Always consistent quality in the food and service.

Waitress was courteous, helpful, and respectful. She received a good tip for her work. My issues were with the dish I ordered. Steak was black and harder than the sole of my shoes, evidently overcooked (I asked for it to be cooked medium). Also, as you can see in the picture below, the steak was swimming in excess water from the corn and carrots placed on same dish. “Side dish” means a helping served in a “dish on the side”, and not a watery serving plopped, on same plate as the main dish, the charred steak! Update: after complaining to their corporate office, they had the gall to send me via email a coupon for complimentary desert. NO THANK YOU! Needless to say, I sent it back!

Waited 10 minutes at the table for server, fine no big deal. Server Blair comes over and we order drinks and food. Meanwhile a table sits behind us and gets drinks and refills!! After 21 minutes we never even got drinks so walked out. I did have the courtesy to let the hostess know I was leaving. I would have told Blair however he never came back. It was not busy. Sad because I like Cracker Barrel but doubt I will be back here for a good while. Thanks for ruining my only night out Blair!

Stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast before embarking on a long drive. Our server, Mackenzie, was very warm & welcoming. She was attentive and refilled our drinks long before we needed to ask. We had biscuit eggs benedict with country ham, loaded hash brown casserole, fried apples, orange mimosa, and grandpa's country fried breakfast. All of it was exactly what I'd hoped for in a southern themed restaurant! The decor was fun throughout. The attached store provided a good souvenir for our daughter, who couldn't go on the trip with us.

Service was on point. It was busy yet we were seated right away and our server was friendly and thoughtful and delivered prompt service. Food was delicious for both our meals although the broccoli was undercooked it was still good. We enjoyed the rainbow trout. Yummy! Biscuits were fresh. My daughter loved the Coca-Cola chocolate cake. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The shop was well organized and fully stocked with lovely displays arranged.

The food was delicious as always. I had the Sunday Chicken, but going for the biscuits would have been worth the trip. Our waitress was courteous and attentive. Great job, Cracker Barrel!

We eat almost every Wed there to have my favorite Cheddar broccoli chicken. Mine was really good tho portions ate smaller. My husband got the meatloaf lunch and can honestly say I've never seen a smaller portion! It was about 3 bites. So thin it wasn't even a slice. I know it's lunch portion but it was crazy small. And the lunch is now 8.99 not like when it was 5.99. I would've been embarrassed to serve that.

First time at cracker barrel . The fried chicken was delicious, turnip greens were ok , loaded sweet potato wasn't good to me only because it wasnt what I had the taste for. Had a bloody Mary which was good not the best I've had but not the worse . The waitress was either new or just very timid which made our wait for our food longer and I didn't get my corn muffins until I reminded her in the midst of being ready to go. Portions on the chicken were huge supposed to get 4 pieces ,I asked if I could substitute the leg for another wing but wasn't able to do I told her I'll just take 3 pieces. Overall will eat here again for the chicken and probally not this specific one due to just passing thru.

This place does have nice decor, and some pretty cool stuff at their little general store, but the numerous times I've been here, their food was absolutely horrible. I let my family eat here if they want, I wait until they are done and go somewhere else when we leave. A couple of times, the food was cold, and on most days it is hard to get a refill of coffee or pop. The fireplace in the winter time is a nice touch, so maybe if I ever decide to try to eat here again, they'll let me make my own food over it.

This was a great stop on my road trip. The server was kind , and I knew the menu well and efficient. I love the biscuits and sweet tea.

Great place to meet and talk. Good was great. We did not feel rushed, and the store is beautiful and easy to shop! Great experience!

We stopped in for Lunch. They were very busy, but we still got exceptional service by Josie and food. I highly recommend Meatloaf and chicken strips. You will be very pleased with everything. Stop in!

Love Cracker Barrel. Best server we have had in a long time. Fast service. Breakfast was delicious. Fireplace made it perfect on this chilly morning.

You can never go wrong with Cracker Barrel! The server was very friendly and attentive. The food was hot and absolutely delicious and this time I could actually afford to buy some thing in the gift shop. Lol.
