There really needs to be a zero star rating available for this place. I made a reservation a month in advance for a vacation I had planned. I reserved a full size SUV for 8am Monday pick up. I got a call at 2pm on the Friday before to say they did not have one in their fleet. They actually had nothing left, everything was gone. What is the point of a reservation? Lady said she would go in on her day off on Sunday to see what was turned in. She couldn't even tell me what was scheduled to potentially come in for me to make other plans. I waited until 630 Sunday for her call, but no call. I went to Hertz and got what I needed to leave on time. I will never rent from here again.

Great customer service. The site manager of this location is awesome!! The first car they gave me had a small issue so i called and within an hour they had me in a very nice newer car as my rental.. Then, even better they put me in touch with their sales department where a girl named Taylor in Urbandale worked wonders and got me the exact car I wanted at a super great price after my car was toraled. Insurance was hard to deal with after my accident but enterprise made every step.of it soooo much better! Very happy and will be recommending

Manager called Brian, he is rude and Racist He keep on says that i don't have car right now, i will let you know when i have. But he never call back. when we reach there to pick the car. Even though we have the conformed reservation he says lot of reasons. May be one day they might out of inventory. Or any unexpected damages. He did to me couple of times in a week. Today also he did and he did to my friend also. He spoils the plans in the last minute. I got a call from a lady from the same place and said that come before 5 to pick the car my ( my pick up time is 5Pm) . I understand this guy’s behavior and when i called again to conform on the pickup day whether I get the car or not. And he played drama. Earlier lady manager called Sarah Graber. She’s very cool. The way she talks and responds to the customers are exceptional. I never faced any problem when she was there. I have taken the car several times from her. If you don't want to spoil your plans skip this location.

Said would discount our vehicle 50% off and didn't. The jeep we rented broken down before we even got it back to our house to pack. They were talking in the voice about it possibly having engine issues with a guy from Safelite glass repair. We didn't think much of it as they sent it with us. My husband had to wait for a tow truck and they did drive us a replacement to our house, but I don't feel it's okay to say you will do something and then not. Customer service was friendly and the car was well cleaned.

Susan and Brian made the entire rental process smooth and easy! They were very accommodating and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I highly suggest this location if you are looking to rent a vehicle in Ottumwa.

they always say we have car available and they booked my reservation but when i’m going to pick up my rental they said we are sold out. this is not the first time but second time. same excuse, our rental hasn’t returned yet, reservation team doesn’t know if we have availability. skip Ottumwa Pella will serve you better i never had problem with Pella.

Susan Meyer went above customer service. We are in Ottumwa, Iowa. My license had expired, and she made sure I had a ride to get them renewed and she exchanged cars cause my husband has trouble getting in and out of lower car. I want her to know she went way above customer service. Susan is a lady I would recommend for anyone renting a car. Thank you Susan.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I had an 8am reservation on a Monday to pick up a car. I was there waiting from 7:55 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. An employee with no keys to open up the place waited in her vehicle and I asked her why they weren't open. She said someone would eventually get there. Then she drove away. So I had to figure a different plan as i could not wait around until who knows when. . I would not rely on this place. Poor business practices. .
