I had Ruby helping me pick and try on all my dresses and she gave me the full treatment! I was stressed going into it, but she was so kind and made the experience better than I could have imagined! She helped me find the perfect dress and of course I let out some happy tears. We ended the experience by ringing the bell and it was the cherry on top. If she wasn’t normally a customer service rep, I would recommend everyone request her for their try-ons. I loved my experience and I’m so thankful for Ruby and for her staying even after her shift ended to make sure I found the perfect one.

I did not have a pleasant experience at David’s Bridal. The dressing room area is very cramped; the rooms are small and very close together, and it gets HOT. There’s very little seating for family and friends. I felt like I was trying on clothes at the mall and I was sweating profusely and had to beg for a fan. You aren’t supposed to touch the dresses, but I guess they don’t mind you sweating in them. They also overbooked, so my stylist was with another client 80% of the time and I saw very little of her. She did not help me pick styles, she did not ask what I liked. She told me to pick four and she’d get them from the back. Then she disappeared until I’d picked the dresses. Once I was in the dressing room, she disappeared again. My friends helped me dress and undress, zip and unzip, until the very end when the stylist shooed them away and said, “I’ll take it from here,” and was present for the last five minutes. She seemed annoyed that my friends were helping me and touching the dress, but what else were we supposed to do? This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and I didn’t feel special, I felt pretty miserable. The only good thing to come of the appointment was that I found a dress style I really enjoyed (with no help or suggestions or questions from my stylist, my SIL found it), but I will NOT be buying it from David’s, I will take the inspiration photos elsewhere.

I had such an amazing experience dress shopping! Sosie was a huge help and great stylist! There was a large selection of dress and plenty of options to look at! So glad I found my dress 💛

Yesterday I picked up the wedding dress of my dreams! Meridel, Cate, Sosie and the whole rest of the team at David’s Bridal were absolutely INCREDIBLE at listening to my vision and producing the dress/ veil I had been dreaming about since I was a little girl. I had been to numerous dress shops around the Midwest and David’s Bridal is truly the BEST place to shop for your dream dress! If you are a bride, or just simply shopping for a special occasion dress, don’t waste your time going to any other shop… David’s Bridal will meet EVERY need/ want you have! My bridal consultant and the alterations gal were very helpful! The only thing I wish were different was to have more time. One hour felt rushed. However, I did find my dream dress- right after the hour mark, so it felt super rushed without having time for even one photo of me in the dress. Overall, it was a good experience, though!

Natalie R. was such an amazing stylist. She listened to my wishes and concerns and directed me in a way that calmed me down. She has such a calming energy that made the appointment feel beautiful. She picked out dresses that matched what I was thinking and was 10/10 amazing at her job!!

Alexia was more than helpful. She found several dresses that I liked and then helped me narrow it down to my favorite four. She even helped with letting us know how long everything was going to take to order in. The rest of the staff was great too. They made it a very enjoyable experience.

Natalie was AMAZING. She is so attentive and kind. She knew how to give suggestions or advice delicately that still left me room to have and form my own opinion. When I chose my dress, she made it feel like a moment to remember with ringing the bell and honoring the occasion. 😊 Thank you Natalie for helping me find a special dress to marry my special someone 🥰
