Bumptious and disrespectful female employee as all over Barbados in recent years; we’ve unfortunately developed a culture of customer abuse here instead of customer service very aggravating and sad. If it were another country, employees like that would be fired immediately, but here they can get away with anything; it’s laughable; really.

I like the equipment range this gym has and have been a member for some time but after allowing a few frustrating situations to slide, I'm rethinking my membership. Some interactions with staff caused me to notice that there are a few who could really benefit from customer service training. As someone who's been in customer service over 12 years, this has really become off putting for me.

Excellent service. Multiple trainers to fit your motivation style! The environment is fun and you will always look forward to going back! The subscription is affordable. 24h access. I have z e r o regrets! Love that place and the people who work there.

This is a great family gym, it is not for standing around and posing. Also it is more about fitness than body building. On a weekend I head their with my girls 7&8 and we use the climbing wall and Ninja warrior sections. Also if like me and you travel with work. They have a system where you buy credits and have no monthly fee.

Not your traditional gym, reminiscent of playing in the school yard. Climbing, lifting, swinging generally moving your body in a very playful manner. It does have weights for benching, squats, etc. if that is what you want but your imagination is probably your best fitness tool. It was extremely fun!

Excellent gym..Great , helpful staff. Vast selection of equipment, that is well maintained. Conveniently opened 24hrs. Lastly, the gym staff adheres to current health protocols on the island.

Has everything I need and more for my wellness journey...excellent value and more implements to play with than at Sheraton

The gym has very little equipment. If you are thinking about keeping fit it's fine, but if you want to have a serious work out with equipments and weights you will be disappointed here. Check somewhere else

Love the accessibility and equipment. Wish there were food vending machines in the gym.
