We have used Mannisi Jewelers Pawn Shop for 35 years. They have helped create and produce most of our favorite family jewelry, from engagement rings, wedding bands, to custom pieces from loose stones-semi precious to beautiful diamonds. The pieces are beautiful and the staff is always happy clean them up when we visit. We have also, over the years purchased many quality items from them. I have purchased quite a few used musical instruments that I have been very happy with. The staff is helpful, courteous, and attentive. We highly recommend their services.

I've been to Mannisi Jewelers Pawn Shop on Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. three times, each time I was treated with respect and fair. I don't feel that I have been taken advantage of by the jewelers. I had a ring I had to sell, Mannisi gave me the best deal out of three shops I had visited. The repairs performed there were great...CHECK THEM OUT!!!

I went in Mannisi for the first time and was greeted with professionalism. I came to have my watch resized and adjusted and within minutes he had it finished and only charged $5 thats unheard of. I've been going to them for years catch bargains all the time. The last few times I've got a chance to talk to them and was so surprised that they were active in the community. I have been going to this Pawnshop for over 20 years...They have very good merchandise that's normally in very good condition..Mr Bruce the only senior worker' there has a excellent eye for merchandise he takes in ...He is also a man of many talents ....and is a skilled craftsmen...at anything he works on...In a strange kind of way they always have something I am looking for..When I visit their Pawnshop ...at the price I am looking for..I purchased my wife's wedding ring there...which was in mint condition....like most of the other stuff they sell.. ..

So, I hadn’t been in this store in like 20 plus years and I decided to stop by. Alex, was very helpful I needed a chain for my diamond, preferably white gold or silver. He found one, discounted the price because I was wearing it out of the store. Got in my car to look at it in my mirror and it slide off my neck. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Turned around and he fixed the clamp, went back the next day and bought another chain. He was very helpful and pleasant. Will be my go to for jewelry pieces 💎

If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They give you information that is incorrect just to lure you into their shop with their lies. I would never go back and would recommend the same for any decent human being that is professional, serious, wants to be treated with respect and don’t have time to waste.
