I recently dined at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile that set the tone for the entire day. The food was nothing short of excellent - each dish was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor that left my taste buds dancing. What impressed me the most, besides the delicious food, was the impeccable customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience coupled with outstanding customer service.

Loved the fun atmosphere! What a great place to enjoy lunch. We were immediately greeted by gentleman name Marcus. He took care of all our questions and needs. So grateful to have a place like this close to home. ❤️ 🍍

Got the Honolulu Chicken with Veggies and rice. Chicken was cooked well same as the veggies. Could've tone it down a bit with the sauce on the chicken cause the rice absorbed it that was underneath the chicken, but other than that it was a great experience. Dole whip was really nice too. Not overly cold and nice texture, airy and smooth, lighter than yogurt.

My first experience of the restaurant was a carry out order, so I can't really comment on service, though I was approached by a greeter asking me if I needed assistance with the order kiosk, which was welcome. Nice atmosphere. Now, about the food... I came into this experience understanding it would be higher priced than my usual meal, so I tried doing my research beforehand. I ordered a classic sized meal, thinking I knew what all i was going to get in total. When I got my food (see attached photo) I went home without checking the contents. Opened the box, discovered an empty compartment. Strange, I thought, maybe I didn't do my research well enough to know if classic size was supposed to come with something that filled that spot. I went to social media, and was informed that something was missing that should have been there (a macaroni salad was default, and i had not requested any substitutes). Needless to say, I felt cheated considering the $14 spent on it altogether. What I did get tasted good though, so I can't complain about that. I just wish the menu design was more first-timer friendly and that I had gotten my whole meal. I will probably eat from here again, but I will have to check the box before leaving from now on.

Martha is a winner for Hawaiian Brothers! Keep the gal ! She is gentle, kind, a patient listener while trying to figure out our order, and she goes over and above for the customers. Her suggestion for the pineapple sauce with the pork was spot on. The food is… eh. The pork is extremely salty, and we love our salt. There was good flavor hiding underneath that salt though. The rice was moist but bland. The veggie portion was small and they were extra extra soft. We realize these are our opinions and others love Hawaiian Brothers. Though you aren’t our favorite, you are definitely better than the other neighborhood Hawaiian restaurant. We also know others love your food and so with that we say, Welcome to the neighborhood! Just an honest opinion from a neighbor.

We came to the Liberty location on their opening day and had an incredible experience! Initially looking at the long line we assumed that the wait times would be long but they walked us through the ordering process right away and we received our food within a few minutes. Every team member was extremely kind and helpful. And the food was great as always! Plus, our meals were free today! HIGHLY recommend!

Just picked up dinner there on the way home. Fantastic! Very generous portions, great chicken and pork and the sauce is delicious. The person outside in the drive through was so helpful and funny. Great touch for new customers to have help in the drive through. Best drive through dinner I have ever had! I’ll be back for sure. Loved the Hawaiian 🌺 music. It made me happy.

Very friendly staff, fast service even on a freebie day! Delicious and great portions.
