drugs, so maybe not ideal for young kids. Toilets are a bit dodgy, probably not for the ladies.....

Had an amazing time tonight at Oistins. Friday night is definitely a party vibe and the locals come out to wind down and have a good time. Plenty of vendors grilling fresh seafood and I feel like u can't go wrong with whatever u pick. Had the snapper, marlin and flying fish tonight and all were phenomenal

A must visit when in Barbados. We went to Mo’s and had barracuda, shrimps, coleslaw and the local mac&cheese pie. I would skip the shrimps as in general fish is much tastier in the island. Music is loud but it’s a really fun atmosphere!

Happening place to be visited on a Friday night. Funny place to be honest. We visited on Friday too but they are open daily. Had barracuda Nd lobster from Uncle George. Lovely food. Be careful of your items as there are so many people around and some suspicious ones too trying to be friendly...there is a center stage and loads of people perform there...Go there to see the local fun and some good fish.

We did the fish fry at the market. A must if you're in Barbados but it's extra on Fridays, very busy with lines down the street and lots of music. Right beside a beautiful beach. We went to grab a seat and there was a chicken in my seat and a cat in the other 😂 so the fish fry feeds all!

A must visit once but not if you don't like queues and crowds. Lots of local crafts some fantastic but fragile so not for long haul flights as they may get damaged. The dancing and performances are to be seen.

I think Friday night is the worst time to visit Oistins. The lines are too long, the music far too loud and it’s too cramped to really enjoy the food. The stage show tonight was ridiculous with 2 Michael Jackson impersonators.
