All
maintenance
work
has
been
performed
in
a
timely
fashion;
the
work
has
been
done
correctly.
I'm
well
pleased.
One
maintenance
worker
was
honest
enough
to
say
that
while
he
doesn't
know
everything,
he
will
work
to
figure
out
the
problem.
Truth,
in
my
opinion,
is
always
admirable.
Moreover,
I'm
happy
to
report
to
you
that
the
end
result
turned
out
just
fine.
Getting
the
dishwasher
was
a
process.
We
had
to
go
through
troubleshooting
prior
to
getting
a
new
unit.
However,
I
was
understanding
of
the
process
because
no
one
wants
to
spend
money
that
they
dont
have
to
if
they
can
cut
a
corner.
I
get
it!
I
watch
every
dime
darn
near
that
I
spend.
Therefore,
I
would
be
a
hypocrite
to
expect
someone
else
not
to
do
the
same.
All
in
all,
my
husband
and
I
have
great
appreciation
and
respect
for
all
members
of
the
maintenance
team
at
the
Avalon
Apartment
Complex.
I
will
provide
a
more
detailed
review
for
you
in
another
post
of
my
experience(s)
over
these
past
3
in
a
half
years
as
a
resident
in
this
complex.
I
have
wrote
other
posts
on
other
sites,
as
well
as
this
one,
under
the
name
Candice

well
as
the
name

Legally,
my
name
is
FancyLee
Wallace.
I
was
sent
a

via
text
mesaage

provide
a

on
the
services
provided
to
me
by
the
maintenance
crew
in
regards
to
the
install
of
my
new
dishwasher.

ONLY
on
the
install

the
dishwasher.

Viewers,
all
residents
within
the
Avalon
apartment
complex
can
NEVER
speak
to
or
have
communication
with
the
owner
of
the
property.
Im
not
sure
as
to
who
is
responding
to
resident
reviews.
However,
please
do
not
be
deceived
and
believe
that
you
will
ever
be
able
to
communicate
openly
with
anyone
from
HR
or
in
ownership.
It
simply
doesnt
happen.
Now,
you
may
be
referred
to
another
apartment
complex
manager
of
a
sister
complex.
But,
you
will
never
be
granted
communication
of
any
kind
with
anyone
in
an
ownership
position.
I'm
simply
stating
this
because
I
want
you
to
know
that
you
will
be
dealt
with,
with
a
hands
off
approach.
Power
is
the
name
of
the
game.
Just
be
aware.
Residents
aren't
given
any
phone
numbers
or
email
addresses
to
communicate
with
ownership
AT
ALL.
As
long
as
you
are
okay
with
communicating
with
office
staff
of
the
Avalon
or
of
another
sister
apartment
complex,
everything
will
be
fine.

just
want
you
to
be
aware
of
how
things
go
if
you
intend
to
make
the
Avalon
your
home........
