I didn’t like their attitudes they were very rude and made me feel like everything was in my head! Literally! Just because I have mental illness doesn’t give a doctor a right to make you feel it’s all in your head! They told me I didn’t have anything wrong me I ended up going to ER and found out I have RSV and viral syndrome and my Copd flared up! And I’m still fighting these problems! Could still end up with pneumonia! I do not recommend this place! It’s too bad too! I know nobody is perfect but these doctors everywhere or anywhere shouldn’t go by peoples mental illness and make them feel that they are just having anxiety attacks/panic attacks and need to go see a therapist right away! I had COVID 6 weeks ago, took care of myself at home, then was seen here two weeks after COVID and was treated for bronchitis. Was given an inhaler and nothing more, the visit costs me $150.00. Fast forward to today, went back again with 100.6 fever, still have bronchitis and I wasn't going to be given anything, I insisted on antibiotics. I know antibiotics should be used sparingly, but I've been sick on and off for 6 weeks. I'm not getting over it so I obviously need something more than an inhaler. I'm wheezing like a whistle and was told my lungs are clear. What!?! My oxygen level was 93%, closer to 100, is ideal. But my lungs are clear!?! I felt like they thought I was making stuff up. Dude! You can't fake a fever and I can't breathe. A fever is nature's way of saying something's wrong. I won't be back!

Best Urgent Care experience ever! Dr. Michael Shafe was very kind and compassionate with my autistic son. He spent time with him and listened carefully to what he said. Very appreciative and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience at this facility. The nurse practitioner and the nurse that check us in were very thorough and got us in and out in a timely manner. The place is very clean and the entire staff was nice. Highly recommended!

Staff was very professional and helpful. I’m on crutches due to a problem unrelated to my reason for the visit. A member of staff brought a wheelchair out to my car and wheeled me around so I didn’t have to hobble in. Treatment was within a very short wait and I got wheeled back to my car. Prescription was just what I needed!

Great overall experience. Bobby and Dorothy were very friendly and professional. Much better experience then the last several times I've been to Mosaic.

Brought myself in in November on a Thursday afternoon, had no wait. Staff was friendly and polite. I had a reaction to a breathing treatment that made a standard appt extra long. They were attentive and were great with accommodating my 3 yr old while we waited for a ride.

Professional, clean, efficient. Never been so impressed with the facility and staff of an urgent care. Special thanks to the receptionist. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Rare to find all these things!

This place is ridiculous. Been sitting here for over an hr. This place is the worst. I think the nicest thing about their service is the warm waiting room because you'll be spending A LOT of time there
